Complete rip off even after I canceled received more product at dollars.Sent back refused spoke to customer service who was not only rude but incompetent

[redacted] placed an order for our day Trial program on The way the program works is you have days to review the product before you are billed for the productIf you don't contact our customer service department within the day period, you will be charged for the productAs [redacted] stated in his letter to you [redacted] called our office on 9/*/ [redacted] 's contacted our customer service department over months after she ordered the productOur refund policy for opened products is within days [redacted] also filed a chargeback for the charge before calling our office and when issuing a chargeback the credit card company issues a refund until the charge is done being investigatedIapologize for any inconveniance but no refund is due to [redacted] .Sincerely,Robert S***

[redacted] did not receive a trial size product because we do not manufacture trial sizesWhen we use the word trial it is because we give the customers a day trial period to review the item [redacted] called demanding a refund we did not deny her a refund we asked her to return our merchandise and explained that it is not a trial sizeShe refused to return the item and than threatened to issue a charge back claiming that she never received the itemWe than went on to tell her that we had tracking from the USPS website and [redacted] hung up the phoneUntil this day [redacted] has not returned our merchandise therefore she is not entitled to a refund Thank you for your attention to this matter [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This company has cast aspersion on my credibility and my character!I had called and talked to their employee [redacted] a week and a half before the the trial period ended telling her that I was canceling before the trial period ended because it was not benefiting me NOT because I did not have enough money in my account as this company is trying to sayFurther more their employee [redacted] told me to call back after I sent te product back to give them the tracking number and to make sure they received their product back.When I called back to make sure they had received the product and I was told and assured again by their employee [redacted] that they had receive the product and my account would not be debited because the trial period had not ended and they had received the product and there was nothing else I needed to do because my account was now closedA week later I my statemnt comes and there is a pending debit of the amount in dispute so I called and was told again by their employee [redacted] that she do not know why there is a pending debit and if it goes through it would take 10-daysto reverse the chargesThe next day I called my bank Chase and got them involved because I did not understand how a company can still charge you for a product when adbided by their terms for the trial period and returnSo when Chase and I on the line spoke to their employee [redacted] he asked the same question why I was debited she could not answerThe reason I contacted the Revdex.com because companies do not have the right to continue with their unfair business practiceI was offended because they had continued to charge me when I no longer had the product and return it well before the trial period endedSince this company will not own up to their misdealings I want the money for the postage that I paid to returnen their product and an apoligy for how I have been treated In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

After [redacted] contacted her credit card holder, for them to be aware of this company and not to pay many more money to this business, doing a complaint with Revdex.com against this businessThey finally refund the money that was billYet the so call, free trial, still cost her $and cost them a dissatisfied customer that will not do business with this company again! This letter is in regards to Id# [redacted] [redacted] ordered on she ordered our and day trial of eye and face therapy program on our website; the terms and conditions are listed on the product page, on the order page, and when the customer completed her order [redacted] was bill for her trial on and 415, she was then shipped out an auto-shipment on for the face and eye therapy, and the final order that was shipped out and charged to [redacted] was on [redacted] contacted our customer service department on and spoke with meShe agreed she was responsible for her charges for the face and eye therapy trials, she then demanded refunds for the May and June charges I told her that if the jars were closed she would be able to receive a refund, she informed me they May jars were open and usedI told her I couldn’t refund her because for the May charges because the product was usedI agreed to allow her to be refunded for her June shipment and that she had days to return it, and it is now 7/*/no return product has been receivedPlease inform [redacted] that still can be refunded for the June charges of $and $as long as the return products are received by July **, 2015.Sincerely, [redacted] , [redacted] ***
