*** I accept their offer to arrange a service call with the manufacturer on my behalf but feel that this should have been done at the time I first contacted them about the problem While I welcome the action to be taken by the company, this does not constitute resolution of the matter regarding my refrigerator door If the representative from the manufacturer Summit concludes that the door should be replaced by the company, then I will consider the matter to be fully resolved.Thank you and I hope that you have a good day

AJ Madison thanks you for your patronage and are happy t resolve this matter to your satisfaction.Due to the size of the Sub-Zero unit AJ Madison performed a site survey at the customer's property to ensure that the unit could be delivered and installed per the customer's requestOur appliance
moving experts discovered and notified AJ Madison and the customer that the Sub-Zero unit the customer wished to order would not be able to be maneuvered within the property to the desired location per the customer's request.The customer's contractor, on behalf of the customer, informed AJ Madison that they wanted that specific Sub-Zero unit and not any other recommended alternate product ,despite the results of the site survey, and he (the contractor) would take responsibility to maneuver the Sub-Zero unit to the customer's specified location.AJ Madison delivered the Sub-Zero unit and all other items ordered as per the customer's requestOnly after the customer's contractor realized that the site survey was in fact correct and that he was unable to maneuver the unit to the desired location did the customer request that AJ Madison take back the productDespite the fact that the customer accepted the unit, AJ Madison graciously agreed to accept the unit back less our stated / written restocking feeThe customer refused.I am glad to report that we (the customer and AJ Madison) have come to an agreement in this matter with the customer AJ Madison stands by it's products, experience, and customers.Sincerely,AJ Madison

on or before January ***As you have stated, the trucking company for your area did set up for the *** of DecemberAs this date was not acceptable for you they did agree to hold the order until you are available after the ***.The problem arose when you wanted a guarantee of delivery after 5pm on the *** of JanuaryAs trucking company routes and time frames are not guaranteed as per our terms and conditions we could not agree to these termsThe routes are in process and movable until 5pm local time the day before deliveryAs this was not agreeable to you, you chose to cancel your orderPlease note that before you check out on an on-line order you agreed to the policy's, which state after an order is shipped the order is subject to the 30% restocking fee if canceled or refusedThis is also sent in the order confirmation email when you placed the order and then again in the shipping confirmation email the day before the order is shippedIf you would like to reinstate your order, please contact the customer service department and they may be able to reship the order with no feesHave a pleasant day

I had contacted the shipper, YRC, after tracking the package for several days YRC referred me to a third party shipper, whom the package was supposedly offloaded to, called Dedicated Express *** Dedicated Express never received the package from YRC, and YRC claims it was lost in their system THIS PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED, and YRC (the only shipper whose contact was given by AJ Madison) did not claim to me on the phone that this was the case Please see attached screenshot from the YRC tracking window
