How disgusting that you blatantly lie about this horrendous transactuon, as an attempt to try and get away with it. Why don't you stop lying and scamming me as well as the Revdex.com and just contact [redacted] to get the reference for this transaction, since that is the card we used, that is what we have as a record, and they are sticking to the charge back, especially with this forwarded correspondence.

The business continues to not accept their responsibility to deliver the unit to the agreed upon location and forced us to hire our own movers.1) the contract was with me, [redacted], not my contractor. They had no right to take any instruction from my contractor (i simply asked that they check measurements with me). Following the discussion with my contractor they never called to tell me that I was taking on this liability.instead they proceeded to charge my credit card without providing me an update. when I saw the charge hit my credit card i was under the impression that everything was fine. 2) AJ madisons delivery service dumped the fridge at the top of our stairs where it remained for 9 days- a fire hazard, causing danger on the work site and preventing access to the staircase. Note attached delivery notice which we did not sign, further proving that we did not accept delivery. when notified of the problem, aj madison told me how horrible their moving service was (that they were about to be fired) and they would send a replacement delivery team. note that it wasnt only the fridge that wasnt put in the correct space but multiple appliances. 3) AJ madison changed their mind several times on whether they would complete the delivery-- including telling me they were sending 4 people to do a special special delivery... who never showed up4) After numerous requests to remove the refridgerator, after about 4 weeks, aj madison finally agreed to remove the unit... but only if we paid them a $2000 restocking fee. this was obviously unacceptable5) we finally hired our own delivery company to move the unit. there was NO ISSUE AT all, which means that not only did aj madison waste over 4 weeks of our time onsite and force us to hire movers but it proves they were completely wrong that the unit did not fit. note that they were also wrong that the oven (another unit we purchased from them) did not fit- and finally agreed to move it, showing that their teams measurements were not correct.we want to be reimbursed for movers, our time wasted on site and reserve all legal rights related to the performance of the unit-- aj madison is currently asking that we waive any protection we have on the unit which is unacceptable and is willing only to reimburse us for the mover-- hardly fair compensation. they forced us to move the unit ourselves as we no longer could delay our renovation protect. their behavior borders on bullying and we will not be treated like this as a customer.

After looking over your order we do see that you were contacted back by our status dept who explained that there was an even longer backorder that we were not updated on from the manufacture. We did offer to cancel the order and refund you as we understand that you may need...
to buy a different unit that was unstock. However you declined this offer and asked to be updated as to when this unit would ship. Once the manufacture updates us we will be updating you immediately as requested.If you change your mind before the order is shipped to you we can refund your order in full. I don't agree with the business's explanation. First of all, in all the documents they attached, the policy about restocking fee were printed in very small text. It is very difficult for customers to notice them. The policy was not shown to the customer at all during the process of online purchase. Even through the policy is available on their website, not all customers will search for it and read through all the policy before placing the order. And I don't think they want their customers to know about the policy at all. That's why they used very small text. The business also claimed they have guidance on measuring, which is not available at all, not even in the attachment they provided. Secondly, the business claimed they have to pay restocking fee to the supplier. However, the refrigerator I purchased went back to them in original packaging. They can totally sell it to another customer with the same price they sold to me. They don't have to return to their supplier, or sell it at discount. In comparison, I, as a customer, don't have another option than returning the fridge. AJMadison should simply keep the fridge for their other orders than charging me a restocking fee. It is not fair to customers. Thirdly, any fees they incurred during the sale is part of their operating expense, their overhead. They can't push any cost to their customer. These fees should be absorbed by the business, just like their rent and utility. Charging restocking fees to customers, and not showing their return policy properly, is not the right way of treating customers in good faith. I believe I deserve my full refund. AJ Madison has refused to reply to my email. I listened to the same recorded call. Howard delivered an A/C unit with full knowledge that it would not fit the dimensions of the wall sleeve. I emailed asking AJ Madison to send me an estimate for exchanging the current A/C unit with a Friedrich Uni-Fit Series [redacted] unit. AJ Madison has failed to reply to my request for an estimate. This seems to be some kind of scam where they do not respond in hopes of not processing the exchange order.

We are terribly sorry to hear that the unit did not fit into the customer's residence. Unfortunately, it is up to the customer to ensure that the unit is able to maneuver in to and through their residence to the desired location without hindrance. AJ Madison provides the product specifications from the manufacturer of the unit on our site to provide the customer with the detailed product measurements.AJ Madison does not deliver the product, rather provide the orders to a 3rd party freight logistics firm to deliver the merchandise. The drivers do not dictate AJ Madison policy for returns. The unit was shipped as ordered and delivery was attempted, but unfortunately the unit did not fit.

The website does not state this and it is deceptive marketing to imply that if you spend a certain amount you will get free shipping nowhere does it state the need to enter two different orders for different shipping addresses
