For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I logged into the page referenced in this reply to meI NEVER saw any terms and conditions and therefore NEVER agreed to a subscription of any kindWhen I contacted my credit card provider, they did some research and told me that simply by continuing to the next page at some point when I was signing up for a SAMPLE, that, in itself, "checked me off" as agreeing to the subscriptionThis, in my opinion, should be illegalI had no idea it was happeningNever did I get a confirmation, and even the packing slip for the SAMPLE did not give any information about a subscription or about steps to cancel? I want to know if both erroneous charges were removed from my credit card - the one in October and the one in NovemberIt is not clear in this reply Regards, [redacted]

I'm so angry that this company can get by with such shady practicesI'm out nearly $100.oo for garbageSure I missed the deadline to cancel one of the products because I was unaware of having to call a second number! (I've never heard of such a thing) This company found a loophole to dupe people and unfortunatley are getting away with it!!

I signed up for a 'free trial' of this product and provided my credit card information for the shipping of $(my mistake!) I received the products and immediately had problems with them - allergic reactions I discontinued use I received a package in the mail a couple weeks later of the same productI should have called then but there was no information in the package other than the products Recently I received another shipment, no billing invoice but there was a packing list this time with a phone number I just called and cancelled The main complaint I have is I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription of these products I do not believe it was on the website at the time I ordered If it was, it was buried My 2nd complaint is the way the product is shipped without any information I see according to these other complaints that others did not realize this subscription either They have offered me a partial refund but that hardly makes up for the $- what a scam

I ordered the serum and eye samples, I called to cancel the auto ship per the phone number given on the packing slip and was told I would incur no further chargesI was then billed for a really tiny lip plumper and for an eye creamWhen I called the company I was told I would have had to call the phone number for each product to cancel itWhen I explained that I called the number on the packing slip they got very rude and short with meThe man I spoke with at their dispute department even told me that I basically lied and had not called to cancel! I called back and spoke with ***, who told me that he had "on record" that I had spoken to [redacted] when I cancelled! RUDE, unapologetic peopleWill put the screws to you to get their money!

It is a scam to get people's money!! I have put a stop payment on your company because I can't trust you to not keep charging my account!!You owe me $for the first order I returned!! Don't try to refund my card for it! I want a check sent to my address I will still be out $for a cream that I sent back, so I still think you made money off of me!
