I agree with all the previous negative reviewsChase just put a hold on the Encante charges (York shows up on credit card statements.) I can't believe this is Joy Behar's company! I ordered the free trial products for shipping and handling only, but they charged me another for a product I declinedCalled them & was told I wouldn't be charged for the extra Now I have a charge and a charge from same companyI'm glad Chase fraud unit caught itHowever I am the one who has to call Encante, since I supposedly agreed to their "subscription"Never signed up for thisBTW, I placed this order from an ad in well-known magazine

Ordered trial productCredit card was charged $and $Then they also charges my credit card $$and $ When I called and asked what the charges were they said because I did not respond back in daysThey also claimed that I received two of each product, when I only received one of each productAfter repeatedly requesting to speak to a supervisor (which never happened), after minutes, Julie, hung up on me I have now contacted my bank to look into these charges, so that I can get a refundI am waiting for the paper work so that I can file a formal complaint Also tried to reach out to the Revdex.com, however they are not a part of them The company is a scam [redacted] - New Jersey

Ordered the skin cream and eye serum after seeing that it was backed by Dr Oz (which I don't think is true)Tried both products once I received them and my skin immediately turned red and started burningCalled & cancelled trialmonths later I receive a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe $for the cream and serumNot once did I receive a letter from Encante stating I even had a balance, which would have been strange since I cancelled the trial! Called Encante to inquire about this alleged debt and they have no record of me canceling but they do show my credit card being cancelledIt's the same card I use every day and it's cancelled in their system but they don't have record of me canceling?? Seem strange to anyone else?? Encante told me that they are such a big company with so many customers they don't have time to reach out to inform them of a problem with billing, etc so they just send them to a collection agency to do their dirt workReads SCAM to meThis company and their products need to be investigated and potentially shut downThey are robbing people blind with a bad product and shady business practices
