Just like MANY other people, I ordered a free sample of this Dream Serum and got charged shipping, which is what I agreed to only. Then I got charged $88.99 and $89.87 for the products because apparently I didn't cancel within the 14 days and had unknowingly signed up for on-going product service. I had NO clue this was part of what I agreed to pay for. This is unethical business practices to use my banking information on an on-going basis and assume when I signed up for a sample product that I would be charged for other products under the guise of a "subscription". They should have communicated this more effectively and made this very known to the people that only wanted a sample of the product and was willing to pay just for the shipping. This is FRAUD. I called the number on their receipt and they would not refund my money nor take the product back.

I ordered a free sample in July 2018 and got charged shipping, which is what I agreed to only. Then I got charged $88.99 and $89.87 in my credit card this month for the products because I didn't cancel within the 14 days and had unknowingly signed up for on-going product service.. This is unethical business practices to use my banking information on an on-going basis and assume when I signed up for a free trial that I would be charged for that free product. They have not communicated this more effectively. This is not a way to conduct business. I will fight these charges in my credit card and also will be visiting your place of business here in Greensboro to express my utter disappointment.

My wife just fell victim to this scam. This company obviously has a reputation for scamming people by offering a free trial where you are only supposed to pay shipping, when in reality you have to cancel and return the "free" products within 14 days or they bill you. All of a sudden we get billed for $88.89 and $89.97 without us even knowing why. I called our credit card company who in turn called Dream Serum while I was on the line and they tell me about the 14 day deal and that there is nothing they will do. My wife doesn't even remember see these terms anywhere, and there is no mention of them whatsoever on the packing slip or email. My wife never agreed to this, although they claim she did (must be in some fine print somewhere). My wife hasn't even opened the bottles and would gladly send them back, but of course they won't refund the amount. This is nothing but a bait and switch scam.

Dream SERUM is a scam. I had ordered the 14 day trial and had called to not send anymore to cancel product the day I received it, well within 14 days. I got charged 89.00 on 08-02-18 then again 08-20-18 another 89.00 also received another jar . When I called to advise them I had cancelled and would be returning the new jar I was told there was no place to return it to, all sales finale. I went to my bank filed a fraud statement to get $$ back, they are investigating .I also cancelled my credit card and receiving new one . Do not trust them . Very pathetic company . Does not rate any kind of star.

Free offer is what it said, and I did not see any mention whatsoever of automatic delivery or the paying of full price after 14 free trail. As a result of ordering free samples I was going to be charged without any email or other notice, It was trying to charge me more, good thing I had no money in my account.
Called today to cancel and they just kelp trying to give 50% off then 75% off, she did not want to hear about me canceling, and I did say if you try to take money out of my account again I will sue. and she said you don't have to make threats, and I said Im not threating you Im telling you to cancel and you keep trying to get me to keep it at a discounted price, all I want to do at this point is cancel, now that is what we are going to do today. And so I got a cancelation #. HopefullyI want be charged no more money.
This company is false advertising, claims to have all of these celebrities that discovered the product, so it would make you feel it was legible. claim that these celebrities were quiting there jobs to continue with there new product. Just a bunch of lies.

Oh my! How I wish I'd read reviews before ordering what I thought was a 30 day trial for just shipping. Like everyone else, No where did I read that I was signing up for automatic shipment. I checked the invoice when I received the product and no where did it mention I would receive automatic shipments..
and then today charges totalling $178.86 were charged to my account. Only then did I read reviews (lesson learned). I emailed my bank that I had not authorized these charges. Called Customer Service and was told I had agreed to automatic charges by ordering the "14 day supply" (advertised as a 30 day supply). When I explained I had also read the reviews & complaints filed to the Revdex.com & was prepared to do the same, the rep. said his supervisor would authorize a 35% refund to which I responded no & that I had already notified my bank. Then he offered 50% & I replied that was still not acceptable. Finally, I was told 100% would be refunded & my account cancelled (YAY!). I just received an email to that affect & I'm hanging on to it.
The ad I first read said Savannah Guthrie was leaving her TV career to pursue a skin cream line she named Dream Serum...now I read Kathi Lee Griffith?? How sad... I wonder if they know their names are attached to this SCAM... because that's exactly what it is!
If I could rate this a big, fat zero I would! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had to file a dispute charge claim with my credit card company and actually contacted my attorney with this on the matter of being sent multiple packages that I did NOT agree to or order in order to get my full refund because they don't make it east to cancel.

