I agree with all the previous negative reviews. Chase just put a hold on the Encante charges (York shows up on credit card statements.) I can't believe this is Joy Behar's company! I ordered the 2 free trial products for shipping and handling only, but they charged me another 39.95 for a product I declined. Called them & was told I wouldn't be charged for the extra 39.95. Now I have a 9901 charge and a 78.00 charge from same company. I'm glad Chase fraud unit caught it. However I am the one who has to call Encante, since I supposedly agreed to their "subscription". Never signed up for this. BTW, I placed this order from an ad in well-known magazine.

[I was reimbursed for the $98.71 and $99.01 withdrew from my checking account in January 2016. However, the funds deducted from my checking on December 8 in the amounts of $98.71 and $99.01 were not refunded and I never received the product. I don't understand how I can be billed for something I did not receive. I feel strongly that I should be reimbursed $197.72. I did receive the initial 2 bottles (1) eye cream and (1) face serum in October for what I was led to believe I was going to be charged $5.95 for each product. I was charged $5.95 for shipping of each product and in early November I was charged the full amount of $197.72 (what a shock). Basically, I have been charged a total $595.82 of which they have reimbursed me $197.72-- I feel I should be reimbursed for the December 8 funds of $197.72. I don't understand how I can be charged for something that was never received. It's bad enough I was charged the full price of $197.72 in November for what I was led to believe was going to be $11.90 for shipping charges. They should be reimburse me for November and December for a total of $395.44.]

I was scammed by Encante. Ordered 2 different products for $5.99 each trial sizes, that was in big red numbers. Received bills for $98.71 and $99.01 on my Master card. This is so deceitful. I would never pay this price for any beauty product. and called them. The first number offered to nothing but cancell future shipments. The 2nd number offered a very small amount to be returned to my charge. I hope you can help me.
