What a total scaM! I ordered over phone for trial only, was told I would not be billed, if I wanted the product I would need to call back. (Good I thought as that’s how it should be right)... I got the product 6/11, it made my eyes swell and itch terribly! Doctor said i’m Obviously allergic and it took 4-days and drops to feel better% ??. Then I discover I was billed 6-Times from 6/18-7/6 $89.87, $88.99 and $4.95 respectively!!! I called to get the most absurd load of double talk and the usual run-around when they talk over you using the cue-cards of why it’s my fault. After the talk over me thing I finally get a supervisor with the same cue-cards and an offer for 30%, then after a continue battle, she offers me 75% discount for the July bills only (which she’s not supposed to do but she’ll give me her personal employee discount). I couldn’t believe it! I said what is this “let’s make a deal”! No, I demanded a full refund on all of it accept the original samples. After 30-minutes of this nonsense, I received a full refund for June bills and the (personal manager special) of 75% off all June. I just couldn’t take any more! Cathy Lee you should be embarrassed that your name is on this and that you are involved with a total SCAM! Which by the way, is riddled with fraud!

SCAM! Was told we signed up for this stuff! Received bills over a 2 month period for $750!! My Credit Card company stated that they had other people calling about this FRAUD !!!!

SCAM ALERT! I purchased this scam thorough Facebook as I thought I was purchasing a sample (which I was) but I didn't realize I would be charged THREE times for almost $90 after the fact without receiving any extra of the cruddy product. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES!!!!!! I have now had to cancel my account and all of my debit cards. It is unbelievable that this company is not considered to be breaking any laws!

Sadly, my wife was duped into this Dream Serum scam as well. I read several of the reviews and had to go puke as it is exactly what happened to her. I spoke to customer service rep who kept repeating from their script: "I understand your concerns, but your wife agreed to the trial policy...........", but not a LIFETIME ANNUITY. She did her best to avoid having to call a supervisor, but finally relented (after initially claiming there was no one else to talk to). I guess they're trying to outlast everyone. How fulfilling the job must be.
The supervisor first re-read the script then apparently turned to the page "Difficult Customers" and offered a 30% refund on the 2nd order in July. The original trial was ordered on or around June 22 and I'm on the hook for almost $400 in one month????? Who does this? I'm guessing they squeeze *** hemorroid(?) cream into their little bottle and laugh all the way to the bank as often as they can for as many suckers they can scam on this.
I'm not sure how my wife got to the order as she has no recollection of agreeing to this scam, but I'M GUESSING THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE CLICK BAIT ADS ON THE INTERNET. They can all rot in hell*.
*This may be a tad harsh, but I think you get my drift.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I wish I would have reviewed the Revdex.com prior to ordering a TRIAL sample online. I also contacted the company to be given the same song and dance. I have not opened my sample and offered to send it back, only to be told they don't accept the return of skin care products. This company is duping people on a regular basis!!

I tried resolving the issue with the company prior to posting a review. I called the number listed on the product and was told by the representative I would not receive a refund. Thank you for issuing the credit!

My story is the same as all the others. I thought I was getting bothe face cream and the eye cream for only $4.95 each. I received the samples. Last week ingot another shipment of the same. I did not order again, so I called the company. The packing slip had no address on it, only a customer support phone number. The girl gave me the same speech, I had never cancelled and I was out $387.00. I was furious. I asked to speak with a supervisor but we told that none were available to speak with me. She kept offering me her employee discount to bring the charges down but would not give me a complete refund. I told her I was going tomdispute the charges and she told me I would get nowhere doing that as I had agreed to their terms. What terms? I never agreed to any terms. I also told her I was going to report them to the Revdex.com but she did not seem to care. I was screaming at the woman because she kept talking over me and said I had agreed with their terms. I asked her how she could possibly sit there and tell me what I was going to be billed with a straight face. I hung up in her. I then called my credit card company and successfully disputed the charges and blocked them from my account in the future. This place is nothing more than a money making scam for the so called company. Buyer beware, it is just another rip off!

