A representative from the Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team attempted to reach the guest by phone on 10/20/We were unable to speak with the guest at that time and will be following up with the guest by phone and by emailThe Guest Support team has notified the franchisee and the field operations teamThe Guest Support team has requested that the franchisee reach out to the guest directly to resolve the issue

The guest's complaint as well as contact information was given the Loyalty Support Team at Dunkin' Brands, that handles any questions and or concerns that a guest has regarding his/her DD Perks Account. This team has had extremely high call volumes in recent months due to various nation wide
promotions and issues with the APP. We have requested that someone from that team reach out to the guest directly regarding the concerns that the guest is having

I was provided inaccurate contact information for the contact center via voicemail and received an email stating they can't hep via email? Nothing is resolved.

Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team handles any questions or concerns that a guest has regarding the APP. This guest has communicated with a representative in in past with regards to this. I have sent this additional information to a supervisor on the team and will be requesting that
someone reach out to the guest regarding this case

I do not trust a phone call I would like my money refunded that is remaining with them, and after receiving it I will delete their APP and no longer or ever use it again or as I stated earlier I will not ever purchase one personally or gift one to any person. That is their word to you as I don't feel they will follow through, as their website which has the number and no one never picks up to respond.

This concern was brought to the attention of Loyalty Support Team at Dunkin' Brands. A representative from Loyalty Support will be reaching out to the guest in order to assist him with this

This store as the majority of Dunkin' Donuts stores are, is independently owned and operated by individual franchise owner. The Guest Support Team at Dunkin' Brands has sent this new information from the guest to the franchise owner, letting the franchise owner know that guest was not happy
with how this case was handled

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team has updated the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team with the guest's additional informationA representative from the Loyalty Support team has sent the guest an email on 5/23/advising that the refund takes 3-business days to show

The stores are independently owned and operated by individual franchise owners. Coupons and or advertisements sent out to guests via the mail are sent by the individual franchise owners and not Dunkin' Brands. It is at the discretion of the franchise owner if he/she chooses to
participate with the promotions. The Guest Support Team of Dunkin Brands had sent the guest an e-mail on 6/regarding this case. Now that guest has contacted the Revdex.com and provided additional information regarding the coupons she received the Guest Support Team will be sending guest another e-mail regarding this

The restaurants are independently ownedand operated businessesWe have notified the franchise owner of the locationand requested they contact the employee directly

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team has sent an email to the guest on 01/06/requesting more information in order to resolve this complaint
