Very friendly helpful pleasant experience
I am very upsetMy vehicle broke down the day after my policy kicked inThe claims rep implied that this had to be an existing problem therefor he was denying my claimHe cared more about the day and time that this happen over the problem with my vehicleHe stressed that several timesIt doesn't matter if it happen minutes or months after my policy kicked in, I'm supposed to be coveredThe claims rep even pissed of the service advisor at the dealership because he kept cutting him off and would not let him finish one sentenceThe service advisor recommended work to be done but wasn't 100% sure what the problem was without tearing the motor downThe service advisor recommended that Endurance send their inspector out to hear the noise before they tore the engine downonce the noise was heard, then Endurance could've said tear it down or not BUT Endurance declined my claim any wayHow do you deny a claim without properly inspecting the vehicleIf these so called claim adjusters are certified then they should know that you cant diagnose a vehicle just by looking at itI was told that they are certifiedIf they are, I wouldn't let them touch my vehicleThey have no mechanical knowledge what so everThe Bottom line is, Endurance denied my claim do to a claims adjusters assumption.( he basically called me a liar by saying I let my vehicle sit with this problem until my warranty kicked in) The Claims adjuster even went as far as saying, and I quote, "we're not going to and no one is going to except this claim" They refused to send an inspector out to look at my vehicleI cancelled both my policies and demanded a refund of all the money I had invested in this scam of a companyI guess they've made so much money off of people like myself that they can care less that I cancelled my coveragethey gave me a email address to a Jay *** *ncase I wanted stress my complaintIts almost hours and I have yet to receive a responseI recommend to whomever reads this, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYI wish I would've read the reviews and complaints before I purchased this warrantyI've worked in this field for over years and I've never had a warranty company treat me nor my service customers in such an unprofessional wayThe worst company ever

Matt *** provided exceptional customer service on my policyHe went above and beyond what I assume to be protocolToo often, individuals in a customer support role, do not always provide the best customer support, so kudos to Matt for making my experience pleasant

I am rejecting this response because: I still feel their service contract and coverage is misleading and restrictions not clearly discussed when it is soldBy stating coverage I requested for parts needing to be replaced was excluded because the parts failed as a result of gradual wear and tear and reduction in performance due to age can apply to just about anythingThey sell the deceptive vehicle protection to extend warranty and service coverage on vehicles that are older and the factory warranty no longer applies or provides service coverage In my case my service coverage is for an additional 100,miles from my odometer reading when I purchased the contract and is good until I have reached 243,milesI would assume by their response that they probably will deny coverage on just about everything going forward due to the fact my car is now years old and any service coverage requested will be denied under their "reduction in operating performance due to wear and tear" will apply to any parts/components listed under their coverage sectionI pay $a month for their service contract and they could not even pay to $cost to replace the belt and tensionerI am going to seriously consider canceling the remainder of my contract and put what I pay monthly for this worthless extended service protection into a savings account I can draw on for repairsIt is just ludicrous that in their "welcome" package they state that "You made a great choiceWith your Endurance vehicle protection plan, you can rest assured that all your major auto repairs will be covered." Baloney! I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone who asks me about Endurance Service Coverage to save their money and pass on it's worthless stated benefitsMy Facebook and Twitter accounts will clearly be the media I use to alert my friends and family to Endurance's less than beneficial service coverageIt's a money maker for them, but no assurance to consumers that they can "rest assured" their vehicle repairs are coveredThey boast about their Revdex.com A+ ratingIt's a jokeThey will not get an A+ from me and be assured I will not recommend their service contract to anyone!

Matt *** was a phenomenal representative for EnduranceHis knowledge of the products, communication skills, speed at handling the order was incredibleRare to find such individuals like him anymoreSadly, he'll probably be moved up the ladder and out of customer service
Endurance is one of the worst extended warranty companies I have ever done business withI was told they were the best so decided to give them a try
WRONG!!
The check engine light was coming on so I took my truck to the *** dealer to have it looked atThey determined the turbo needed to be cleaned and rebuiltThe repair did not do the turbo much goodI still had issues with itI took it back to the dealer and he said it needed to be replaced with a new one
I had two different mechanics at two different places check it out, and I was told by both mechanics it needed to be replaced
The *** service manager called Endurance, and their customer service representative said there was nothing wrong with it; it just needed maintenance The *** service manager said that was already done before he called EnduranceThe Endurance CSR said the dealer mechanic didn’t know what he was doing and he probably put the turbo back together wrong
When the *** service manager told me this, I told him I would call and see what I could doThe *** Service manager said good luck on that because the Endurance CSR was rude, he did all the talking and hardly let him say anything, and he belittled him and told him the mechanics do not know what they are doing
Well I called Endurance and how right the *** Svc Mgr was! This person was downright rude, and how I found it so amazing that this person was able to diagnose the problem over the phoneI asked him how he could diagnose this over the phone, and he said he was experience in this matter, I just had to laughLike the other two mechanics couldn’t physically see the problemBut what do they knowRight?
I can’t help thinking that the employees at Endurance get bonuses for every claim that is denied or if it is unused by the time it expires
I will never recommend Endurance to anyone again, as I did so twice; I will not have my second vehicle covered by Endurance; I will go with CNA or dealer extended warrantiesIf you do go with Endurance, DO NOT pay for the whole warranty up front like I didI take it that once they get their full payment, they wash their hands of you
I've been a proud endurance customer for several years nowI am very pleased with their superb customer service departmentThe few times I have contacted them they were very professional and easy to deal with

