Please be advised the company, Encante Beauty Collection has deposited the entire amount ($197.72) back into my bank account. I noticed it when I checked my account on Friday August 5, 2016. The first deposit was made on 08/02/2016 there were two separate deposits; $49.20 and $49.51, totaling $98.71. The second deposit was made on 08/03/2016 for $49.36 and $49.65 which totaling $99.01. These four deposits equaled the refund I had requested from the company for the "free sample products" they previously billed me.
My question now is, how do I protect myself from Encante Beauty Collection, re-billing me at a later date after things cool down? Or even selling my banking information to another company? I do check my bank statement regularly, as it is recommended. Must I close out this account and re-open another one? I think I have already answered my own question. Ordered the skin cream and eye serum after seeing that it was backed by Dr Oz (which I don't think is true). Tried both products once I received them and my skin immediately turned red and started burning. Called & cancelled trial. 6 months later I receive a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe $200 for the cream and serum. Not once did I receive a letter from Encante stating I even had a balance, which would have been strange since I cancelled the trial! Called Encante to inquire about this alleged debt and they have no record of me canceling but they do show my credit card being cancelled. It's the same card I use every day and it's cancelled in their system but they don't have record of me canceling?? Seem strange to anyone else?? Encante told me that they are such a big company with so many customers they don't have time to reach out to inform them of a problem with billing, etc so they just send them to a collection agency to do their dirt work. Reads SCAM to me. This company and their products need to be investigated and potentially shut down. They are robbing people blind with a bad product and shady business practices.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They did not take customer satisfaction seriously at the time of the conversation, I was forced to accept to pay 1/2 price for serum and 2/3 price for eye cream or I have to pay full price for free trial. However, this is a free trial I should not be charged at all. I did tell the customer service agent to return the items back, but they did not accept that either. Their customer service agents were horrible and were trained to be mean . they hang up my phone calls multiple times . Inconclusion, my full charges should be refunded . Thank you

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted the phone number provided in the response and talked to a representative. I told him that the company was only agreeing to refund me for one of the products (Face Serum)and asked why the eye serum was not being refunded. He responded that he only had control over the face serum and provided me with the following phone number ([redacted]). Even though they were ordered on the same advertisement and the same company he said they were two different places. called the number and talked to representative that refused to discuss a refund and said it was over 30 days. When I asked her for an address for the company, she said she wasn't allowed to give that out. I searched the website and found the following address related to that phone number. Encante Beauty Collection P.O. Box 25380 Santa Ana, Ca. 92799 I will close the case when I receive a refund to my home address for the face serum ($98.71)and the eye serum ($99.01) for a total of $197.72. I have closed the bank account that the original charge was processed,therefore a check to my home address for the entire amount will satisfy my complaint.
