The chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and be able provide any refunds as necessary. I usually am not naïve enough to fall for something like this, I know there is no magic cream to take away wrinkles. The advertisement for this product I saw had a "live" video showing a normal, everyday person using this eye cream under one eye and in 45 seconds there was a noticeable difference in the "bag" under her eye. It was interesting and for $5.00 I thought it would be fun to try it to see if it really did anything. If I had any idea I was going to be billed $200 I never would have ordered it. When I phoned the company to complain and was told I had agreed to the terms I did go back to the website and there is a very tiny light grey box that says "terms". When you click on that you do see the crazy terms you supposedly are agreeing to. However there is no box to check when ordering that says you have read and agree to the terms. Thanks to the Revdex.com that this lesson I learned didn't end up costing me $200.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted]. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Encante Eye and the
Encante Skin) on a 14 day trial basis back on 07/11/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $5.95. The trial expired on 07/26/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 07/26/2016 $99.01 for the Encante Eye and $98.71 for the Encante Skin. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 08/26/2016 the customer was charged again for both products in the amount of $99.01 for the Encante Eye, $98.71 for the Encante Skin, and shipped out two more products.
Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 09/30/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a courtesy refund of $98.71 for the Encante Skin and a courtesy refund of $74.25 for the Encante Eye charged on 08/26/2016 which the customer accepted.
However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund of $24.76 charged on 08/26/2016 and $99.01 charged on 07/26/2016 for the Encante Eye. We will also be refunding the full refund of $98.71 charged on 07/26/2016 for the Encante Skin. Here are the refund confirmations:

The action is 50% correct, however there were two charges in question. One was for 98.71 and the other for 99.01. Both items should be refunded for a total of 197.92.

Scam. Free trial size items. No return envelope. Never billed. Canceled immediately. After many months of never receiving any communication from company I received a collection letter for $188.48. The customer service representative was rude and insisted that I pay the full amount due. I told her I didn't want it and would return it, after explainin the above. She said, well then it's going to collection. After requesting to speak to a supervisor I was told that the supervisor was in a meeting. I guess there is only one supervisor in the entire company. She was rude and ended the conversation by saying it was going to collection. Check with the BBC before trying anything from this company.