This company does not even deserve a response. It is nothing but a scam. It would be better to go to the drugstore and buy your anti aging cream. At least it wouldn't cost tou $90 a bottle! Do not purchase anything from this company. I have reported them to my credit card company and to the Revdex.com. What a scam!

I would like to submit a review about the products I ordered from this company, Dream Serum. Last July 4th I made a purchase of the product face serum and calm eyes for the promotion price of 4.90 and 4.95. I received the product July 10, 2018. On July 21 this company charged my card for for 66.74 and I noticed that they made another charge for 89.87 on July 18. I called the company right away and the customer representative said that I was charged full amount because of the 14 day trial, I told her I am not aware that there is a 14 day trial and that she claims that it was stated in their company policy. I looked again in the receipts, there was no statement that informs me about the 14 day trial. She said they will not refund the money, that is a hard earned money that is reserved to pay for another bill. I am going through a cancer treatment and I don’t need this kind of headache! I did not authorized this transaction and I demand to get a full refund! Please beware, this company is deceptive in their communication. It would be nice if they send an email or notice that I will be charged the full amount, I would have not ordered this product in that amount.

Do not order trial Dream Serum online.....you will be sent and billed for products you did not order. And when notifying Customer Service, you will be told that products cannot be returned and that when receiving the trial product that it's your responsibility to cancel within 14 days. None of these options were stated when ordering the trial sample.........

I was lead to a website saying Katie Lee Gifford had quit her job to focus on her skin care line. I ordered this product and then went on line to find out more about her leaving the today show. She did not leave the today show this is a scam to get your money. I tried to cancel but thought I was only paying the 4.95 for shipping so I did not look into Revdex.com at that time. The product is nothing more than cheap lotion. They do not clearly say you will be charged 88.99 for calm serum and 89.99 for eye cream. The packing slip that comes with the order does not have the price wasnt I surprised when I wondered where a charge for $357.82 on my visa came from. Do NOT order this product!! When I called and asked if I could return my unopened package they told me no, I asked for some help I was hung up on.

July 3, 2018 ordered Dream serum and calm serum for 4.95 shipping each. Received product July 12th, charged to my bank July17th, 88.99 and 89,87. Tried to call the company on the number in the ad which was the wrong number 888-409-4430. At that point suspicious, Found the correct number the bank. The 1st customer service agent very rude, saying trial begins at order date, if I had not received 4 days after the order I should have called, wrong number. Who starts the trial at the order date, you cannot try something you do not have. Talked with another agent more rude than the 1st. The 3rd said she was a supervisor, was more professional, gave me 50% back. Very disappointed bad business practices and not a bad product. Feel I should have received full refund. Would not recommend this company. Rude, and disrespectful .

Well, here I am another one to be "taken" by misleading advertising. I too was "taken" by their offer, only to find out later (today) my charge card was hit for almost $90. I was also scammed by the Dream Serum. I sent for the $4.95 sample of Dream Serum and Calm Eyes. Thought I was just paying shipping and handling for both. Received Dream Serum one day alone in box, and the Calm Eyes in one box the next day. That in itself is a scam on the shipping cost.
All I wanted was the samples. Did NOT see one word about trial period! Little did I realize I got charged with about $89, and another set came in mail, separately. Now have another set and again charged. Called customer service and nothing they can do. Wanted to sent it back and no refunds. I’m stuck and scammed. No bill or anything with product. All I can say it better work!!!!

