I would like a refund, of course, but their policy is to not give them and since I did not see the small print, but was assured it was there, I am probably not entitled to a refund, according to them They did not want the product back, even though it was unused, not even opened, so I can
understand why they will not give a refund I may not agree with it, but wish they had done things differently Just would like to have them have to have things in larger lettering, made plain to consumers in advance, and not have anyone else have to loose so much money as I did Thought I was going to spend $and ended up spending almost 10x that I am retired and that was a very expensive lesson Thank you for your help Totally understand if a refund or partial refund is not available, but hope others do not have to learn the lesson so expensively

The website provided by Encante (https://www.faceserumzeni.org/) in their response back was not the one that was used to order their product. The website used in their promotion was http://encanteserum.com/ which does not have a box to check regarding their terms and conditions. In addition, when you click "Send My Trial" now the response received back states the page cannot be displayed. It appears the ordering page has been removed.The terms and conditions were not agreed to before the product was ordered. Therefore, the terms and conditions do not apply. The product ordered was Encante, not Zeni. This is a classic case of promising one item at one price, then charging a higher price. If the intent was to charge a higher price then it should have been communicated up front to begin with
