Where did this 14 day trial come from? I would have never agreed to such a thing. It said free trial, shipping and handling only. I called and complained, said there was nothing they could do because I approved it. What did I Approve?
Now im out 200+ for some cream that dont work.

I ordered online the Dream Serum on 7/20/2018. For $12+ change. I received it the next week with no information . I called and emailed this morning when I saw a pending charge of $89.87 on my Visa card . I called customer service at 6:38 AM on 8/3/2018. They told me that I signed which I didn't their Terms and Agreement. which I didn't. They said I cannot get my money refunded. It was on for 14 days. I stated I was 6 1/2 hours late and that this is wrong. She started reading me my rights and told me they will fight me and not refund me the money. I told her I was never informed I was to receive any shipments other than to try this. After reading the ingredients, I said I do not want it anymore charges. She then said I would receive in 5 to 7 days a refund of $31.49. She gave me 2 cancellation numbers.

On July 18th, 2018, I placed an order for Dream Serum for $4.95 shipping, at which time a subsequent offer came up to add their Calm Eye product for just $4.90 shipping. I read all the fine-print because I wanted to be certain I was not signing up for an auto-ship. The only information provided was that these were each a "30 day supply" with a "return guarantee". I received the product the afternoon of July 21st, 2018. On August 3rd (today) I looked at my bank statement to find Dream Serum's phone number to discuss my dissatisfaction with their product and to set up a return. While retrieving their number from the previous charge, I noticed two additional unauthorized charges in the amounts of $89.97 and $88.99 one day apart from each other despite the products having been purchased in the same transaction initially. I called the company and spoke with Nika (sp?) and asked why I was being charged again, as I had not only just received their product but actually disliked their product quality, and had no intention of re-purchasing. She informed me that this was the cost for the product already received on July 21st (???). She stated that I signed up for a "14-day trial" which was not clear in their advertising. I said "Even if I was aware it was a 14 day trial, today is day 13 from the day I received it, so I'd like to return it." She replied to me "That's too bad, because your free trial started the day you ordered it." I asked how my trial could start before I was even able to "try" their products, she refused to answer and referred me to their website. I asked her to just cancel this and refund me, she refused and I stated that I will file a dispute with my bank and the FTC. She said"Well, to save you the hassle of filing a complaint, I am authorized to offer you a 35% refund as a customer service gesture." When I told her that was inadequate, she replied "Good luck, we win 99.9% of disputes brought against us."

After seeing an online ad to try Dream Serum and only pay shipping and handling, I decided to give it a try. After checking the the box confirming that I was over 18 years of age, I was also offered to try the Dream Serum/Calm Eyes and only pay shipping and handling for that product as well, which I did. I received the products, but I don’t like them and do not want to receive any further shipments. When I received my credit card statement this month it showed an additional charge of $89.87! I immediately called Dream Serum to let them know that an error must have been made as I do not wish to continue to receive this product and I want the charge removed. After being on hold for a half hour, I was told that since I received the product and did not call them within 14 days (what?!), they will not refund my money! I was then offered a 35% discount and then a 50% discount on future orders. I told them I do not wish to place any future orders — I don’t like the product and just want my money back! I was told that wasn’t possible. And then the representative went on to tell me how to clean my face and use the product so then maybe I would like to order more of the product. I just want a refund! By the way, my credit card statement also shows a “rewards charge” of $2.49, which I have no idea what that is, and two separate charges of $4.90 each for shipping and handling, even the two products arrived in one package.

Similar to other individuals that have submitted complaints, I ordered my initial trial of Calm Serum and Calm Eyes on June 26, 2018 based on an article about Amy Robach quitting GMA News to concentrate on her beauty skincare business that was tied to an advertisement about the Dream Serum products being endorsed by famous celebrities such as, Barbara Walters, Rosie O'Donell, and Ellen Degeneres. Like others, I also expected a sample size of the products to arrive in the mail. Initially, I was informed via email that the trial products were ordered and when they were being shipped. I was not notified via email or other means when the trial ended, I was not notified that the "subscription started"and I was not notified of the full prices of the Calm Serum and Calm Eyes (totaling $178.86). Further I was not notified by email or other means of the upcoming shipment of the products. When I received the Calm Serum and reviewed my credit card charges ($178.86 +$4.95 for shipping) I did know I was now on a "monthly subscription." I called to cancel my "subscription" and obtain a refund. When I explained the lack of clarity to the customer service representative and the supervisor, I received the similar scripted responses about the 2 week trial and cancellation notices. They stated that they sent emails from Calm Eyes and Calm Serum notifying me of my upcoming shipments, but I did not receive those emails. Note that I also did not receive the Calm Eyes product that was supposedly shipped at the end of July. I continued to request a refund and the supervisor offered a 50% refund for the Calm Serum and Calm Eyes for the late July shipment., totaling $89.42. While I accepted this refund, I would like 100% of my money back, totaling $273.25.

