This is a follow up to a previous complaint [redacted] and I did receive notification that the company has "processed a refund in the amount of $99.01." I am still receiving dunning notices from the collection agency for $98.71 and I have not received the refund. I have no idea if the refund which I still do not have is supposed to offset the $98.71 that the collection agency is asking for. Am I going to receive a refund? Am I supposed to remit $98.71 once I do receive the refund? I certainly do not want my credit rating affected AT ALL by this travesty! I responded to the email from the Revdex.com within 5 calendar days and asked the same question, but never received a response. That was on September 28, 2016.

Ordered trial product. Credit card was charged $4.95 and $5.95. Then they also charges my credit card $$98.71 and $99.01. When I called and asked what the charges were they said because I did not respond back in 14 days. They also claimed that I received two of each product, when I only received one of each product. After repeatedly requesting to speak to a supervisor (which never happened), after 37 minutes, Julie, hung up on me. I have now contacted my bank to look into these charges, so that I can get a refund. I am waiting for the paper work so that I can file a formal complaint. Also tried to reach out to the Revdex.com, however they are not a part of them. The company is a scam .

Attached is the Encante online ad showing $0 cost and stating free trial bottles regarding above referenced complaint. I called Encante and they stated that the trial was 14 days and they sent full size product bottles for the trial that must be paid for if not cancelled. I did not receive notice from the company or Wells Fargo or credit card company that any payment attempt was made by Encante and declined. I only received a collection notice from Collect Pros for $188. Without prior invoice or warning.

They did not take customer satisfaction seriously at the time of the conversation,  I was forced to accept to pay 1/2 price for serum and 2/3 price for eye cream or I have to pay full price for free trial.  However, this is a free trial I should not be charged at all.  I did tell the customer service agent to return the items back, but they  did not accept that either. Their customer service agents were horrible and were trained to be mean . they hang up my phone calls multiple times . Inconclusion, my full charges should be refunded . Thank you

[I have ordered product from this company that was free and only pay shipping.  I never ordered any more and never heard from them again until this letter from Collect Pros saying they were collecting from me.  This is a fraud and I will not pay it.  If I need to get an attorney, I will.

This has got to be the worst company ever. Just like others I tied the product for the $5.95 and ended up being charged two separate charges of $5.95 and $39.97 for something I did not mean to order.

When you click on their adds be careful because there is no review your order process. I have now been charged $97.00 and $99.00 without authorization and have had to close my debit card which is majorly inconvenient.

I wish I had read the reviews before I accepted the "free" product.
