This Dream Serum company uses misleading advertising. I too am a victim of their manipulation. I called today told them to cancel, wanting to return. They refused to refund. I told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com. They actually called me back at work, and said they would give me 50% off credit, but that I could file a review or report with the Revdex.com. Oh year, watch this. Then I called back again, spoke to another lady and she offered me 75%. This is insanity. I will never again order a sample on line - only having to pay shipping charges. Shame on me! Let's see if those credits come through.

First of all, let me say this is the FIRST time in my life I've filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. This company is a scam. I ordered their $4.95 face cream thinking it was a good deal to try something new, and maybe I would like it. I realized about 3 weeks later I was charged an additional $89.87 for this tiny jar of cream that I haven't even opened yet! $90! I called the customer service number, spoke to 2 people requesting a return/refund since I haven't opened it. Both employees just read the same scripted response to me about a 14-day trial period subscription. I can't imagine how many calls they get every day about this exact same thing. I had to dig around on the website to find their "Terms" which was NOT clearly communicated when I placed the $4.95 order. Nor was there anything in the packaging when the jar arrived about a 14-day trial, no insert about "Terms", NOTHING to tell me to call within 14 days. Please, please do not order anything from this company. I honestly believe if they really stood behind their product, if they really cared about their customers, and wanted repeat business, they would offer refunds/exchanges for unsatisfied customers. That is what reputable, honest companies do. I am so terribly disappointed and am now out $90 for something I don't want and will never use.

I discovered today, 8/8/18, that my credit card was charged $89.87 on 8/2/18 and then $88.99 on 8/3/18 by Dream Serum for what I understood was a free trial, in which you pay S&H. I then researched Revdex.com and discovered other people had been duped the same way. I called Dream Serum on 8/8/18 to officially cancel any future business with them and complain about being charged about $180 for some small little samples, which should have been free, except S&H. I, too, was informed about the 14 day cancellation policy. I was offered a 35% refund and didn't accept, stating I wanted my money refunded. As described by other "victims" on Revdex.com page, the customer service woman checked with her supervisor and then offered me 50% refund. She added that was the best they could do. I was duped, like so many people. It's a shame that a business should be allowed to do business this way.

Beware of this company. Do not be tricked into buying what you think is a good deal. I found this "deal" on Instagram, and thought I was paying $5 to try a night cream. There was absolutely no indication that Dream Serum was enrolling me in a monthly subscription for $89 for about an ounce of "calming lotion." This is the biggest rip-off. Don't go near this company. I'm utterly disgusted by their sleazy business practices.

BEWARE OF FREE SAMPLE? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY Dream Serum! I DIDN'T DO ENOUGH RESEARCH BEFORE ORDERING THIS DREAM SERUM. THEY MADE IT LOOK LIKE IT WAS BACKED BY KELLY RIPA. SO, I THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY. Never Seen this before when did a Free Sample turn into a Trial Sample for 14 days? I applied for the FREE SAMPLE Cream & Eye Cream on 7/23/2018 and I printed a receipt for the shipping in the amount of $12.34. The company receipt had no address or phone number printed on it. Just pay shipping it said. Yeah right. I get a text notice from my card company that Dream Serum 46 was doing a charge in the amount of $89.87 on 8/6/2018 @ 12:35 am. What? They never hit my card for the $12.34. I called my Card Company to file a dispute. The card company didn't even show an address or phone number on the Charge of $89.87 to my card. They said that that's a red flagg. I researched most of the day to find a website, phone number & address for Dream Serum with no luck. I finally found a support email address on 8/6/2018 and emailed to cancel. Never received a response. On 8/6/2018 I told them in the email that I wanted them to cancel whatever they think that I was buying from them because I sure didn't know. Why would I sign up for a product that has no cost? Where is the invoice for this amount? What is the total cost? I never knew about any charges except for Shipping of $4.95 for Calm Serum and Shipping of $4.90 for Calm Eye. The next attempted charge from Dream Serum 48 was on 8/7/2018 @ 12:33 am for $88.99. I never heard of these company names only Dream Serum. Where are these invoices/bills? This was just one day later that they are trying to charge my card again. So I called their customer service and spoke w/Alexis. ME: what is the name of your company. Alexis: mumbled the name. ME: cancel whatever you are trying to charge to my card. Alexis: It's to late I can give you a discount because you are over the 14 days for the Trial. ME: When did this so called 14 Day trail start? I was getting a FREE SAMPLE Alexis: When you paid the shipping. ME: How is that a 14 day trail? ME: Dream Serum and the post office had the Free Sample until I received it. ME: (How is that 14 days? When I asked that then she changed to) .. Alexis: The trail starts the day you receive it. Alexis: You received it on 7/27/2018 and your 14 days where up on 8/5/2018. ME: NO, your are going to cancel whatever and stop taking my money. (that's not 14 days ***in my possession- That's 10 days) and I have already sent notice by email. I DID NOT ever authorized your company to CHARGE ME an UNKNOWN AMOUNT. I AUTHORIZED only the shipping of $12.34 which is on my receipt. Alexis: Have you contacted your card company. Me: Yes. Alexis: Then there is nothing I can do once a dispute is filed and we win 99 percent of the disputes filed on charges. ME: What is you email address? and that I could not find their website. Alex: She said it's easy to find and she was Mumbling again but I was able to get it. ALEXIS HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! I emailed their support department again. I finally have an email from Support that tells me to contact Customer Service. MY REPLY: They are not much help. The website she gave to me is not the same as where I ordered the produce and what was sent to me is not on their website at all. The bottles have that same phone number. They charge peoples cards but never tell the customer a cost. FREE but NOT FREE!!! CHARGES AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT AND FOR WHAT. Incomplete information on their website.. "DON'T HAVE YOUR ASSOCIATE CALL AND ASK ME TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW BECAUSE YOU WERE REFUNDING MY MONEY THAT YOU TOOK" . I had to call, email and write on the Revdex.com before I could even get a refund. The generic responce to my comment is very tacky as a business. There was no misunderstanding. Free sample means free. Not we'll bill you in 14 days if you don't contact us and cancel. Cancel what? I was only paying for shipping in reading your sales pitch. Oh and by the way ladies it's not a 14 day sample if they are processing the item for days and then the mail takes days to process and deliver the item to you. You need to review your misleading words in your sales pitch, the terms with 14 day? and your company info not being on your receipts. Oh and I didn't agree to pay for an unpriced product. I too have had the same experience as others as far as this "Free Sample" only pay the shipping cost. I received the face serum and eye serum on the "sample" advertising. I ordered and got the "samples" many days later. I was unaware of a FULL COST and a 14 day period to make contact with the company if not happy with the product. I was NOT happy with the $89.88 and the $88.98 charge I saw on my credit card bill. I too called the company to see what could be done, I figured there was a mistake made on their end. I didn't order anything but the "samples" I did see the shipping cost and the sample pricing on my credit card bill as well. Much to my surprise I was told I didn't call before the 14 day period had ended. The customer service rep (Deborah) told me she would discount my order 35%, I told her "no thank you". She also offered me the employee discount of 50% and once again I told her "no thank you". I guess I should have taken the last offer that beats the nothing I am seeing now. It almost seems when they offer you these other discounts it is an admission that they must be doing something wrong. They should at least in the package they send you place some written material stating the 14 day rule. I hope others have better luck getting their money back than I did.