- I have now received a refund for the first "monthly subscription order."

- I am still seeking a refund for the initial charges for the 2 initial products that were part of the "trial" - $88.99 + $89.87 for a total of $178.86 as the cost of these products were not fully disclosed at the time that I signed up to receive the "samples" of the products.

- I will be completely satisfied once I receive the $178.86 in refunds.

I am rejecting this response because: I am seeking a refund from the initial charges associated from the expiration of the "sample"/"trial" period. I was not notified that the charges going forward would be for $89.87 (July 11th) and $88.99 (July 12th) for the Dream Serum products. The packing slips also did not indicate the prices either. I will not be 100% satisfied until I am refunded $178.86. The refunds made on August 2nd and 8th only represent the fund for the first month of the "subscription." I am also disputing the misleading practices regarding the "trial"/product "samples." Thank you for your consideration.

Our policy is no more than 7 days and as per policy we can only refund you for your most recent purchases within that cycle and in which we have done that for you at this time.

I ordered what I thought was a sample of a cosmetic online where I was only told I would have to pay shipping of 4.25. Two products came in the mail with a 12.00 shipping cost. I let this go, only to find amounts of 88.97 and 88.99 charged on my credit card. Looking further on my statement later in the month, the same charges were there again. I called the company and was told there was nothing they could do about it. After an endless conversation going through a supervisor, I was told they would credit my account 75% of the fees charged. The credit came through for two of the amounts, but not all four. I called again and was told they could do nothing about it. After I told them I would contact the Revdex.com and needed to have it resolved, I was finally offered 75% of the current bills. I obviously think this has been a total scam, especially since I researched the company - Dream Serum - online and saw an endless number of complaints, all with basically the same verbage. THIS IS A SCAM! I do not want other people to go through what I did; it should not be allowed.

On June 20 2018 I was watching TV Good Morning America about an
Anchor woman leaving her job to pursue a new career in the Dream Serum product. When I open up my Yahoo browser the advertisement for Dream Serum was on with Movie Stars endorsing Dream Serum product. I went on the site to order the free product and I only had to pay the shipping, $5.00? I Paid with my *** Credit Card, in a few weeks I receive more products and I was wandering why I am getting more?

Well, I got SCAM my credit card statement came with a charge of $370.26 dollars., I look at their original advertisement of Dream Serum on the internet and at the very bottom I was hypothetical supposed to open up another window with statements of terms and conditions, in fine print.
On the actual advertisement window there is nothing mention about a $89.00 charge

A week ago, I notice another facial cream product “Love me to Death” by Kathie Lee Gifford on the internet browser the same exact Movie Stars endorsing another product but with the same gimmicks. …..I’m just an old lady of 72 years on Social Security , Wow did I get SCAM.

Dream Serum would not accept the products back or a refund/ unsatisfactory with the product skin rash plus the charges on additional jars I did not order.

What are my option? Can the Revdex.com persuade these companies to pay back the millions of dollars they took from the public!

