Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted]Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products the Encante Skin and the Encante Eye on a day trial basis back on 11/17/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 12/02/and due to the fact that the customer didn't cancel they were charged $for the Encante Skin which was for the original shipmentWe also did attempt to bill the customer in the amount of $for the Encante EyeHowever, the payment was declined at time of processing
Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 02/29/and requested for the subscription to be cancelledWe immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 50% courtesy refund of $for the Encante Skin which the customer acceptedUnfortunately, because the payment of $for the Encante Eye was never processedWe sent the balance owed to collections
However we feel our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we have contacted the collection agency and have had the balance removed

to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Encante Eye and the Encante Skin) on a 14 day trial basis back on 08/08/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $5.95. The trial expired on 08/29/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 08/29/2016 $98.71. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 09/29/2016 the customer was charged again in the amount of $98.71 and shipped out another product.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/25/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However, we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charge on 08/29/2016 in the amount of $98.71 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. We will also be issuing a refund for the charge on 09/29/2016 in the amount of $98.71. I contacted the phone number provided in the response and talked to a representative. I told him that the company was only agreeing to refund me for one of the products (Face Serum)and asked why the eye serum was not being refunded. He responded that he only had control over the face serum and provided me with the following phone number ([redacted]). Even though they were ordered on the same advertisement and the same company he said they were two different places. called the number and talked to representative that refused to discuss a refund and said it was over 30 days. When I asked her for an address for the company, she said she wasn't allowed to give that out. I searched the website and found the following address related to that phone number. Encante Beauty Collection P.O. Box 25380 Santa Ana, Ca. 92799 I will close the case when I receive a refund to my home address for the face serum ($98.71)and the eye serum ($99.01) for a total of $197.72. I have closed the bank account that the original charge was processed,therefore a check to my home address for the entire amount will satisfy my complaint.

I am still receiving dunning notices from the collection agency for $98.71 and I have not received the refund. I have no idea if the refund which I still do not have is supposed to offset the $98.71 that the collection agency is asking for. Am I going to receive a refund? Am I supposed to remit $98.71 once I do receive the refund? I certainly do not want my credit rating affected AT ALL by this travesty! I responded to the email from the Revdex.com within 5 calendar days and asked the same question, but never received a response. The website provided by Encante (https://www.faceserumzeni.org/) in their response back was not the one that was used to order their product. The website used in their promotion was http://encanteserum.com/ which does not have a box to check regarding their terms and conditions. In addition, when you click "Send My Trial" now the response received back states the page cannot be displayed. It appears the ordering page has been removed.The terms and conditions were not agreed to before the product was ordered. Therefore, the terms and conditions do not apply. The product ordered was Encante, not Zeni. This is a classic case of promising one item at one price, then charging a higher price. If the intent was to charge a higher price then it should have been communicated up front to begin with.

I ordered the serum and eye samples, I called to cancel the auto ship per the phone number given on the packing slip and was told I would incur no further charges. I was then billed 39.97 for a really tiny lip plumper and 99.07 for an eye cream. When I called the company I was told I would have had to call the phone number for each product to cancel it. When I explained that I called the number on the packing slip they got very rude and short with me. The man I spoke with at their dispute department even told me that I basically lied and had not called to cancel! I called back and spoke with [redacted], who told me that he had "on record" that I had spoken to [redacted] when I cancelled! RUDE, unapologetic people. Will put the screws to you to get their money!
