Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: After discussing matter with Endurance, they offered to buy back my insurance policy at 91% of the total value of my originally paid in full premiumThis did not cover any of the requested repair which means that I lost the total repairs of $plus 9% or roughly $for my policy premium which is a total of out of pocket expensesThis is unacceptable considering they only paid of one previous claim and did not stand behind the implied service agreement or the total contractHad I decided to make the monthly premium payment for my policy rather than the total, I could have cancelled less any service charges and kept the difference, plus I would have still been entitled to my stated claim for the repairsI feel that both Endurance and Interstate are responsible for this claim and service since they have a joint partnership for the sale and management of claimsI am willing to cash out my service contract at the reduced rate of 91% in addition to the payment of all my repairsHowever, Interstate denies claim based on age of car which was known prior to the sale of the policy and Endurance states that they are not responsible for the denial and approval of claims.

Endurance has never in the history of our company outbound prospected consumers via the telephone nor has Endurance ever engaged a marketing firm to call consumers on Endurance's behalf Endurance is a certified member of the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA) As a certified member
Endurance follows the VPA's Standards of Conduct The Standard's state that the selling company must identify itself to the consumer Unfortunately there are companies calling consumers and without identifying themselves and the consumers become very frustrated Endurance never called the consumer Endurance will add the consumer's name to our internal "Do Not Mail" database to ensure that Endurance does not send a mail advertisement to the consumer in the future

Martin *** was responsible for saving me over $in overcharges for a repairHe set the stage for a collaborative negotiation between the car dealership repair department and myselfI truly appreciation him being both professional and knowledgeable

martin *** vehicle protection specialist at endurance took very good care of me after my auto policy was cancelled due to an error

Called Endurance and talked to Eddie *** today and was able to get my claim approvedThe initial problem was due to miscommunication with the repair shop, but it is resolved nowI'm happy

Endurance's Customer Service Manager contacted the customer and explained the reason for the denial of the claim The cause of failure was due to oil consumption According to the customer's vehicle service contract, Exclusions Section, "Coverage is not provided under this Contract: For
any repair for the purpose of ....correcting oil consumption..." In the interest of customer service, Endurance waived the applicable time usage amount for the policy and issued a full refund minus a $cancel fee

On May 10, the consumer contacted Endurance and purchased an *** *** *** Services (***) Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract for his *** LS with 116,miles on it At the point of sale and during the verification process, the consumer was made aware of
Endurance's 30-day money back guarantee policy and also provided with the complete coverage details of the *** vehicle service contract The consumer was also provided a hard copy of the *** vehicle service contract which was sent *** Critical Mail with delivery confirmation Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract Endurance sold the consumer an *** vehicle service contract*** is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means *** administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claimsEndurance plays no roles whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims On September 30, the consumer contacted Endurance's Customer Service Department because of a denied claimOur office, as seller of the policy, gets involved on occasion when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim was denied and to put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim Accordingly, Endurance's customer service representative contacted *** to get clarification for the denied claim on behalf of the consumer Endurance's rep then explained the denial to the consumer, specifically that *** would not cover the vehicle's stretched chain with worn out pullie, guide and cover The customer responded that he wanted to make a Revdex.com complaint against *** so Endurance's Customer Service agent provided ***' information to the consumer (The complaint should have filed against ***) The consumer thanked Endurance's Customer Service representative for looking into the claim denial for him saying he knew the Customer Service rep tried The customer also wanted to cancel the *** vehicle service contract Accordingly, Endurance cancelled the consumer's contract and has mailed out a refund In the interest of customer service, Endurance did not deduct the applicable cancellation fee for the refund check

Endurance is a company that is easy to work with from the customer perspectiveMy dealership and auto repair business have claimed to have had difficulty, but the claims have been honored, explained and paidI'd recommend Endurance and have done so

Great customer service They stand behind their warranty No problems with getting a repair approved

The guy helped me today was outstanding

They took care of the problem promptly

I really appreciated Eddie *** and the help that he gave me today I was frustrated last night and he fixed everything More than pleased!

I am rejecting this response because:This is a misrepresentation thuis company has done nothing but give me and all participants the run around they would not even provide written documentations of denial letter and third party report findings until I demanded letters and verifications which according to Endurance first Representative of customer service(Daniel) stated it wold take weeks to produce and Second Representative from legal department stated days to produce however, they were able to get me a Certified check for policy cancellation overnighted which I refused!how they came to this said conclusion they are dishonorable furthermore, BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was told I have the highest coverage possible..after months of paying on time I went to car dealership to just get a check up Come to find out I needed a couple repairsI called Customer service and got hung up on twice, finally I spoke with a women who told me she would helpMy self and car dealership called several times no one answeredI by the time in got off work still no answer....I was force to pay to get my car from car dealershipI call then next day and was hung up on twiceThird time I called I asked to cancel my service and get a full refundCustomer service rep was very rude "we are closing in min what you want me to do about it " " I dont care what the previous rep said "called again today and spoke with a girl she was rude and said I'm not going to get a refundCalled again and spoke with a manager he was also rude tried to belittle me saying act like an adult and stop being so personal....he started saying I'm not getting a refund I explained if I didn't use the service why can't I get a refund
