The Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support supervisor contacted this guest by phone on 2/21/The supervisor was able to address guest's concerns and resolve the matter

It took over a week for my concerns to be addressed despite calling and emailing every day for days, and now a corporate response over months after the original incidentI do not believe this matter was handled in a timely matter, and I cannot in right mind "accept this response" as others need to be made aware of the nightmare that is addressing any customer service issue with your company

The "guest", and I certainly reject this regard to me, because I have NEVER purchased anything in my lifetime from Dunkin' Donuts. I do not understand why the people there refuse to contact me through this Revdex.com site or through my email ***. I have received absolutely NO phone messages on my phone here in Florida and the real bottom line here is the fraudulent charge of $is still appearing on my bank statement! I told these Dunkin' Donuts people explicitly, that I would be travelling, and that I would Not even be at that Canadian landline #! My number here is (*** *** (Florida Landline) and it was included in my last response that you, The Revdex.com, said you had forwarded to these people! I feel they are only "playing dumb" here and have no desire to get to the bottom of my problem. I am certainly going to be sure and tell everyone I know about their truly shoddy business practices!

The franchise owner/representative of this location has reached out to this guest on multiple occasions with regarding the guest's complaints and or concerns. The Guest Support Team of Dunkin' Brands considers this case to be closed, as the guest was contacted

A representative from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team contacted the guest via telephone on 10/30/The representative spoke with the guest directly and was able to address the guest's complaint

A representative from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team spoke with the guest via phone on 08/10/The case was resolved at that time

I was sent an email to call the customer complaint line. I have attempted to call several times. The wait time has always been at least minutes. I already played their game once and waited minutes to not have a resolution. It just goes to show the value DD put in their customer service. How about they give me a direct number to call to a person without wasting another hour of my life?

This guest has sent Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team an e-mail on 3/19/with regards to this complaint. A representative from Loyalty Support had responded to the guest via e-mail on 3/21/and provided the guest with a $Gift Card via e-mail. The appropriate teams at
Dunkin' Brands have been made aware of guest's experience

The Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team has called the guest and left him a voicemail. The Loyalty Support Team is in need of additional information from the guest in order to assist him

I spoke to corporate on 2/3/but I want to speak to the owner of this location for a credit and the owner needs to apologize to me and provide me a corrective action for this issueCorporate is not part of this dunkin donuts as the are franchises that are owned and the owner still has not contacted me about my compliant and that is who is responsible and should be replying to this complaintWhatever was discussed with corporate is a seperate issue

The Dunkin' Donuts locations are independently owned and operated franchised restaurants. The Guest Support Team of Dunkin' Brands has spoken with this guest on Monday 5/22/2015, regarding this complaint. At that time we had sent the guest's information to this particular Franchise
owner requesting that he/she reach out to the guest directly. We have sent additional information via e-mail to the Franchise Owner today (6/3) requesting that that Franchise Owner reach out to the guest directly

I have no intentions of considering this matter closed until the franchise holder actually does something to improve the condition of this storeIf this is the manner in which dunkin brands wishes to be viewed while in the hands of said franchise, then I of course feel justified in a more aggressive aporoach regarding this storeDunkin is in this retords able to help mitigate a less public and potentially embasassing campaign against yhis storeSurely something can be done to help at least the cleanliness of their store or is it their belief that filthy stores are a part of their public image

As I said before, Dunkin Donuts HAS all the information they need to fix thisI have given them the information they requested, twiceThey are pretending to be responsive but in reality they are doing nothing to solve this problemAlso, on *** they said they were aware of the problem with the new app and were working to fix it but in their communications with me they tried to blame me for the problem as if the app was fineThey have had plenty of time to fix thisI want this complaint to remain for others to see
