Unfortunately, once a unit is transported out of the United States the manufacturer’s warranty is voided, and we can no longer request service for you.In addition we have attached the return policy and delivery policy previously that clearly states the following: "Once the unit is brought out of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is voided. but we do not have control over this charge. When a customer places an order, they receive an email confirmation with our return policy clearly stated, so they are aware of this policy when placing their order. On the same order confirmation email we provide “General Purchasing Tips” to assist the customer, to avoid issues of incorrect measurements. (see attached) -Measure the area where the product will be located and ensure there is enough clearance on all sides height, width and depth. -Measure all doorways to insure the product you ordered will be able to fit inside your home. Our terms and conditions and our return policy are also posted on our web site from which you ordered from. (see attached) When the customer places an order on our website they were presented with a “Verify Your Order” page where they must acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions before submitting their order which list the 30% restocking fee in both the terms and conditions page as well as the return policy page. These where unit you were going to purchase over the web and picked out on your own, the order was placed with the sales rep because you asked for the contractor discount. In addition, your husband being a contractor the door entrance and the demission of the fridge should have been measured as they were disclosed on the wed site when you had picked them out and placed them in your cart. Your return policy clearly stipulates that unused merchandise can be returned. We contacted within the permissible window and you are refusing you ccept a return in violation of the contractual agreement. This item requires no installation and thus your response that the item needs to be inspected is irrelevant. I had the right to return the merchandise and you refused those requests.

AJ Madison contacted me on July [redacted] telling me they have spoken with the CEO of [redacted], the manufacturer. They advised me to cancel my order because of delays in shipment. I declined because I have already sunk so much of my time and effort in trying to get the unit and canceling would put all that cost on me, when the fair outcome is AJ Madison should be incuring that cost due to errors on their behalf. The customer service agent then told me to hold on the line. The call was then terminated by AJ Madison. A week later I get the message from AJ Madison via Revdex.com. I just called the manufacturer [redacted] who told me there is no order from AJ Madison under my name. Again, AJ Madison has taken money out of my account and is not delivering what they have promised. I have been patient in the heat of the summer, which is about to finish, and I am still without the good. AJ Madison claims they have placed the order and the error is on manufacturer who is not shipping, whereas the manufacturer is claiming there is no such order and in the meantime AJ Madison has withdrawn the funds from my account. Yes, I am refusing refund because I have sunk so much time and effort to research and find the merchant and accepting a refund surmounts to me, not AJ Madison, bearing all the opportunity costs (in both time and money). It is highly unprofessional of AJ Madison to be conducting its business in this manner and I continue to demand the obligation it has entered in the transaction, which is delivery of the unit in an expedited manner, at its costs.

numbers of the units that were being replaced. The model number you originally had is Model# [redacted]. This unit is discontinued and the replacement model is Model# [redacted] which you received. These models are exactly the same in measurement. Unfortunately, there will be a restocking fee to return the unit. Out of customer satisfaction, we have offered to lower the restocking fee to 15% whether a replacement is made or not. Have a pleasant day

The Laundry center, if placed in a residential setting, is covered for one full year for service/labor/parts and replacement if necessary. The Friedrich Mini Split System is covered for parts with the manufacture and service should be covered under your authorized HVAC licensed installer. All warranty information is located on our website directly from the manufacture available to view at anytime.
