I logged into the page referenced in this reply to meI NEVER saw any terms and conditions and therefore NEVER agreed to a subscription of any kindWhen I contacted my credit card provider, they did some research and told me that simply by continuing to the next page at some point when I was signing up for a SAMPLE, that, in itself, "checked me off" as agreeing to the subscriptionThis, in my opinion, should be illegalI had no idea it was happeningNever did I get a confirmation, and even the packing slip for the SAMPLE did not give any information about a subscription or about steps to cancel I want to know if both erroneous charges were removed from my credit card - the one in October and the one in NovemberIt is not clear in this reply

clarification on what your desired resolution from the company would be:1) To refund the money to me. My bank has file a fraud investigation, after I told them what was given to you.2) The company needs to put more info on the boxes of their products & information on how to get
in touch - not just a phone number, city & State.3) When calling, the person on the other end needs to help all customers. When asking for another person or supervisor, the action should be honored(remember: the customer is always right!)4) The standards for paperwork should be enclosed in each package sent & how they are going to stay in touch with further offers, specials & products. Free trial samples need solid clarifications, meaning to communicate such as the customer receives actual product, will need to pay full price, & will receive back full payment if the customer isn't satisfied w/ product.5) I majored in Marketing & feel this company had all the classic systems of fraud!!!! I never received the agreed amount shipping bill receipt.6) Everything about this transaction was wrong & needs reviewed by a business Marketing associate.Sorry ***, my computer went down when I started to complete for you

to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products the Encante Skin and the Encante Eye on a day trial basis back on 11/17/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 12/02/and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $for the Encante Skin which was for the original shipmentWe also did attempt to bill the customer in the amount of $for the Encante EyeHowever, the payment was declined at time of processingCustomer had contacted our Customer Service on 02/29/and requested for the subscription to be cancelledWe immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 50% courtesy refund of $for the Encante Skin which the customer acceptedUnfortunately, because the payment of $for the Encante Eye was never processedWe sent the balance owed to collections However we feel our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we have contacted the collection agency and have had the balance removedPlease relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions
