As you stated in your latest message to me a supervisor from Dunkin Donuts called me on 10/30/17. She assured me that she was pursuing this with their IT department, and was fairly sure they had removed me from receiving further promo emails. She gave me her phone number. On 11/I called the supervisor, but had to leave my message on voice mail. Advised her that emails keep coming, and requesting a call back Most recently I have still receiving emails on 10/30, 11/01, 11/02.

I am responding to a complaint I submitted on 2/2/I did not receive my email from the Revdex.com on 2/24/and just now spoke someone again at the Revdex.comI initially called today 3/9/2018 put in another complaint on Dunkin DonutsSince they reached out to me on 2/9/and told me they are further investigating the incident they have continued to take money out of my account every week now totaling another $No one has contacted me in over a month from the Dunkin Donuts chain pending the “investigation they were conducting” to solve this issueI would like for this case to be reopened and taken care of by the Revdex.comI don’t think that this is fair at all that a company continues to take someone’s hard earned money at their own free will. I appreciate the response and understand that they stores are franchised and independently ownedThe owner has now had a week to respond to me and has failed to do so Does B&R not have a company policy regarding the pricing of services and products? I would think the company would be upset to find that one of its franchisees is charging $for onei ice cream flavor in a small cake and insisting on only using Oreo ice creamThat is a disservice to customers and financially taking advantage of them.
