On Jan6, 2016, I was charged, on my credit card $for DOK*VIMAEYECREAM, and $for MCC*FACESERUM, Totaling $No product was received
On Feb5, 2016, I was again charged on my credit card,$and $99.01, for a total of $
A package arrived from the same company, which I immediately returned to Santa Ana, CA.,via UPS & U.S.P.SIt was returned to EncanteSkinSerum&EyeCream on Feb15,
I want to be done with this company and have the January and February charges removed from my Discover Credit CardI do not have any of their products for which they are charging me

I usually am not naïve enough to fall for something like this, I know there is no magic cream to take away wrinkles. The advertisement for this product I saw had a "live" video showing a normal, everyday person using this eye cream under one eye and in seconds there was a noticeable difference in the "bag" under her eye. It was interesting and for $I thought it would be fun to try it to see if it really did anything. If I had any idea I was going to be billed $I never would have ordered it. When I phoned the company to complain and was told I had agreed to the terms I did go back to the website and there is a very tiny light grey box that says "terms". When you click on that you do see the crazy terms you supposedly are agreeing to. However there is no box to check when ordering that says you have read and agree to the terms. Thanks to the Revdex.com that this lesson I learned didn't end up costing me $

I logged into the page referenced in this reply to meI NEVER saw any terms and conditions and therefore NEVER agreed to a subscription of any kindWhen I contacted my credit card provider, they did some research and told me that simply by continuing to the next page at some point when I was signing up for a SAMPLE, that, in itself, "checked me off" as agreeing to the subscriptionThis, in my opinion, should be illegalI had no idea it was happeningNever did I get a confirmation, and even the packing slip for the SAMPLE did not give any information about a subscription or about steps to cancel I want to know if both erroneous charges were removed from my credit card - the one in October and the one in NovemberIt is not clear in this reply
