Thank you for your responseAs you had contacted us and stated the "unit is not working" this would state the unit was installedIn addition, items can be returned that have not been installed and have the original box, with a restocking fee of 30% plus shipping costs.As your unit was installed and hooked up this would negate the return as the policy also states that once a unit is installed then the unit is not returnableAs we have spoken about previously, the unit would have to be inspected by the manufacturer to be declared not working/ unrepairable before the unit can be taken back with no feesOnce you allow the manufacturer to inspect the unit we can move forward with assisting youAt this time we can not offer another resolution without cooperation and inspection according to our policyWe are sorry we can do nothing further at this time Have a present day.Tell us why here

First of all, after three visits from the repair services the oven has still not been completely repairedThe igniter for the broiler still remains brokenMoreover, since the installation of this $“brand new range” in August 2016, I have been deprived of its use until December **, 2016, which is a full monthsThis means that for all the family holidays and events that have occurred during this period of time, I have been forced to outlay thousands of dollars for catered food for my family.On December **, 2016, the manufacturer contacted me directly because no one from AJ Madison returned his numerous telephone calls to themThe manufacturer informed me that he was trying to tell AJ Madison that the necessary parts had been shipped directly to my houseSince they failed to return any of his calls he decided to call me directly.On December **, 2016, the repairman came to my houseWhile he was there he replaced the non-working door and both hinges of the small oven, the thermostat, the gas valve and both ignitors for both ovensUnfortunately, he did not have the ignitor for the broiler in the larger oven, so he scheduled a fourth repair service visit for later in the monthHe said he would let me know when he receives the necessary partsThe repairman informed me that based on the level of repair that was required to get the “brand new” range to work, it was his opinion that this range had either been refurbished or was a damaged floor sampleHe told me that in all his years of repairing ranges, he had never seen a “new range” in such a state of disrepairAdditionally, prior to purchasing the range from AJ Madison, I was going to buy the NXR range at Costco for $4,699,(see flyers included)My contractor called Dov F* of AJ MadisonMrF* told my contractor that he would match the offer from CostcoSince I was buying multiple appliances from AJ Madison at that time, it made sense to purchase the range from them as well When the range was delivered to my house, the paperwork was not included in the boxI notified AJ Madison and they sent me the paperworkIt was then that I discovered that unlike the year warranty provided by Costco, AJ Madison was only providing a year warranty.It is clear to me that I have been defrauded by AJ MadisonIt was my understanding that I was purchasing a brand new range for $in May What I received instead was a damaged non-working appliance,that still does not work completely, five months after installationI want a new range with two year warranty or my money backFurther, I want to be reimbursed for the monetary expenses I have been forced to undergo due to the fraudulent and unethical behavior of this companyI estimate that I have spent well over a thousand dollars for the catered food I have had to purchase due to this non-working oven Sincerely *** ***
