I would like a refund, of course, but their policy is to not give them and since I did not see the small print, but was assured it was there, I am probably not entitled to a refund, according to them They did not want the product back, even though it was unused, not even opened, so I can
understand why they will not give a refund I may not agree with it, but wish they had done things differently Just would like to have them have to have things in larger lettering, made plain to consumers in advance, and not have anyone else have to loose so much money as I did Thought I was going to spend $and ended up spending almost 10x that I am retired and that was a very expensive lesson Thank you for your help Totally understand if a refund or partial refund is not available, but hope others do not have to learn the lesson so expensively

Although I really appreciate a refund in the amount of $I was charged twice in the amount of $after I cancelled my accountI feel so scammed by the way this company handled thingsThey do not tell you that you have to call seperate numbers for each item you orderI ordered the two products in one phone call!! I'm so angry that this company can get by with such shady practicesI'm out nearly $100.oo for garbageSure I missed the deadline to cancel one of the products because I was unaware of having to call a second number! (I've never heard of such a thing) This company found a loophole to dupe people and unfortunatley are getting away with it!!?
