Hello, Unfortunately, this member does have a previous membership with a past due balance owedThe membership was never properly cancelled and therefore went to final notice collectionsThis member then rejoined, using different information, mainly phone number and email addressTherefore a new account was created and not merged with the old accountThe duplicate was identified however by the front desk staff and the member was appropriately alertedDue to inappropriate behavior and language towards the front desk staff, this member's account was terminatedHe may never rejoin Blink Fitness as a resultWe wish to amicabally part ways with this member and therefore have waived the past due balance for the membershipWe wish them well Kindly,Blink Fitness

Hello,It seems the previous response was not as clear as it was intended to beThis member has a Grey membership which does have a contract associatedAll Blink memberships have a contract that is signed by the joining memberEach member must agree to the terms and conditions associated with their membership classBlue and Green memberships have a year obligation periodGrey memberships do not, they are month to month until the member submits a cancellation requestRelocation simply waives a buy out fee associated with Blue and Green memberships onlyRelocating as a grey member does not waive any feesAll members are required to provide days noticeWith that said, this member had not officially submitted a cancellation request either in writing in person at the club or via certified mail as specified on the contractual agreementTherefore, as a customer service gesture, we canceled the membership effective the end of this month 5/*/as it is clear they no longer want to be a member of Blink Kindly,Blink Fitness