This company is really sleazy : I read the offer for free samples of Dream Serum carefully and did not see any mention whatsoever of automatic delivery or the price of a full-size product ($90!) as a result of ordering free samples. Without any email or other notice, I received the unwanted product and a shipping receipt - again without price listed. Rather than try to obtain a refund - I have no confidence the company would issue one - I chose to pay this time but seek full cancellation of my account regarding future shipments. I received a cancellation number. If the cancellation number is also a scam and I receive any other unwanted products, I will elevate this to the complaint level. I’m a bit surprised that Kathie Lee Gifford has associated herself with this scam. And I so regret not checking Revdex.com first - lesson learned!

Dream Serum SCAM. Read and heed this warning from those who have been suckered.
My story is a repeat of what happened to "Brooke" so I am using her write up for the most part.
I saw something on TV regarding the reason Kathie Lee was leaving Kathie Lee and Hoda. It said she had developed this incredible skin care line and I went online and ordered as I thought I was just getting a simple free trial of Dream Serum for $4.95.
Long story short, I have been charged $2.49 $4.90, $89.87 and $88.99 for a total of $186.25 on my card and I DID NOT APPROVE THIS. The small two charged were charged both on 8/3/18 and the two large charges were made on 8/17/18, so that was $178.86 in charges on ONE day. Oh yeah, they tell you you agreed to terms. Well, there is a tiny discreet place at the bottom of a page that NOBODY sees and then they take huge advantage of people, I didn't even get a copy of what I signed when I asked for it.
I called and got stuck on hold for over 45 minutes, and finally hit #3 to get someone to call me back, which I doubted would happen. They did call. Talked to Sky. I told her I filed a dispute with my bank and she said I had to get a bank rep on a 3-way call to say they dropped the dispute for them to give me a refund. Otherwise "Sky" said the bank would try to refund me, but would have to take the refund back when they saw the terms and agreements that Dream Serum was sending them. Seems like they are trying to blackmail me for filing a dispute.
A very bogus part of this is was when trying to find the terms and conditions with the agent on the phone, on www.dreamserurmcalmserum.com, the product page showed up, but when I clicked the "trial" it showed a product called Livali. Those terms and conditions said you could return the product for a refund with 30 days of your order.
This is such a scam! Someone need to stop this! This is simply dishonest and wrong to treat people that way. I know of nobody who has $90 a month to buy dream serum. This is the worst online purchase I have ever made. I will pursue this through all actions necessary to get my money back.

I ordered Dream Serum online, which was a one time offer for a small fee and shipping fee. I read everything on the page before ordering because I wanted to make sure it would not be a subscription. I read it was a one time fee and a 30 day supply so I tried it. BIG MISTAKE! A month later, I started getting all these charges on my bank account, $89, $66, and $4.90 that I never agreed to, so I called the company to complain that product caused skin irritation and stopped using it after the 3rd day and that it was suppose to be a one time fee for 30 day supply. That is how I read it and understood it. They did not want to give me my money back. This was a hard lesson to learn so I feel the need to share my experience. I don't have a lot of money and did not authorize this. It was shocking when they wouldn't refund my money. I will not be buying this product or recommending it to anyone. I felt like this was a scam to get my money and it worked. The product did not. Please don't fall for this skincare company.

