Thank you for your email Thank you for letting us know that there is a new issue with your stove door We have contacted the manufactures service company to set up service for youWe have also attempted to contact you via email and phone to address this issue but the customer service rep working on your case has not heard back from you As a reminder all the units we sell come with a one year manufactures warranty the units labor and parts were coveredAJ Madison did request a replaced unit for the unit but was denied by the manufacture as it was delivered in June and you notified us of a problem in November (months after delivery) In addition, we have provided you the two year extended warranty that you have requested which will cover your unit for an additional years after the manufactures warranty ends Sadly we cannot replace your unit at this time as the last service report that was provided shows the unit working in perfect order Please allow the service company to inspect the unit so we can move forward with resolving this issue Our customer service team is waiting on your response email or call to assist you further Have a pleasant day
