On Dec22, 2015, I received and paid a $for a FREE SAMPLE of FaceSerum, and $for EyeCream, from EncanteSkinSerum&EyeCreamI DID NOT request/order or receive any more of their products
On Jan6, 2016, I was charged, on my credit card $for DOK*VIMAEYECREAM, and $ for MCC*FACESERUM, Totaling $ No product was received
On Feb5, 2016, I was again charged on my credit card,$and $99.01, for a total of $
A package arrived from the same company, which I immediately returned to Santa Ana, CA.,via UPS & U.S.P.SIt was returned to EncanteSkinSerum&EyeCream on Feb15,
I want to be done with this company and have the January and February charges removed from my Discover Credit CardI do not have any of their products for which they are charging me

They did not take customer satisfaction seriously at the time of the conversation, ? I was forced to accept to pay 1/price for serum and 2/price for eye cream or I have to pay full price for free trial? However, this is a free trial I should not be charged at all? I did tell the customer service agent to return the items back, but they ? did not accept that eitherTheir customer service agents were horrible and were trained to be mean they hang up my phone calls multiple times Inconclusion, my full charges should be refunded Thank you

I read an article about what a scam this was & you don't even list the ingredients in the eye cream.? Before you charged me the $99.91, I returned the eye cream to you.I have a confirmation mail receipt that you received the eye cream that I shipped back to you at my own expense.? I didn't keep the product & yet I was charged $99.91Then you continue to ship the product the next month (I was warned of this on several websites that this was your practice).? So then I call & talk to a Customer Service Representative & she wouldn't even talk about the order I sent back that I was charged $99.91, allshe would talk about was refunding me a 1/of this last charge of $so she said she would refund $34.99.This is what I paid Trial cream for $5.99, then $even though I returned it & wrote a note to cancel any future orders, then I get charged another $99.91.? You have charged my credit card $& you offer to pay me $leaving me still charged $for cream I don't have.You think this is fair business practice, it is not!? It is a scam to get people's money!!? I have put a stop payment on your company because I can't trust you to not keep charging my account!!You owe me $for the first order I returned!!? Don't try to refund my card for it!? I want a check sent to my address.? I will still be out $for a cream that I sent back, so I still think you made money off of me!? If you don't refund me this money, then I'm going to go to SocialMedia & let everyone of my friends know about your company & what a scam you are & ask each of my friends to copy & share to all of their friends.? You know how fast that can spread!!!? I'm also going to respond on each of the websites that warn against your company & spread the word thatway like others have done!

The first deposit? was made on? 08/02/there were two separate? deposits; $and? $49.51, totaling $The second deposit was made on 08/03/for $and $which totaling $These four deposits equaled the? refund I had requested from the company for the "free? sample products" they previously billed me.My question now is, how do I protect myself from Encante Beauty Collection, re-billing me at a later date after things cool down? Or even selling my banking information to another company? I do? check? my bank statement regularly, as it is recommendedMust? I close out this account and re-open another one?
