The website provided by Encante (https://www.faceserumzeni.org/) in their response back was not the one that was used to order their product. The website used in their promotion was http://encanteserum.com/ which does not have a box to check regarding their terms and conditions. In addition, when you click "Send My Trial" now the response received back states the page cannot be displayed. It appears the ordering page has been removedThe terms and conditions were not agreed to before the product was ordered. Therefore, the terms and conditions do not apply. The product ordered was Encante, not Zeni. This is a classic case of promising one item at one price, then charging a higher price. If the intent was to charge a higher price then it should have been communicated up front to begin with

NEVER EVER (!!!!) buy anything from Encante!!!! They are tricksters! I had one of their ads pop up on my phone, while I was on a food websiteThe ad claimed this was an amazing product and I could try it for just $shipping, but wait it only works together with this other cream, where you also only had to pay for shippingI thought to myself, “Sure, sounds good to me”I gave them my credit card infoNever got a confirmation email or any other infoBut sure enough a few days later they deducted the shipping costs from my cardWhen it came in the mail, it was two small sample sizes (in my thinking) in one package (Mailing address Encante Beauty Collection WMcFadden Ave #BSanta Ana, CA 92704)
,no paperwork, no directions how to use itPrint on the samples so tiny that it was unreadable, but that was kind ok – so I thoughtAfter all it was only twelve bucks After trying it for the first time I had a bad allergic reaction to itMy eyes started itching and did swell up for two daysSo I did not use it anymore and was about to throw it outTwelve dollars wasted, right? days later I was charged almost $200! I did not see that one coming! Nowhere in the pop up ad was mentioned that I would be enrolled in a monthly membership of about $a monthI would never pay that amount of money for any creamSeeing these astronomical charges out of nowhere I called my bank and was informed that they see this type of scam all the time but are unable to do something about itI got the advice to cancel right away otherwise they would charge me month after month! The bank gave me the phone numbers for the transactions and I immediately calledI had to dial two different numbers for the same shipment and was on hold twice for over an hour! From a very rude 'customer' representative (ha!) I was told that since I did not call and cancel in days I would be charged the full amountAgain nowhere in the ad did it state that informationI insisted on a website where I got to read about the conditions of the membership I am supposed to have agreed to (checking it later it turned out to be a fake one!) and then cancelledAfter the fact I read on the Internet forums endless complains about Encante and in addition I have to be aware that they may still continue to charge meThey target especially women so it feels like discrimination all overI want to have my fellow females not fall into same trap as I didI consider a business that operates like this highly unethical and a fraud

Was very disappointed in the web site for the product of eye, skin and lip creams
I did not realize that I would be on auto pay and would have to notify days to not
be charged! I think the days was definitely too short, especially when weeks of obvious results was stated, and auto pay was a quick scam for phishing moneyI am on the net every day and the disclaimer which was supposedly there I did not see Soon after the request for product, my charge card was active with a fraudulent chargehhhmmmm?
And in order to CLOSE the account to not go to collections I needed to pay
If this product is so good, why cheat people or hold them ransom by charge card?

[I was reimbursed for the $and $withdrew from my checking account in January 2016. However, the funds deducted from my checking on December in the amounts of $and $were not refunded and I never received the product. I don't understand how I can be billed for something I did not receive. I feel strongly that I should be reimbursed $197.72. I did receive the initial bottles (1) eye cream and (1) face serum in October for what I was led to believe I was going to be charged $for each product. I was charged $for shipping of each product and in early November I was charged the full amount of $(what a shock). Basically, I have been charged a total $of which they have reimbursed me $197.72-- I feel I should be reimbursed for the December funds of $197.72. I don't understand how I can be charged for something that was never received. It's bad enough I was charged the full price of $in November for what I was led to believe was going to be $11.90 for shipping charges. They should be reimburse me for November and December for a total of $395.44.]
