The Terms and conditions of the Free Warranty clearly state on line 1: Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumpsWe do not warranty any
attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheel etc. Additionally, on line 15: We do not warranty oil leaks/damage on engines or transmissions due to non-replaced seals, gaskets or filtersThe Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty must be read and agreed upon before placing the order and is indicated by selecting the text box as confirmation before moving forward and purchasing the part. Therefore, the claim was denied based on these Terms and ConditionsWe often see may automotive shops not doing their due diligence before installing a used engine. The yellow tag which we have attached to the engine and have attached here clearly states all gaskets should be inspected and replaced, if needed, and specifically states the Rear Main Seal has to be replaced. We do not know how much clearer we can be an attempting to make all these points clearWe suggest the complainant pursue this matter with the shop and would be more than happy to assist with this matter if the information provided above does not suffice

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Shortly after getting your email about the company involved's reponse to my complaint, I received emails from them stating that a replacement engine had been shipped and a tracking number with expected delivery betweeen Tues 9/and Thurs 9-It was not delivered and when I tried to track the delivery with the provided number the transport co(SAIA) stated the number didn't exist. These people are lying to me and to youI don't believe they will make good on my purchase at allNo I have spent $on engine and install and have nothingI do not have money(I have been unemployed for months and borrowed money to try to have a car

If she had documents at that time, she should have told us, and we would have instructed her to fax them over so we could take a look at them

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The fluid used by the shop is ATF which stands for Automatic Transmission Fluid. I have attached a photo of the fluid used. If you notice, it is Global Synthetic ATF. In fine print, it states it is for use in Hyundai vehicles. I've also attached the spec sheet for this fluid that shows it is tested and acceptable by Hyundai for use in their vehicles. This company is trying to rip people off. The fluid has nothing to do with the park "pin" that did not engage. The transmission worked fine except for the parking pin. This pin is engage manually by moving the shift lever and has NOTHING to do with what type of fluid is used. The transmission worked fine with the fluid, shifted through all ranges. It would simply not hold in park. Your accusation of using the wrong fluid does NOT make sense. Also, Alex told me that it was on the INVOICE that we used ATF fluid, which is a lie, it is not on the invoice. But Anthony told me the "external warranty company" CALLED my installer, which he DID NOT and that my installer told him he used the wrong fluid. I spoke with my installer and he did not call him.

Mrs*** had ordered an engine from us on December 18, and it was sent to her in a timely manner True.
She had called us months later to complain about some of the bolt on items and covers were broken but the actual engine itself was not broken Not true I called moments after the engine was delivered I spoke ***We had asked here where the engine had been for months and what had happened to it because it did not leave our facility like that and we have photos of it to prove it. Not true The question was never asked, nor was there any need to ask it The damage was reported immediately, as can be verified by the emails that were included in the complaintIt must have either got damaged while it was in transit Could be true.
or while it was in Mrs*** possesion for the months. Not true The pictures of the damage (also included in the complaint) were taken immediately after delivery of the engineWe had told her if she noticed it was damaged she should have reported it right away, or she could have done a damage claim with the trucking company and they would have reimbursed her, but you can ot open up a damage claim months later after you receive a part you have to do that right away. Not trueNone of this was ever said in any conversation or correspondence The damage WAS reported right away The only thing that happened after three months was that I sent yet another email, which got no replyHowever the parts she said were broken were just a front pulley and a timing cover, both items are just bolt on items and are not covered under warranty anyhow, she knew that because she had agreed to the terms and conditions form that stated it True. However, in essence, the items were promised but not delivered We paid for not just the engine block, but all the parts that came on it If Engine and Transmission World didn't want to pay for the damaged parts, then they should have filed a claim with the shipper, or instructed us to do so Instead, we were told to submit the invoice to *** at Engine and Transmission World and that we would be reimbursedPlease read the emails and view the pictures if you have any questions about what was actually "said." Thank you

First of all, I am a Christian and I do not use foul language or speak rudely to anyone. Secondly, we have NOT been refunded our money. Thirdly, we are NOT in possession of either transmission. Both were picked up by R&L Carriers. I contacted R&L Carriers on the second transmission and they don't even have a record of this company name. They put in a number and it came up with three different aliases (and that is exactly what she said, they were aliases). This company blatantly lies.
We ordered the first transmission on October 22, and called this company repeatedly only to be lied to. I talked with *** *** *** *** *** at this number ***. I left messages with the "supposedly" manager, ***, and he never returned my calls. This is a scam and makes me sick to my stomach that people like these exist in the worldI have attached the bill of lading for the first transmission where it was picked up. That is proof that we are not in possession of that transmission. They did not send us a bill of lading for the second one. (Isn't that ironic?) I have also attached the email I sent them regarding my displeasure with them and a confirmation email that they received it. I had hoped that this matter could be resolved amicably, but I see that is not the case. We are out $(cost of transmission, shipping, and mechanic fee) for a transmission that never worked and we are no longer in possession of

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowthey have not refunded the money they owe me as they said they would!! Just like they said they would for three months prior to me contacting you!! I did not want to accept the offer they gave me thru you the Revdex.com because I knew they would not pay, and you would close the case thinking they would honor there offer!! They knew you would close the case and say it was resolved and just go on scamming more people! Apparently the Revdex.com does not follow up to see if the cases are truly resolved, they just close them and let these jerks go on about there businessThis seams like a bad way of handling cases for the people that make complaints
Sincerely,
