to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products the Encante Skin and the Encante Eye on a day trial basis back on 11/17/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 12/02/and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $for the Encante Skin which was for the original shipmentWe also did attempt to bill the customer in the amount of $for the Encante EyeHowever, the payment was declined at time of processingCustomer had contacted our Customer Service on 02/29/and requested for the subscription to be cancelledWe immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 50% courtesy refund of $for the Encante Skin which the customer acceptedUnfortunately, because the payment of $for the Encante Eye was never processedWe sent the balance owed to collections However we feel our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we have contacted the collection agency and have had the balance removedPlease relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions

I ordered a free trial for the Encante face and eye serum I received the samples and tried them and decided to cancel any further shipments I called in January to cancel and was told it was taken care of I received another shipment in February and my acct was charged the $ I called again and was told there was no record of my cancellation and I needed a confirmation number I cancelled againAnd got a confirmation number Received another shipment in March and called to request refund and WA told these were invalid confirmation numbers and there was no record of my calls
Finally got to a supervisor and was given a partial refund for last shipment after stopping payment at my bank and reporting to Revdex.com I want others to be aware of their shady business practices and there unwillingness to allowing opting out of receiving future shipments

I accepted a free trial of Encante Anti Aging Serum by paying for shipping $-they suggested I try Encante Eye Wrinkle Reduction as well since the products worked best when used at the same timeI saw something about buying the eye cream now for $but I did not want to pay that so I did not click on itYet somehow I ended up paying another $and received the eye cream tooI never saw anything about calling themI received an email from Discover card that they were billing me $I called and asked why and they said I was billed for the "FREE" trialWebsite said satisfaction guaranteed and Revdex.com accreditedI called to complain and was told I missed the day window and they would refund nothingI told them I had a bad reactiskin burned and I stopped using the product and was willing to return the product for a refundToo late I was toldI filed a dispute with my credit card companyCustomer service reps were very rude -said they would give me 50% back and then said it was too lateThey lied and it is definately a scamThey only want money -don't care about satisfaction at all
