I ordered a trial sample of skin cream from this company,and I developed some skin problems.I called to cancel as they had already taken out close to $200 from my bank account before the trial period even ended. They told me they would refund my account but this has not taken place and I was told it would be within 3 business days.

I, too, have been scammed by Dream Serum Skin Care by the amount of $178.86. I called the company and was told that I was obligated for the full price because I ordered the sample size product. I never received any paper work regarding this practice. Under threat of notifying the Attorney General of Connecticut and Channel 7 news, I finally got the company to refund the June's charges but here it is July, and there are new charges for $178.86. The only reason I ordered the samples was the fact that Lara Spencer from GMA America was used to promote and sell this product. This is not so!!! Her name was scammed by this company.

On July 9 I ordered a trial sample of “Dream Serum” from a link/ad on the Yahoo website. The total cost was a shipping fee of 4.90. The ad stated, what I now know to be, a fraudulent claim that this product was a line started by Amy Robach on “Good Morning America”. On July 24 I was debited by Dream Serum, 88.90 and on 7/25, 89.87. I did not authorize these charges. I called and was told that I had checked off terms and conditions which supposedly detailed the “subscription” and that if they were not contacted in 14 days I would have to pay the full price of the products sent to me. I assured them I did not check anything and would not have agreed to those terms. They said I was not able to return the product and they would as a “courtesy refund 35%. I stated that was not acceptable and that I would file a dispute. They said I would lose the refund if I did so. I told them I had no knowledge of any terms and conditions which I ALWAYS am aware of. In no way was this “subscription” clear to me and I now can’t find where I signed up or ordered this product. No facts about the possible costs or debits were in an email sent to me after the trail products were sent. Now, on there website, if you click to order “Dream Serum” another brand pops up. There are no celebrity endorsements on their website.

I am still owed 57.85 by Dream Serum. I was refunded 35% at first then the rest of the amount for one product, 58.42 but not the remainder of the amount for the second product (57.85). I am hoping it will be deposited in my account soon.

I was just duped today like everyone else on this Dream Serum complaint thread. My Credit card was charged twice $89.87 for both the cream and eye serum. I called and asked for a refund as I don't care for this product or the deception behind this product. I was told they don't offer refunds and this is what I signed up as I "agreed" to the trial! WHAT!?!? WHERE!?!? How small was the font that apparently all of us on this complaint thread missed? DECEPTIVE! When I cancelled the so called subscription I "agreed" to, they tried to offer me this hoax for 75% off and a delay the subscription to every 60 days. I just want my refund back of $179.74!

I last contacted your company on AUGUST 8th concerning my refund of $88.99 for the eye serum. I think you've had ample time to research and investigate. Just because I've disputed with my credit card company, it does not mean you should withhold from refunding what I've been charged. I've been patient and I'd like my full refund!

This company ranks with the worst of the scammers. They lead you to believe you are signing up for a low-cost trial offer and the next thing you know, you start receiving products you didn't order and they rack up the charges on your credit card. I do not believe they ever let you know that the product you are trying costs $88 a bottle! I would never purchase a product that expensive! However, I did not know the cost of this product. This is truly a "gotcha" business.

Perhaps it would be better to tell customers in the large print (not hidden in the terms and conditions) that they are signing up for a "subscription" and that the retail cost of these products is almost $90 each.

Misleading and shady business practices. So on July 2 at 7:37 pm I went through a link to try this product. I had heard the ads and saw ads on line claiming a particular celebrity was quitting her day time talk show to promote this product line etc.. After so.e research it sounded like a good deal to take advantage of their claim, that if you go to the site now for a limited time, I could order dream serum and only pay shipping and handling. So as I proceeded to do so, as your checking out they push the other product, calm eyes at you also just S& H. I figured why not. I finished with purchase and was billed total of $9.85 for both products.
Several days later I received product and I'm actually relatively happy specifically with Calm eyes. However on 7/16/2018 I see I'm suddenly billed for $89.97. So I immediately contacted support through their number and wanted to know what was going on.
The woman " Victoria", informed me that before I checked out there was a small box that I HAVE to check off in order to finish the transaction. I didn't recall this so I went back and checked and there was a box next to terms and conditions stating I am over 18 years old.. So I guess I nay have looked and thought yes I am!! And checked it and moved on to finish.
WELL..that is how this shady marketing tactic works.. Because buried deep inside that link to their terms and conditions, it says if I don't call within 2 weeks, they will bill me for the $89.97.
I was livid to say the least. They should be making that very clear outright. Not hiding it away knowing most will check the box and move on. So today to ad insult. I got to thinking, if they charged me shouldn't I have more product coming? I called that number again and talked to " Melissa", she said NO I don't have product coming, that mount was for what I already got!!?? What?? That makes no sense I told her. The ad was to order now and pay nothing, product was absolutely free!! Just pay shipping and handling. She explained again NO, if I don't call to cancel within two weeks they charge me full price.
Again!!?? I said sooo regardless of advertising and claims made, whether I like or dislike, NO MATTER WHAT, I'm getting charged full price!!! I'm so livid right now.. I did notify 3 friends who also ordered about a week after me and just got their product... I told them to immediately call that number and cancel your account NOW! Otherwise they will pull the same scam on you.
I will gladly tell anyone and everyone about this company practice and how shady it is..