I purchased what I understood to be "samples" of the eye cream and serum. The eye cream made my eyes swell and I could not tell a difference using the serum on my face. The charges I received for what I thought were one sample of the eye cream and the serum are as follows:

I requested a reversal of charges and/or refund. I definitely did not understand or agree that my bank account could be charged multiple times. I'm 67 and taking advantage of the elderly, or anyone for that matter, is shameful. Sincerely

First of all, I am being charged for items that claimed to only charge for the shipping, then was charged $88.99 and $89.87 for those same products that not only would I never have paid that for, I hadn’t even seen if they worked yet! Which they don’t.
So when I called to cancel and get a refund, I was told that I agreed to those terms which I never would have! AND that I was already charged for the next shipment and was not able to return it! This is completely absurd!
I was told that I was being transferred to a Manager and instead I was hung up on. I waited 20 minutes to talk to a person. Well, no wonder if this is what is happening to other people! It is false advertising and a scam!

On JULY 23,2018 I was mislead to believe that they were sending me a sample serum for just the shipping cost of $4.95 and if I liked the product then I could order more. It was not made clear in any of the regular print that I was signing up for any monthly subscription, nor that there was a required 14 period to let them know not to charge me. When I received the product the invoice had NO MENTION of the cost or that I was now enrolled in their program; neither did the confirmation email or shipment email notification. So today, AUGUST 7, 2018, I noticed an additional charge on my account for $89.87. I IMMEDIATELY called the number on my invoice in my email and disputed the charge. They initially told me I was out of luck and should have read the fine print. I told them this was a scam and that I wanted a FULL REFUND. When all they would offer me was 35% back I asked for a supervisor and she said if I had not received the item then it would be refunded. I jokingly said “okay then I didn’t receive it, so now can I have my money back?” and then she stated that I was on a recorded line and I shouldn’t lie about that. But then they can scam people out of their money and offer them up to 75% off future orders, or even offer to send me another free bottle, but not give me back what I’m asking for!? I then said I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and she said well if you accept the 35% refund they will side with us and you’ll owe us back the 35%. This company is a complete scam! STAY FAR AWAY!!

