I ordered a free trial sample of anti aging serum and it was $After I placed the order via my email solicitation I received a confirmation stating I also ordered under eye cream which I did notAlso it said by ordering the free trial sample and only paying the shipping and handling that I was automatically enrolled in their membership program and would be receiving shipments of the products once a month and it would be charged to the credit card no I gave for the postage on the FREE sampleI called the company to complain because I did not want a membership or automatic shipmentsThe agent told me not to worry that all I would be billed only the $and then I could call back before Sept 21st and cancel the membership if I wanted tooI ask the agent to go ahead and just cancel the order for the free sample that I had a heart attack years ago and did not want to fool with itShe then said they would have to charge me a restocking fee of $if I cancelled the free trialI asked her why since it was not shipped yetHer answer was that is just our policyLots of red flags...ordered one item...confirmation sent for two items...enrolled in membership without my approval or knowledge..auto shipments were set up without my approval or knowledge..would be charged a restocking fee if I cancelled on the phone with her todayOH BOY!!!! She said she would put the card no I gave on hold and I would not be charged anything yet until they heard from me before Sept 21stAs soon as I got off the phone..I called my card companyMy card was already charged the $The agent LIEDI reported them as a scam and my card company will block any future attempts to charge my accountSo I am out $and that is itLord only knows how much they would have charged if I had not alerted my card companyBUYER BEWARE!!!

I was reading that Dr oz and Jennifer Anistan were promoting this product!!! I orderedI am calling to cancelThis is such a scamAlready charged twice for shippingBe reading that they will charge me in days!!!!

I usually am not naïve enough to fall for something like this, I know there is no magic cream to take away wrinkles. The advertisement for this product I saw had a "live" video showing a normal, everyday person using this eye cream under one eye and in seconds there was a noticeable difference in the "bag" under her eye. It was interesting and for $I thought it would be fun to try it to see if it really did anything. If I had any idea I was going to be billed $I never would have ordered it. When I phoned the company to complain and was told I had agreed to the terms I did go back to the website and there is a very tiny light grey box that says "terms". When you click on that you do see the crazy terms you supposedly are agreeing to. However there is no box to check when ordering that says you have read and agree to the terms. Thanks to the Revdex.com that this lesson I learned didn't end up costing me $