I placed an order for Dream Serum on 6/20/18 and was to pay $4.95 for shipping. Today I received another jar so I checked my credit card and I have been charged $89.87 on 7/4/18 and again on 7/21/18. I immediately called the company and was told I checked the terms and conditions which gave me 14 days to try and if I did not cancel I would agree to a subscription to Dream Serum. First of all I never checked anything with those terms, I would NEVER agree to a subscription of a face cream. When I told the customer service rep that I wanted to return this and credit my account I was told they do not accept returns because the product could degrade in shipping. Then the rep wanted to give me a 35% discount on further shipments! I did not want the second shipment let alone getting any more. She said she could cancel my "account" but I could not get a refund. Believe me the people I told about this product will now know the truth, it's a scam. I am considering contacting legal advice about me not being able to return this item for a refund. None of this was disclosed when I ordered the product.

On June 25, 2018 I placed an online order for a sample of Dream Serum- Calm Serum for $4.95, based on a news article that said it was a product produced by Amy Robach. The product took a few weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, it was in jar; I had expected a little tear open plastic vial sample for $4.95. The packing slip did not have a price - if I knew what they had actually charged, I would have called immediately

When I was looking over my checking account on July 9th, I saw a charge for $89.87 for Dream Serum. I called the company at (855) 778-3026 and said that I ordered a sample and did not authorize a charge of $89.87 and would return the product. I wanted a full refund. I live on a limited income

The representative that I spoke to, 'Corina', refused and said that I 'agreed to the terms & conditions which stated that if I didn't call and cancel within 14 days, the charges would be incurred'. None of this information or Term and Conditions were on the screen when I ordered. She then tried to offer me discounts which I did not want. She then said she would cancel future orders and would send me an e-mail to confirm this. I told her that I still wanted the $89.87 back and that this was a scam. I would never have ordered the sample if I knew of these problems. I have since read that this company fraudulently uses celebrity endorsements.

Dream Serum's website advertises a 'free trial' of their face products, requesting the customer pay a $4.95 Shipping and Handling fee to receive the trial. After 10 days of this 'trial', the customer is charged the full amount of the cost of the product(s). The only issue with this is the website's advertising does not outline the agreement and terms of the trial. There is no mention the 10 day trial on the website, after which time, the consumer has no idea there is a trial period that they are beginning once they request the products from the website. 14 days after placing the order, the company charges the customer's credit card (the one used to pay S&H) without authorization, for the full market price of the product(s). In my scenario this was $178. When I called customer service to inquire what this charge was for, she explained it all to me over the phone but said there was nothing she could to do return my money.

I fell for a scam from Dream Serum recently. The first of June I clicked on a pop up ad that said for a free trial offer on some face serum I was to pay $4.95 for shipping and then when I clicked it said for an additional $4.95 I could receive another eye product. It didn't say anything about signing up for a subscription to their products. I checked my bank account yesterday and noticed I had 2 pending charges for $89 so I called my bank. They pointed out that my account had also been debited by this company on July 5th. When I called Dream Serum and talked to one of their representatives I asked first to cancel this subscription I did not sign up for. They offered me several times a reduction for 25%, then 50% then 75% off any future products. Each time I told her she wasn't listening that I wanted this cancelled immediately and a full refund. I did not get anywhere with her other than canceling this subscription. Also I have noticed they use false advertising saying several celebrities have endorsed their product and are invested in it. I do not believe this to be true either. I can't believe that a company can get by with taking this money. As of today they have taken $360 of my hard earned money. It's really sad that people can get by with this.

I hope this scam becomes national news. Obviously, the fact that that the company has you "locked in" is not well advertised.

Negative - 2 Samples were sent - 1 a jar of Calm Serum & 1 a tube of Eye Cream - Which was virtually empty - It had a small amount of product in it.....
I have now been charged $88.99 & 89.87 - for a Total of $178.86 - Which is outrageous for any kind of cream....

