I too was scammed by the Encante Skin CareI was charged for the FREE trial in the amount of $I was NOT aware that a membership subscription was involved, and no where on the order form, do I recall seeing anything about it being a membershipThe next month I was charged $and $All three of these charges were listed on my credit card bill with different Company names, and none of them were EncanteWhich is very fishy!!!! Anyway, Now I have been charged a total of $I have cancelled the subcription, but was told by two of their employees, that I could not return any of the horrible products

Am I supposed to remit $once I do receive the refund? I certainly do not want my credit rating affected AT ALL by this travesty! I feel that Encante Skin doesn't conduct an honest business practiceInitially they sent me two products that did not work for meI contacted them & asked to be taken off their programThey sent me more product anywayI called to ask for information to return the unrequested product & they informed me that I COULD NOT return the product!
Encante's employee commented, "If you return the product, you won't be given your money back & you won't have any product, so you should just keep it." Repeatedly asking for a manager, I was FINALLY given codes to return the productsI did via registered mail, which the tracking showed my package arrived on April 2, Almost a month later, April 27, they credited me for ONE of the products minus a "restocking fee"
Today, May 13, 2016, I contacted my credit card company to inquire about the credit for the second item, there was no additional credit from EncanteI proceeded to call Encante Skin once again to request the remainder of my moneyThey informed me that they had reimbursed me the same day, April 27th for both items!
My credit card representative called Encante Skin with me on the line to inform them that the second credit never came throughThey insisted they put the credit throughMy credit card representative left the line to confer with their own dispute dept., while we waited for her return I was able to overhear other Encante employees speak with other customers just as they had with meApparently it is a common practice to bully their customers into keeping the product with no return possible & no credit offered!
MY SUGGESTION: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I didn't even order this eye cream and serum yet they charged me for full price after not notifying them before days were up to stop the auto ship.the serum came but not the cream..they insisted they both were sent and received..they decided to send me another free bottle of serum and eye cream which came..I never used the first serum and gave the second set of both to my daughterShe says the eye cream burned her eyes and left her face swollen in the eye area where she applied it..she threw them away and almost later and not even ordering them in the first place I am incredibly angry