Very misleading sales practices. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Dream Serum and thought the product was worth a try. This advertisement was about a well know celebrity claiming to quit her job to promote this wonder product. I decided to give it a try. I proceeded to the website, the website offers samples of their product for a small shipping and handling fee. What the heck, great way to try out something before buying. I submitted my credit card and was billed three different amounts on 6/14/2018, $4.95, $4.90, $2.49. I received my product, and tried it. Great! However, upon checking my credit card on line, I saw two additional charges on 6/28/2018 for $89.87 and $88.99. I immediately contacted their support line, I was told, I agreed to sign up for future shipments of the products I order samples of. They told me I checked a box agreeing to their terms and conditions.. The box I checked off next to the terms and conditions was stating I was over 18. I am so I checked it. I was then informed my new product was on it's way. I never received any additional product, told them I didn't want any future product. I was told they would cancel any future shipments. But would not reverse the charges, because the I agreed to future shipments. I NEVER ANY RECEIVED ADDITIONAL PRODUCT! I felt my only recourse was to reach out to my credit card company. Which I did. They reversed the charges pending investigation. Well the following month on 8/1/2018, the charges of $89.87 and $88.99 are back on my statement. I called my bank, they informed me that this charges are for the samples I received,that I had I called within two weeks of receiving the product to cancel, I would get charged.WHAT!! This was not made clear on their website, I was told this was future shipments of which I never received. My credit card company was told a different story. Basically, your stuck with payment no mater what!

I didn't even know about 14 day notice until I got my information from my bank. I just noticed this while looking over the paperwork form ***.

I received a free trail offer for Dream Serum and was unaware that there was a 14 day trail period from the date of purchase on July 17, 2018. On August 1, 2018, they charged me $89.97 and on August 2, they charged me $88.99. I called Dream Serum (855-778-3026) on August 2 and I was told I had a 14 day trial period and I was charged because I didn't cancel the product and it was bound by law according to their cancellation policy and they do not give refunds. I was advised I placed the order on July 17 - the call center advised me the trail offer begins on the date ordered. Shipping is 5 - 7 days - so if I received in 7 days, I only had possibly 10 days to decided if I wanted the product (per Rachael a supervisor in the call center). I told them I wanted a full refund - I apologized for not being aware of the 14 day trial period. I was told that the information regarding the 14 day trial period may not have been included in the information when I signed up for the trail. Again, I was unaware of the trail period and thought I only had to pay shipping and handling charges to try the product and then decide if I wanted to purchase. I was only able to reach the call center - they advised they had no information on how to contact Dream Serum. I was unsatisfied with the customer service and upset that they would not to give me a full refund - after all I was calling two days after the trail offer. Unbelievable - can you believe they refused to provide contact information so I could talk to someone at Dream Serum because they (the call center) were not able to provide adequate customer service. They advised they are a call center for Dream Serum and they do not have an address or contact information for the company they support. I would like to talk to someone from Dream Serum about their customer service and about the policy for refunds when you are unaware of their 14 day trail period.

Dream Serum’s Terms and Conditions states that 14 day trial use period starts on order date. I called to request a refund of $89.87 and that product will be returned today, (8/1/2018) which of course, was refused because the agent (Kanisha) stated I was ineligible for a refund claiming that day 14 was on 7/31/2018. Since my order was placed on 7/18/2018 at 5 pm, I fail to see how I’m supposed to “trial use” the product for 14 days when it is in transit. When I debated the proper count of days she stated that four days are for shipping and ten days are for product use. Nowhere in the terms and conditions is there a breakdown of the shipping timelines. I think this is very disingenuous and a poor justification for refusing to process a refund. I have been on the phone for nearly 3 hours with four different people (Kanisha, Sonya, Rachel, Wendy) all sounding like broken records vomiting their misleading terms and conditions spiel. A company should not offer a 14 day trial use period when four of the days are in transit and not even stated as such in the terms and conditions; what am I supposed to do, hitch a ride with the mode of shipping to take advantage of all 14 days trial use period? This is such a scam and to be avoided at all costs! It just identifies the lack of a moral compass and an utter failure of customer service.

I purchased this product for shipping only, somewhere in very fine print there seems to be something to suggest that if you do not cancel in 14 days they will billed 88.99 for both products, I do not recall seeing any of this information when I ordered the trial. Also the emails sent to me also doesn't state that I will be charged full price for both of these products. They could have very easily placed this in the email receipts, the fact that they don't makes it very clear they are willfully trying to deceive customers. When you call their customer support, they outright tell you that if you contact your bank stating this is a fraud charge they will prevail cause you clicked to purchase without reading the fine print on their website.