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS - IT IS A SCAM!
Our story is very much like the rest of the people who like us wanted to give it a try for the shipping only charge! Much to our surprise I received another product that I DID NOT order and find, so I looked at my credit card and find that they had charged our credit card the shipping charge plus the product charge of $89.87 - not once but twice - for a total of $184.69!
My husband called them and got the same story that he said he had agreed to their terms-
Bull!!!! He agreed to nothing and they were not interested in us returning the item we did not order.
I told them I was writing the Revdex.com review and also contacting my credit card company to report them as scam artist!
I also can't believe that it is legal for them to use Lara Spencer's name from GMA to sell the product! She should be bringing a law suit against this company if she hasn't already!
Hopefully this review will keep some other person from being duped by these low class,
conniving, dishonest company!

Stay away from this company. They are scam artists! They have used the name Radiant Revive in the past and now Dream Serum and misrepresented their trial offer information with fine print. It arrives in vague packing slips, with minimal information; nothing to identify 10-14 day trial. They DO NOT have an autopay disclaimer on charges, so they are not allowed to do autopay. However, before you know it you will be sent and charged excessive charges for what you thought you ordered only as a trial at $4.95.
Contact your credit card company!! Set up an alert. Change your info. If you have an active card, they will continue to scam you of money!!

I want to add my voice to the list of complaints and maybe someone will do something about the obvious consumer scam taking place. The company bases their rationale for being able to charge outrageous prices for products not ordered based on their terms and conditions. When is the last time anyone read the voluminous tiny print. If they were truly customer oriented they would make sure the important information was posted in big type clearly & concisely. I will attempt to see whether the AZ State Attorney General's office can do something about their deceptive advertising practises. In the mean time I have been billed twice but only received one shipment. Will contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Ordered product to try from this business as it was stated I only had to pay for shipping of $4.95 Received product, was not impressed with it and was glad I only wasted $4.95 on it. Yesterday, went to my mailbox to find more of this product had been shipped to me without my consent. I immediately called the company to complain and was told that I had 14 days to cancel or I will automatically receive shipments of this product. I said I had no idea what she was talking about as I NEVER agreed to this. She told me yes you did by submitting your order. She said "there is a separate link that explains all of this but everyone misses it." She said she could offer me a refund of 35% of the purchase price I told her no way. She then offered me 50% refund which I refused as well. I told her I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute. The customer service rep told me that that would be a mistake as the credit card company would end up going after me for starting a fraudulent case with them! I have since contacted my credit card company that is investigating currently and they suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have since found out this business has charged my credit card 7 times since mid June. I have also received an email from the company that they will cancel any future charges. They have charged me close to $400 without my consent.

I ordered a free 30 day trial offer of Deam Serum. I received my order and everything appeared fine until I received a charge of $89.87 on my credit card on June 25th and again on July 12th. I emailed a complaint to the company and was told that I needed to call the toll from number and speak to a customer service rep. I made the call on July 20th to request my money back. After speaking to the representative I realized the entire thing is a scam. When I ordered the serum it was because they advertised that it was Lara Spencer's product. I do not believe that Lara would scam customers like this company did. They offered to refund me 35% of my money back but I want it all returned. I offered to return the products for a full refund because I have not even opened either jar but I was told that because I didn't call within 14 days to cancel that I was not entitled to a refund. No company should be allowed to operate this way and if the consumers don't report this then companies will be allowed to continue this type practice. I am asking the Revdex.com to investigate this company and either make them change their practices or put them out of business. I would also like a full refund of the money I was scammed out of. I would truly appreciate the Revdex.com' s swift action in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:

I was not refunded the full amount of the charges to my credit card. I was charged $89.87 on june 25 and again on July 12. I was credited $31.45. I would like additional $148.29.

They hid the fine print of it being a subscription purchase by saying it was a sample, then charged full price for both products. I don't see results with the products and sent notice that I did not want any more - cancel the subscription. I checked my credit card account this morning and I've been charged again and no further products received which I would have returned anyway. I have disputed the credit card charges. My review of this company would be the same as the others - scam!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and I accept it.

I agreed to pay shipping to sample 2 of the dream serum creams. In reviewing my bank account, I see that I was charged the initial shipping fee (which I agreed to), and had 4 additional charges (two at $88.99 and two at $89.97) since I ordered the samples. This is NOT what was was advertised nor what I agreed to.

Once I saw the charges, I phoned customer service and informed them that I want to cancel whatever subscription they put me on, that I want a refund and that I'm willing to return the 2 bottles I received. I received a cancellation number so no future charges should appear, but they apparently have a shipment on it's way and they refused any sort of refund, telling me they have a no refund policy.