While on Facebook, on 7/23/18, I saw an ad for Dream Serum advertising a "free trial" of a miracle anti-aging cream. To even get to the information on the cream, you are required to fill out personal information, including credit card info for a "free trial". When I got the end - they said I would receive my free trial soon. On 7/24/18, I was charged $4.90 and $4.95 for "dream serum 3" and "dream serum 4". Five days later, I received the items in the mail. While trying the items, I noticed that the lotions are creamy and nice, but not "miraculous." I was not impressed overall. On 8/8/18, my bank account was charged $88.99 and $89.87. FREE trial - I understood it to be FREE. I called the customer service number 855-778-3026 and was told that I missed the "14-day trial period" by one day. The lady said that I should have read the email they sent me. I didn't receive any email from Dream Serum regarding canceling the order within a 14 day window. I even made the lady at Customer Service confirm the email they had listed for me - and it was correct. I did NOT receive any email. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. The lady said she could cancel it monthly subscription and gave me a cancelation number. She said I still had to pay the $88 and $89 charges, however, because I didn't cancel in time. (How could I have canceled ON TIME if I was never informed of the cancellation period??) This is an obvious scam - switch and batch kind of thing! Highly advise to steer clear of this company!

Company offering free skin care trial size products. I'm normally diligent in looking over websites to make sure I'm not pulled into some type of agreement or autoship. Well, 14 days later (from the PURCHASE date not received date) I see two monster charges pending on my credit card. Apparently they charge you 14 days later for a recurring shipment. I called the company and they were extremely rude (I'm assuming they get a LOT of these calls) and told me they would cancel in the future but I authorized this so they would not refund. And, the customer service told me if I disputed this with my card or elsewhere I would lose as many others have. (Wow, rude.)This is CLEARLY a scam and they aren't looking to build satisfied customers. I was unable to speak to a supervisor or anyone else and she hung up on me. Funny thing is, their product isn't bad and I may have actually ordered more on my own.

I too was suckered into buying their Dream Serum for $4.95 on July 20. On Aug 3, $89.97 was taken out of my checking account, and I was surprised to say the least. I was not aware of the trial period, I just assumed I was trying a product and then could decide if I wanted to go ahead with it at a later date. I honestly did not think I had to read the fine print for any type of trial period. I apologized for that when I called the contact center, but said I truly felt that they should have been much more upfront about this 14 day waiting period. I asked for a refund for the $89.97. At first the woman I talked to said she could give me a 35% refund; when I said I still wanted a full refund, she said the most she could give me was 50%. So frustrating! I did tell her I would be contacting the Revdex.com because I have seen numerous complaints similar to mine at the Revdex.com. I do not like scams and I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The free sample from Dream Serum is not free and will charge you for the cost of the cream and eye cream if you do not contact them before 14 days and it will take at least 7-8 days before you receive the product and this was not stated on the fine print that I could read. Please beware of this product and the fancy claims that you see on the T V by Kathy Gifford.

Ordered free sample from Dream Serum charge should have been 4.95 instead I was charged 89.87. Called Dream Serum (855-778-3026) to stop ordered and was on the phone for 20 minutes to get in and an additional 10 minutes taking to Sky trying to cancel orders. Tried reducing amount by 35%, 50% then 75%. Told her I only wanted a refund. She finally agreed but only refunded one of the 89.87 I Paid. Returned the unopened product to Dream Serum.

We are sorry for any problems we may have caused you. By having a chargeback placed on your account your purchase order was returned back into your account already.

This company is taking advantage of women with an offer to try their skin product, a trail sample, for the cost of shipping and handling ($12.34)
They then charge the customer the full price in 14 days, an additional $178.86.
They claim this 14 day trail period is included in their information but it is not clearly stated.
The product does not even arrive for 10 days leaving the customer 4 days to try the new product on their skin.
This is not enough time to even see if the product is something the customer likes.
The call center they are using has no authority to provide customer service or refunds.
I waited 30 minutes to speak with the floor manager who told me her hands were tied, I am out the money. Period.
This is clearly false advertising. Using a celebrate name from a morning show to promote their product with a trial offer that is actually a purchase.
This company needs to be shut down or at least forced to advertise their deceptive business model.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it for mysel, alone. This company is still using false advertising to swindle more women everyday.

I was inquiring about a serum that Good Morning America Co-Host Amy Robach developed but was re-directed to Dream Serum's website. They were offering trial samples for the payment of $4.95 (shipping/handling). I realized soon after, that I likely ordered the wrong product. I received the serum in late July and had my spa look at it. It is full of chemicals. I never authorized a charge of $89 for the full bottle. There was never an indication in fine print that I could see that I was signing up for a monthly subscription. I have many items on auto ship/delivery (***, ***) and they definitely define the terms and condition of their autoship program. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

I called the company after reviewing my credit card statement and asked for a full refund of my unused/unopened product. They denied my request and offered me a 35% refund of my $89 purchase. I demanded my subscription be cancelled and had to block this merchant from my credit card. I've already filed a complaint with the Attorney General of NC. If this isn't resolved in a timely manner I will look into taking further action.

I ordered a free sample and got charged shipping, which is what I agreed to only. Then I got charged $88.99 and $89.87 for the products because apparently I didn't cancel within the 14 days and had unknowingly signed up for on-going product service. I was in another state on business and couldn't cancel it and didn't even know I was being charged. This is unethical business practices to use my banking information on an on-going basis and assume when I signed up for a free trial that I would be charged for that free product. They should have communicated this more effectively.

I have been trying to contact this company for days to cancel a "subscription" that I did not opt for! I cannot reach a live person or get an email acknowledging my request. This is a scam company ! Beware!
