The Guest Support Team at Dunkin' Brands has informed the Franchise Owner, of this location, that this guest is not satisfied with the response that the guest received from the Franchise Owner/Franchise Representative. I received a voicemail from *** on Wednesday requesting that I call back the preferred complaint phone number (she also sent a email with the same detail)I ended up in a similar holding pattern where for the third time I was waiting for over minutes to speak with a representative (could not get through to speak with anyone) She also asked that I respond with a time in which I could be reached I indicated 8-9:30am but never received a call from her

I have already tried multiple times to contact the merchant by phone and their employee deliberately chose not to help me. They failed to send the gift *** as advertised. They failed to help me after several calls. I will only accept a full refund to close this complaint. I did not receive the gift card. I provided the order number which is the only information the merchant provided. I did not use the gift card. The merchant failed to provide the advertised service and the after sale support. When I get my money back, I will agree to close this complaint.Thank you for your assistance,*** ***

I am delighted to hear that you would like to send a gift card, but that does not answer my questionsI would like to know how my card was charged twice on separate days? I would also like to know how to you plan on restoring the funds in addition to providing a gift card for the inconvenience.

Revdex.com:Dunkin brands has sent me an email that they would reach out & did make a phone call while was out, I
returned the call & the person said *** was out to lunch & would return my call within one hour. I waited by my phone for hours; however, never received a call back. CEO *** *** is failing to manage his company properly. Per the complaint My $has not been credited back to my *** account. I still can not log in to my ddperks account; In fact Dunkin brands has failed to do anything to access the scam. I think my only solution is social media to find how widespread this fraud is and maybe a class action could resolve this scam.

The response says that Dunkin Brands will contact meThis has not happened and based on their most recent record of customer support I am concerned that a call back will not happenI submitted an additional inquiry to their email form online and have not gotten a response from that eitherThe customer support phone lines have wait times that are too longI have major concerns that their customer support or customer loyalty teams are on top of things and regard this matter with the same regard of urgency and seriousness as I doIn addition, I do not see customer satisfaction as a high priority at allIf it were,this issue would be resolved by now and I would not continue to have to use my valuable time in pursuit of this issue.Thanks,*** *** *** ***

Our Loyalty Support team handles issues with our DD Perks and mobile applicationThis information has been sent to that team and a representative will be reaching out to the guest today

A supervisor from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team contacted the guest via telephone on 10/26/and 10/30/The supervisor left voicemails for the guest and provided a direct line for the guest to call back

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team received a message from the Franchise Representative notifying us that they had spoken to this guest regarding this case. This store is independently owned and operated by an individual franchise owner. Guest Support has made the Franchise Owner aware of the guest's additional feedback regarding this case