Dream Serum is a scam and I can't believe there is no law for this legal fraud. I was duped into thinking I was paying only shipping for this half dollar size mystery ointment and later getting charged $90. They make the print small enough to gamble that ignorant people like myself believe in integrity. Legal robbery and I'm sick of it. Seeking a refund for a fraudulent beauty product. Retailer used an advertising scam by connecting their alleged anti-aging serum to a news feed about Amy Robach quitting GMA News to concentrate on her beauty skincare business. The advertisement claims famous celebrities made testimonials on how rejuvenating the product is. Celebrities included Barbara Walters, Rosie O'Donell, Ellen Degeneres and more. First it claimed it giving out a free sample then asks for your credit card to charge for shipping and handling. After finishing the transaction, it sent an email but no further details about the product nor how to ask for a refund or return. The website does not disclose their claim that we are able to get a refund or return within 14 days. Nowhere does it say that we get automatically enrolled in their monthly subscription and billed $89.99 for the product. Not in their website, the email they sent nor the packing slip that came with the product! This is a scam of hard-earned money and a violation of public consumer trust and rights! I need my money back! From the $4.95 that started this whole scam down to the unauthorized charge of $89.99 on my credit card! This company and product is a scam and I hope that its false advertisements be taken off the internet. Warning..it comes in different names in guise of a dream serum calm serum, anti-aging cream!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I made the mistake of ordering a "trial" of Dream Serum and Calm Eye Serum. No where in my transaction did it say that I was signing up for a "subscription" with 14 days to cancel. I did this on July 4, 2018. On July 18, 2018 I had an $89.87 charge on my account. When I called I was told there are no refunds. They canceled my account but I'm stuck with this bill even though I was within the 14 days to cancel, as they "don't issue credits." I wasn't notified of any pending charges from the company nor notification that I'm going to receive anything for this $89.87 charge.
Also, I re-read all email communication and no where does it specify you've signed up for a subscription by merely ordering a trial product. When I asked "Crystal" about this, she stated that they don't put the terms in an email. It's all on their website. This is a SCAM enterprise and a FOOL ME ONCE experience. Very, very misleading and deceptive practices of this company. I advise anyone to steer clear of their products and business practices, unless you want to waste your hard earned money.

SCAM ALERT! In a similar way to other reviews here I was completely duped by the 4.95 offer - which has been stated elsewhere - the ad did not state after 14 days you will be charged the full amount 89.87. My experience from customer service was no help - the response was that the terms and conditions on the website were communicated to me and they were not refunding me my unapproved charges to my account. They offered additional products for a discount, which I declined as I do not like the product. It has an odd funny smell and the eye cream left a crust around my eyes in the morning. I suggested to customer service that if Dream Serum really wants its customers to not feel that they are being scammed (which they are) their T&C should be clarified in the packaging of the free trial -in print, as well as a follow up email reminding the client of the T&C, advising them that upcoming charges will be posted to their account if the consumer approves of the product and the upcoming purchases. This is a complete scam and I am shocked that Lara Spencer, Good Morning America and other celebrities are promoting and endorsing this type of basic scam. Like the many other reviewers, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

I agree totally with the previous negative complaints. I was told the "fine print" is binding and the best I could do was get 50% of my money back. At 89 years old, I obviously didn't absorb all the "fine print". It is a scam that cost me more than I could afford

This company endorsed by Kathy Lee Gifford has you sign up for a free trial where they say you are getting the trial offer for $14.95 and then charges you 89.96 more after you receive the product. They do not send you a receipt or anything with any contact info and then begin sending you auto ship jars of this garbage product monthly after that. They will not take the product back or credit your account. I was offered a 30% refund of the $180 I was charged the second time. Nothing for the first time. I am beyond surprised the Today show would continue to employ such a scam artist and condone this treatment of the American public. Do not try this product! It is not a discounted product. It is a scam!

I purchased a sample of face cream and agreed to pay shipping for the sample. I looked at the advertisment/offer VERY carefully to make sure I was not agreeing to any other purchases or shipments. After I received the sample they shipped another 2 products only 2 weeks later on June 24 and then they shipped again on July 7. I called on July 17 and told customer service I did not order these products and they said I sgreed to it by not cancelling within 14 days. I offered to return the product unopened and they said " we do do accept any returns" . I spoke with a supervisor and she told me I had a legal binding contract with them. I told her there was absolutely nowhere on the offer to read "terms and conditions". She said there was. These terms were not posted where they could be read before commiting to the offer and therefore did not allow me to make an informed purchase. I requested they cancel future orders and refund my money. She refused. The second shipment has not yet arrived. If they want the product back they can send a call tag or shipping label and it will be returned in unopened condition.
