clarification on what your desired resolution from the company would be:1)  To refund the money to me.  My bank has file a fraud investigation, after I told them what was given to you.2)  The company needs to put more info on the boxes of their products & information on how to get...

in touch - not just a phone number, city & State.3)  When calling, the person on the other end needs to help all customers.  When asking for another person or supervisor, the action should be honored. (remember: the customer is always right!)4)  The standards for paperwork should  be enclosed in each package sent & how they are going to stay in touch with further offers, specials & products.  Free trial samples need solid clarifications, meaning to communicate such as the customer receives actual product, will need to pay full price, & will receive back  full payment if the customer isn't  satisfied w/ product.5)  I majored in Marketing & feel this company had all the classic systems of fraud!!!!  I never received the agreed amount shipping bill receipt.6)  Everything about this transaction was wrong & needs reviewed by a business Marketing associate.Sorry [redacted], my computer went down when I started to complete for you.

I signed up for a 'free trial' of this product and provided my credit card information for the shipping of $5.95 (my mistake!). I received the products and immediately had problems with them - allergic reactions. I discontinued use.
I received a package in the mail a couple weeks later of the same product. I should have called then but there was no information in the package other than the 2 products.
Recently I received another shipment, no billing invoice but there was a packing list this time with a phone number. I just called and cancelled.
The main complaint I have is I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription of these products. I do not believe it was on the website at the time I ordered. If it was, it was buried. My 2nd complaint is the way the product is shipped without any information. I see according to these other complaints that others did not realize this subscription either.
They have offered me a partial refund but that hardly makes up for the $400 - what a scam.

The same thing happened to me as in all of the other reviews. DO NOT WASTE your money or time on this company. They give FRAUD a whole different meaning. WORST company ever to deal with. As a senior citizen I am contacting the Attorney General office of California and the FBI in Virginia. The local news in California and here in my hometown is also going to be contacted. This company does not know who they messed with this time. They will hate that they ever opened their doors.

Do NOt buy this product it is a scam. I purchased it for $5 each for wrinkle cream and $5 for Eye cream. I got charged $98.71 and $99.01 14 days later. When I contacted them the lady names [redacted] Employee #322 was extremely rude refused to let me speak to a manager or transfer my call. Said she would cancel one item and refund me $35 however I would have to call back to cancel the other item.
