This information was brought to the attention of the Supervisor from the Loyalty Support Team at Dunkin' Brands. A representative from that team with be reaching out to guest in order to assist with this mater

I do not know what to do to get my $back!!!! I have submitted a Revdex.com claim, I did talk to Dunkin Donuts regarding this but they have done nothing. They told me that they were getting their IT people involved and they were going to debit the Dunkin Donuts card that was credited fraudulently and and they were going to credit my Debit card back. THIS HAS TO DATE NOT HAPPENED! I do not even own a Dunkin' Donuts card!!!! I will NOT phone these people in that I told them I did not trust them ( Dunkin Donuts) to relay my concerns correctly and that I wanted a "written" record, besides I was traveling.......Obviously, you feel this is resolve Revdex.com in that you are only writing me back using robot letters! This BAD SITUATION has NOT BEEN RESOLVED Revdex.com!!!!!!!! I TOLD THEM I WANTED THINGS HANDLED THROUGH THE Revdex.com and that I was NOT talking to anyone over the phone! Someone get back with me here! It is Christmas Time and I Need my MONEY!!!

franchise owner reach out to the guest directly to address this complaint

The Loyalty Support Representative from Dunkin' Brands has sent the guest an e-mail regarding this case. The representative explained that the $on the account is not fee, but rather a Hold that his bank has placed on his debit/credit card. The hold will be removed once the bank completes the transaction

A supervisor from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team called the guest on 07/26/The supervisor resolved this complaint with the guestThis case has been resolved

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team updated the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team with the guest's additional commentsA supervisor from the Loyalty Support team spoke with the guest on 5/19/The case has been resolved

Our Baskin-Robbins locations are independently owned and operated franchise businesses. This guest had contacted Dunkin' Brands directly regarding this. On 5/26/we notified the guest via e-mail that we would request the franchise owner to contact the guest directly.
Dunkin' Brands Guest support team has notified the franchise owner of this Baskin-Robbins via email again on 5/29/of the guest's concern. We have requested that the franchise owner reach out to the guest directly

The Loyalty Support Team of Dunkin' Brands had sent this guest an e-mail requesting additional information from her with regards to this. The e-mail was sent to guest's email address of *** on 2/23/2016. At this time there has been no additional information received from the guest

This was brought to the attention of a Supervisor on the Loyalty Support Team of Dunkin' Brands. They will be reaching out to the guest directly regarding this case

Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team has spoken to this guest in the past with regards to this. I have forward the message that the guest has sent to the Revdex.com to the Loyalty Support Team requesting that they reach back out to the guest with regards to this

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support has notified the franchise owner of the restaurant of this complaint. The restaurants are independently owned and operatedGuest Support has requested that the franchisee reach out to the guest in regards to this issue

A representative from the Guest Support team of Dunkin' Brands has sent the guest an email in order to get additional information regarding this case. Once we are which store guest had visited we will be sending the guest's feedback to the franchise owner. The stores are all
independently owned and operated by individual franchise owners. Once know which franchise owner it is, we will be requesting that someone from the franchise team reach out to guest directly

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team sent an email to the guest on 01/17/requesting more information in regards to this issueWhen we hear back from the guest, we will be notifying the appropriate teams and requesting that they reach out to the guest to address this complaint
