The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team has notified the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team of this complaintThe Guest Support Team has requested that a representative from the Loyalty Support Team reaches out to the guest personally in regards to this issue

The Loyalty Support Team at Dunkin' Brands tried to reach this guest by phone on 4/22/in order to receive additional information, but the phone number provided was not in service. In addition to calling the guest the Loyalty Support Team had also sent an e-mail on 4/22/requesting that the guest contact the team directly in order to assist the guest. We will notify the Loyalty Support Team again and let them know that this guest is looking to have this situation addressed

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team requested that a representative from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team contact the guest directly to assist with the issueThe representative called the guest on 6/05/and left a message requesting that the guest call back

This store is an independently owned and operated restaurant. The Guest Support Team of Dunkin' Brands has sent this complaint to the Franchise Owner of this location via e-mail on 12/7/2015. In that message we have requested that the Franchise Owner/Representative from this location
reach out to the guest directly

This guest has contacted the Guest Support Team at Dunkin' Brands regarding Baseball Nut Ice Cream. This is a seasonal flavor that is not required to be in every Baskin-Robbins location. All of the stores are independently owned and operated by individual franchise owners. It
is at the discretion of the individual franchise owners which flavors he/she sells in their location, aside from certain flavors that are required. The guest was sent an e-mail from Guest Support on 6/23/informing guest of this information

Dunkin has offered absolutely nothing definitive here! They have taken no definitive action (S) Terms such as; "Appropriate teams" and "suggest" are all vague and subjectiveI've spent REAL money with them over the years, and I would like them to take some REAL customer Service action here! i.eDunkin is only "suggesting" that the franchise owner gets in touch with meThey sold the franchise, and I'm certain there are legal and ethical parameters that franchisees have to follow in order to keep their franchisesWhy don't they enforce these thingsThen events like this are far less likely to happenPlease be on the customer's side for once will you?

The guest was called and a voicemail was left on 4/21/at 2:pmAn email was also sent on 4/We have not received a reply yet. We have made the appropriate representative aware and will attempt to reach out to the guest again