I called Endurance to let them know I was having issues with my vehicle and wast getting any where with my shop I called and talked to Eddie *** and I have to say he was amazing with in hour he had this all taken care of and my vehicle will be ready tomorrow Its good to know that their are still good people out there Thanks Eddie
On June 2, the consumer contacted Endurance and purchased a vehicle service contract for his *** 328i with 117,miles At the point of sale, the Endurance sales representative provided the consumer with complete coverage details his car qualified for Also, upon the consumer
agreeing to purchase the vehicle service contract, the consumer was transferred to Endurance' Verification Department where a Verification Department Representative went through the contract terms a second time reiterating coverage details and also made the consumer aware of Endurance's 30-day money back guarantee over a recorded conversation The consumer was also provided a hard copy of the vehicle service contract which was sent via USPS Mail with delivery confirmationBelow is proof of confirmation from the United State Postal Service that the consumer received delivery of the vehicle service contract on June 12.Detailed Delivery Status PB Tracking Number: ***Mail Class: First Class Expected Delivery Date: 06/15/16Service(s): Delivery Confirmation ™ 06/12/12:AM Delivered (100) (***)On July 7, the consumer contacted Endurance to cancel the vehicle service contract because the consumer had a claim denied for the repair of a shaft sensor and headlamp The claim was denied because the shaft sensor and headlamp were not parts listed for coverage on the schedule of items covered under the vehicle service contract Endurance cancelled the contract and processed a pro-rated refund

I am rejecting this response because: My fathers household was the the only once that received this piece of mailI spoke with our mailman, and he told me it was junk mail and that he had delivered the same envelope with the same information that was sent to my dadHe also stated that he noticed most are sent to elderly people and he is proud that I contacted the Revdex.com regarding the letters because he has picked up mail from residents to be returned to this place of business for them to find out later they never had a policy with them to begin with.; You can say fwhat you want to, but this business preys on people especially the elderly, because some elderly get confused about their bills and its a way to lure them inI have truly lost faith in the Revdex.comI know this company along with many others will continue to get by with these wrongful lying letters and scam so many more people out of their moneyThey should be ashamed of themselves, and so should you.

I called Endurance Warranty Services, LLC yesterday (December 5, 2014) and spoke to a saleswoman named (I believe) Regina to get a quoteFrom the beginning, she seemed very unfriendlyI told her I had a two year old toddler running around my house and I couldn't run out to get the exact mileage on my car but I overestimated slightly what I believed my mileage was and she seemed very annoyed with meShe provided me with what my coverage options were and then made the rude assumption that I was buying what she told me to buy by saying, "How are you paying for your downpayment today?" I politely told her I believed I had found a more reasonable option with a competitor that provided what seemed to be very similar coverageShe indignantly began asking me what they quoted, how much their start up fees were, and then the name of the companyWhen I told her, she laughed at me and said, "You are trying to compare chicken to steak!" I said, "I really don't care for your attitude." and she began arguing with me on the phone! I could not get her to stop incessantly talking and saying, "I DON"T HAVE AN ATTITUDE." so I finally hung upRidiculous customer service experience!! Why would I purchase from a company that gave such a terrible first impression when I simply called to get a quote?
This company rocksI have only been with them for a month and a halfYou see, I ran into severe finacial difficuly, lost 70% of my wages, and knew by the June I would never be able to make the July payment so I called to cancel my accountMuch to my surprise, they let me know they understood my sitituation and informed me that not to worry, the will take care of July's payment for me, and my next payment would be in August, You can not beat customer service like that When I signed up with them they said would do whatever it took to make me happy, and I sort of played it offThis company has been true to it's word, and would ask anyone on the fence about Endurance to go ahead and take itThey can not be be beatThank you, EnduranceBest regards,
