One of the charges has been refunded to my bank account However there is one other charge this company made for $which was automatically deducted from my bank account This charge also needs to be refunded Thanks for your help

I accepted a "free" offer for Encante saying all I had to pay was $shippingI wish I had read the other complaints 1st! My bank account was charged the $5.95, but then today I noticed a charge from a company I had never heard of for $98+ ! I found a phone # & called itI was told I missed the day deadline to cancel my subscriptionI was told I would not be refunded the 98+$ that I had no idea I owed! I was told they would cancel my subscription, get no further products nor charges! This company is one big scam!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I logged into the page referenced in this reply to meI NEVER saw any terms and conditions and therefore NEVER agreed to a subscription of any kindWhen I contacted my credit card provider, they did some research and told me that simply by continuing to the next page at some point when I was signing up for a SAMPLE, that, in itself, "checked me off" as agreeing to the subscriptionThis, in my opinion, should be illegalI had no idea it was happeningNever did I get a confirmation, and even the packing slip for the SAMPLE did not give any information about a subscription or about steps to cancel I want to know if both erroneous charges were removed from my credit card - the one in October and the one in NovemberIt is not clear in this reply