7/18 @ 8:30am- Contacted Dream Serum about "free trial". In the course of the conversation I told Daniel that I was very suspicious of the company and did not wish to proceed with the order. He informed me that he had already hit the send button (without my OK) and I would have to contact the business office at 855-778-3026 to cancel. @ 8:42 contacted LaTivia at the # provided and cancelled the order. She assured me it would be cancelled prior to processing. On 7/19 I received an email that the product has shipped. Contacted the # provided again and spoke w/ Frederica. She told me the account was cancelled and no charge had been processed. 7/22 - Charges showed up on my credit card for $4.90 and $4.95. Spoke with Jay and was very rudely informed that they had credited back the $4.90. Told me I was a liar as they had never charged the $4.95 and I needed to be patient for the credit to process. When I asked for a supervisor he put me on hold where no one picked up for 34 minutes before I hung up. 7/31 no credit had been issued so I called and spoke with Keyena who again told me the account was cancelled (as I had been told since day 1) and that the $4.90 had been credited but they never charged the $4.95. I told her she was incorrect and she called me a liar and hung up on me. I immediately called my credit card company, disputed both charges and was given credit for both charges. Today, 8/1, I checked my credit card to find a charge for $89.65 to Dream Serum. This in spite of being told since day 1 that the account was cancelled. I have had to close the credit card to prevent further charges.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I first saw Dream Serum as a pop up on my phone . It said a co-host of the television show The View was leaving the show to promote this product . Trusting her , I unfortunately fell for the Dream Serum scam . After all , it was a free trial sample . No harm , no foul , or so I thought . I had no idea about the 14 days to cancel your subscription . I had no idea I had a subscription . I had no idea I would receive more products with a no return policy . I only realized all this when I received my credit card statement with 5 charges on it ! $89.87 , 88.99 , $4.95 , $89.87 and $88.99 ! My first call to Dream Serum the employee informed me that the first set of charges was for the shipment I had just received . I had received 2 boxes I hadn’t opened because I wanted to return them . I was then informed about the no return policy and that there were 2 products in each box to go along with the 4 charges on my credit card . The 5th charge for $4.95 was for my rewards . What ? Rewards ? There is a charge for rewards ? I canceled my membership on this call . When I opened the 2 boxes there was only 1 product in each box . I again called Dream Serum this time being told the first set of charges was for my free trial and the second set of charges was for the 2 additional products I received . She then informed me on the day I canceled my membership they sent me another product that I have yet to receive and there will be a charge for $89.87 on my next credit card statement . Seriously ! Another $89.87 ! This learning experience has cost me over $450 ! I’m retired and living on a pension . I can’t afford $450 for lotion ! Please don’t fall for this scam . The words Class Action Lawsuit come to mind .

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Dream Serum and thought the initial investment was worth a try. I began filling out order information, including credit card information, but after considering this price was too good to be true, thought I should do some research online before completing the order. I did NOT submit an order. I received three follow up phone calls from Dream Serum representatives that day, wanting me to complete my order. I declined each time ( the last time very firmly). I was surprised to later receive a shipment of the creams in the mail but noticed no charge indicated on the packing slip. Hmmm.
Today I received my charge card statement, which showed billing for the initial trial AND another full charge for an additional order of the serums, which also arrived today. I didn’t order the first one much less the second one!
I then spent fifty minutes on the phone with two representatives from Dream Serum. The conversations followed the scripts of other reviews voiced here. After requesting a full refund to my charge card from the first representative, I was offered a 35% refund, then a 50% refund, then a 75% refund. Finally, I was offered a 100% refund on the NEXT order, which had been billed to my charge account (current billing cycle) and hadn’t even shipped yet! Since I also wanted complete reimbursement for the charge that had been posted to my account, I was referred to her superior who offered me 35%, then 50% credit toward the first full charge. That was her final offer. I was told if I didn’t accept it, there would be NO refunds for either shipment.
In the end, after reading other customers’ negative experiences to the representative from the Revdex.com website and explaining I would have no problem adding my own to the list, I was told I am supposed to receive a full refund on my charge card for both of the orders.
Be careful with this company. Since I didn’t place an order, I didn’t have the opportunity to read the cancellation policy, which was referred to many, many times in my conversations today. However, after examining my statement and considering product arrival dares, the time lapse between the time of charging an account and receiving your order will make it difficult for you to cancel your agreement even if you do originally accept it OR place an order.