This company is SOMETHING ELSE! I DID NOT get the most expensive charge refunded to me like this response says, $89.87. I waited on the phone for one hour and then it disconnected on me. I'm now calling back using two different phones trying to get ALL my money back, not part of it. Please watch our for this headache of a company.

I too was lured in by the trial offer to pay only shipping and handling charges. I only wanted the wrinkle cream, but decided to check out the eye serum and BAM it was ordered too with no way to take it off. On 7/11 was charged the $4.95 & $4.90. Then on7/25 charges of $89.87 & $88.99 were added. Went to my bank and customer service rep looked and another $89.87 & $88.99 were added 8/13.She called for me and we were on hold for 35 minutes. Was given same ole story as all the others and offered a 35% refund, but only on the last 2 charges. So now money I should be using for my Grand kids Christmas is sitting in jars that I will probably never even use. :(

No stars. I agree to pay a few dollars for a product. No mention in the ad about joining a continuous plan. I receive the merchandise in the mail. Then two weeks later I receive the second set. I call. The person on the phone told me it was a mistake. That I wasn't on a plan. I wasn't charged for the second order. I should consider it as free. Sounded fishy. The charge bill comes in. There are four charges close to ninety dollars each. I call. The woman insists that I agreed to a plan. I told her to show me the ad on the internet. She gives me the longest email address. It leads me to a Shopify page where it says that the store isn't available. I tell her. She responded that she can see the page. I asked for their website. They don't have one. I asked to return the little bottles. She said I couldn't. Their warehouses send out merchandise but don't take back. I ask to speak to a supervisor. She puts me on hold for twenty minutes until I hang up. I call my charge company and file a fraudulent claim. They are a scam.

DO NOT ORDER! A $4.95 TRAIL HAS TURNED INTO AN ADDITIONAL $178.86 CHARGE 14 DAYS LATER. THEIR PHONES ARE SO BUZY, I finally spoke to the young man. He wanted me to keep getting the product, I haven't even use the ones I got. Did not see clause in fine print about ultimate cost. Finally I just told him to take my credit card off and don't charge me any more. He did offer 35% off of the charge IF I agree to another 30 day. NO Way!!!!!
Take me off of your list Now!! From now on I will read fine print better-if I don't read - I don't buy.

I ordered a sample of 2 dream serum products and was to be charged postage only ($4.90 and $4.95)--but then was charged an additional $88.99 and $89.07--pending on my credit card account right now. I contacted the company and was told that by checking a box that said I was 18 yrs old when I ordered, that I was agreeing to pay the full price of the products and signed up for an auto delivery program. I did not see anywhere that was stated, although the customer rep named Sunny stated that is 4 different places in their ad. She first offered me a 35% refund, then withdrew when I told her that I was filing a claim with the Revdex.com and that they should be ashamed of themselves for using Lara Spencer's name in their advertising and not making it clear what customers are signing up for. She then put me on hold and said that her supervisor approved a 50% refund, then sent me an email stating that my subscription had been cancelled but nothing about a refund. I am also contacting the dispute department from my bank. I would love to have my money back but ultimately would like to see this company and any others that have the same practices closed down.

This whole business is a scam. I ordered two products from this business and only paid for the shipping. Thought I was receiving free samples only to find out later that almost $100 had gone missing from my account with two chargers. I called the company immediately when I woke up. Spoke to a lady who told me I cant be refunded, and that the best thing she could do would be to discount one of the serums at 35%. This is outrageous. The advertisement is 100% misleading. No where in it does it say all of this. I can not believe I got scammed.

I had paid 4.95 for shipping, July 30th, and on August 17, two charges (one was 53.39 and the other 44.93) was stolen from my account. Totaling $98.32)

Same review as all of the others. I ordered the face cream and then was pressured to order the eye cream too. Anyway, the product is not as good as all do the reviews indicate. And then I was billed two charges of 89.87 and 88.98. I called the company and they said they would not accept a return for a bad product and not refund the charges because of some terms and condition detail that I could not read or print.
