I really think this is inconvenient especially considering the amount of time it has taken for a refund that was supposed to happen months ago It's really sad that I had to contact the Revdex.com to even get a response from anyoneAnd all the money I put in this engine and to only get $back is really dishearteningI was lead to believe both invoices were valid just to hear that only one of them were validThe first engine that was sent was defective and I had to pay for that out of pocket along with the second engineI will NEVER do business with this company again this was the most unacceptable experience with a business I have ever experiencedPlease make sure you mail the check to the address given months agoSince there seems to be so much miscommunication going on I want you to verify the address the check will be sent to A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I tried to respond to your last message about Compliant ID [redacted] but was unable to type in text section for some reasonI am Rejecting the response from Engine Shoppers,LLCFirst of all the real name of the Business is Southwest EnginesThey are using Engine Shoppers to cover up all of the complaints they have against them in the Revdex.com First of all my son tried to place the order with my credit card having it shipped to his homeHe was unable to complete the order because his address didn't match the one on the credit cardIt had nothing to with raising the spending limitFirst of all they would not allow my son to raise the limit on my cardThe card has a 15,line of credit and the balance was 6,at the time of purchaseThey gave my son a purchase order number and I called it in the next dayIt was I who noticed that they charged my credit card twice not themThey only had one Engine with those specs on hand so they couldn't have saved me thousands of dollars by not shipping anotherIt took days to ship the one that they didAfter calling several times they credited my card and kept 7%There was no credit card machine involved in the transaction as they statedI called the credit card company and they did not make the charge After installing the Engine the mechanic called and said water was leaking out of both sides of the blocksNot once did we mentioned anything about Antifreeze as they claimed The biggest lie of all in their response is that THEY DID NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT TWO WEEKS AGOThey still owe me dollars for the Engine plus the 249(7%) that they kept Thanks [redacted] **

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After I received yet another email regarding delay in shipping, not delivery, and after reading numerous complains about this company, I decided it was not worth the hassle of dealing with them. They have not refunded my money to date, and there was no restocking charge as no engine was ever shipped or delivered. I want a refund of the entire amount of my payment. I have filed a dispute with my bank, and I expect to receive the entire amount of my payment. Regards, [redacted] ***

This is the exact same message sent on 10/01/The websites Quality Used Engines and Quality Used Transmissions are owned by the same company that the WI Revdex.com has identified as Engine Shopper, LLCSince it's the same company, I attempted to buy the engine and transmission at the same timeI told this to the person I talked that faxed the wiring information to my bankThe amount I wired was $into BMO Harris Bank, routing number 071000288, with an account name of Engine and Transmission World, account number ***Emails containing "screen shots" have been sent to *** twice from BMO Harris bank showing the deposit yet Anthony continues to deny any deposit saying it "wasn't deposited into" their "business account." They have admitted that I wired them money but the wrong amount

Mr*** had ordered a supercharged engine for a Buick Park Avenue on February 5, 2015, he had then called on February 12, to report that he had ordered the wrong engine, and that he had needed the non-supercharged engineWe had told him there was a price difference
of $he started beligerently talking over all of our phone staff, kept harassingly calling us back to back over and over threatening yelling, and calling us namesThen he kept going on and on about he had no money for this and was living off of student loansIf he didn't jump to conclusions so quickly and start freaking out like a paranoid schizo and maybe just listened to our kind and courteous customer service staff for second to hear what our staff was trying to explain to himSo once he had calmed down we had told him that the non-supercharged engine was $cheaper and that he would be getting a $refund, so then we refunded him the $back to his card and we changed the part number and sent him the correct engine that he needed

The complainant did receive a second transmission as it was delivered on 8/3/2016, and we have not heard if the complainant has had any issues with the additional transmission that was sent outSince we have not heard
back from the complainant we must assume the second transmission was in good working order and the complainant was able to complete the install of the transmissionWe feel this matter should be closed due to services rendered complete as the complainant requested a working transmission and that is what the complainant received

Thank you for your speedy replyI have attached the requested information below:

Mr*** had ordered an engine for a Mercedes Eon Febrruary 4, and it was sent to him in a timely mannerHe had then called us on February 18, to report that the engine was sludged upHis shop had quoted him $to pour a can of engine degreaser which costs $19.95.
We only pay out $an hour and degreasing an engine is only about hours worth of work, we offered to pay Mr*** $for degreasing the engine, when we told Mr*** that, he got mad and started yelling at our staffAfter that we have not heard from him

We are not sure of what Mr*** wants, except for the fact he is trying to extort moneyHe has been driving this vehicle with or engine for over year now with no problems, we would actually cover the shipping even though it would be breaching our contract which he agreed to that makes customer responsible the freightAll he would have to do is make the engine available for pick up and we will exchange it for him

A friend recommended EngineAndTransmissionWorld.com after my car engine blew and I needed a new oneI am now in the middle of a customer service nightmareI have issues with the engine I paid nearly $for and have heard nothing back from the company despite numerous calls and website contact postings My recommendation: If you need any type of part for your car, stay away from EngineAndTransmissionWorld.comA company that makes a mistake, takes care of itEngine and Transmission World sold an engine for $that was advertised as having miles and my mechanic found it probably has closer to plus other issues that were not caught in their "quality" inspection, including a screw that was shcredding the timing belt I left a message with the one-person warranty department several days with my phone number and have not received a return callI wrote two contact forms on their website over the last three days and have not received a response All of this points to a small operation scam or a company that doesn't employ enough people to take care of warranty and customer service issues By the way, my mechanic also said the warranty is not worth the paper it is written onIf someone recommends this company to you for any engine or transmission parts, run in the opposite direction as fast as you canSince you can't write a review on their website, I believe all of the "positive" reviews they have posted on the site are not real

Revdex.com: I send sw engines all the information on the vehicle year, make, model and vehicle indentification number, I don't understand how they say I order the wrong partif sw engines needed more information on the vehicle why is it not on there web site or they ask for itsw engines are the professionals they should of done there job correctly

Per terms and conditions you agreed to there is a 25% for all cancelled ordersSo what part of that you do not understand?

Revdex.com:
I want physical address of this businessI'm not the first one this person cheated, there's a lot moreThis salesman never saw the engineThe salesman have no knowledge at all of mechanics of a car engine I will talk to the mechanic to inspect engine so he can send a letter to Revdex.com about what he sawMechanic told me also that is not the first time he sees thisOther people had claim that the engine is low mileage until he see it insideHe also told me that he can put the engine in the car even that is more for Honda AccordHe can put your engine in my carHe told me thatBut he also got upset when he saw the engine insideI will always believe what a professional tell me, and in this case, a few mechanicsSome told me that they cannot do it but that the engine has more than thousands, another one told me that he can do it but that is not worth it to use that engine because I will need to have it replaced over and over and that I'm going to spend more moneyThat is better to get one with low mileage and check inside beforeThat is not good to buy items like an engine, onlineI have to go in person and inspected before buying

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowSorry not good enough
I never received the parts and the company told me it was in stock when I placed the order
Two weeks later I'm told by the SW Engine that they where looking for the engine?
So could there be a restocking fee?
When SW Engine did not have the engine and could not find one?
Nice way to steal
Next stop the state of Wisconsin and Oklahoma
Thank You

This warranty was hidden on their website and not printed on my receiptI feel this is their way to collect additional money for warranty and not honor the junk transmission they're sellingThe extremely high (to 400) amount of negative reviews are example of thisSomeone needs to put a stop to their deceit
Thank you kindly for your time regarding this issue,