I called and cancelled my subscription in the time allowed they did not record it and charged me 90 for services I did not authorize .. this is stealing!!
its not my fault who ever took the call did not log my cancellation.

I ordered a sample on June 14th, received one Calm Cream and was billed for Dream Serum on June 28th for 89.87 and on June 29 for 88.99. Was again billed for same amounts on July 15 and 16th. Did not sign up for more products as I was not happy with the results of the first product I received. I called the company the day after I received my Credit Card bill to tell them I do not want the merchandise and had not even opened two of them. They told me they did not accept returns even if unopened and that I had not canceled within the allotted 14 days. It must have been in such fine print that no one read it as I am not the first to complain about the scam. I never would have ordered such an expensive product had I known. I was offered a 35% refund and then a 50% refund, what I want is a FULL REFUND. I would be happy to send back the unopened products (2). This company is operating on a scam and needs to be stopped before more people that can't afford the product are duped. PLEASE STOP this company and others from duping us as many of us that look at these products are elderly and do not or can not read ALL the fine print. Upon review I notice there are more complaints the same as mine against them.

This seems like a pattern of dream serum trying to get people's money. I had saw an advertisement on online so I decided to purchase the items giving the offer of $4.95. I had received the offer of the calm eyes and calm serum which I ordered July 11th. Than I started noticing on my bank account a $89..87 charged on 7/25 and another charged to my bank account 7/26. I had called Dream Serum up on July 26th to let them know I wanted to cancel my account than they charged me on the same day. I called them today July 29th and they told me that I cannot get a refund for the charges because of the 14 day policy. I had wished I had read all the complaints that were given by Dream Serum because it is a scam and very misleading. I also just want my refund back!

The nature of the complaint would be all of the options listed! This company is a fraud and you can not get any reply back from them. I viewed their site and was about to make a purchase. When I went to cancel it submitted the order. I immediately tried to reply to the email confirming the order. Then I called the customer service number given in the email, spoke to Destiny. After several minutes on the phone telling her I wanted to cancel this and confirm it was cancelled she said she couldn't refund me. While on the phone with her I checked my account and found it was charged, I told her this and said it needed to be refunded just as fast as they ran it. She told me it was cancelled and gave me a confirmation number which was the same # as the order. I went straight to the website and hit the "contact us" email and emailed them again. No reply. This evening I received an email saying my order was shipped! I will report this to my bank. This company is using false advertising, and deceiving people. Plus they lack customer service to rectify an issue.

I ASKED FOR THE TRIAL SAMPLE ON 7/4/18 I WAS CHARGED 9.85 INSTEAD OF 4.95 AND I RECEIVED TWO DIFFERENT THINGS INSTEAD OF 1 AND I DIDNT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 7/12 AND DREAM SERUM CHARGED MY ACCOUNT ON 7/14/18, THEY SAID THIS WAS MY 14 DAY TRIAL--TWO DAYS TO TRY IT BUT THIS IS MY TRIAL PERIOD AND PRODUCT?!? REALLY, THE TRIAL SIZE FOR 178$ IM DISAPPOINTED AND IM GOING TO PUT THIS ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA THAT I CAN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW...THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WANT MY 178$ BACK ASAP!!

I only wanted one product I received two n was charged for 2 plus a regular order for each product that I didn’t not receive nor do I want to receive either bc I feel betrayed, scammed and taken advantage of. I just would like my money back, at this point.

The bank is not returning my money due to dream serum sending them some verification saying I only had 14 days from the date they shipped it to me and I received it the 12th or 13th day, which is no time to try it but I haven’t opened the bottle or the jar and I really would like my money back because I feel like they manipulated me.

The advertising of product stated you can try the cream for 2.49 shipping
I did not see where it stated you had to cancel before 14 days otherwise you are charged 89.99 per product....I was 2 days passed their 14 days, not 14 days of receiving the product....I didn’t use the product I was willing to send it back in hopes of receiving a full refund (190.00) but the wouldn’t refund me because I was 2 days late.
It’s a scam to get you to pay full price for eye cream without a refun
