Per the observations from Blink Riverdale's club manager, the member was observed providing instruction to a guest on Club Manager spoke to member and reminded member that use of non-Blink Personal Trainers in the Club is prohibitedMembers may not personal train other members, per the terms of the member's signed AgreementMember was observed again on for training members and/or guests in the facilityMembership was cancelled on for repeated observations of outside personal training

Hello, This member emailed Blink member services on August [redacted] explaining they had cancelled in person at our Paramus locationWe replied explaining we had no record of a cancellation request on fileWe asked if the member could provide a copy of the signed form and we would be more than happy to adjust the account accordinglyThe member was unable to provide a copy of the signed form stating no copy was provided upon cancellingWhen members cancel with Blink fitness, a day notice is required and payment for the final days of membership is owed at the time of cancellationNo such payment was processed on this member's accountOur policy is the same for all members who join Blink fitness and for all of our current locationsWith that said, the member did acknowledge that they would then mail in a cancellation request to our corporate office via certified mailThis email was received on September ***The membership was cancelled for final notice collections as the result of a month balance accruingEmails and phone calls were sent to the email address and phone number provided by the member to Blink fitness upon joiningThey were sent over a month period of timeWe see on our records that voice mails were left and the emails were deliveredMost emails were marked as spam however by the member after being successfully deliveredA final email was sent on and was successfully deliveredWe are more than happy to provide a record of said emails and phone calls to this member upon requestIn a final email correspondence in our member services mail box, we provided the contact information for the area manager for this member's location Kindly,Blink Fitness

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Blink Fitness (All Metropolitan NY area locations) regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They initially agreed to cancel my membership and waive the fees through email them sent me... a follow up email saying no we won't waive any fees. Hello, Thank you for reaching out to usWe looked into the concern and see that the member did in fact submit for cancellation on 1016; however, the member had an already existing past due balance from their billing cycles totaling $Emails and phone calls were sent using the contact information on file to inform the member they had said balance as early as 916, which was a Friday and one of our weekly re-billing dates for members who have a balance owedThe balance was not displaying as needing to be paid when they submitted their request as to avoid a double charge situationThis means that if the credit card on file was able to be charged for the past due balance of $and the member then made a payment on that same day, As a result, the account is set to cancel on with a remaining balance owed: ($15.00), and the final prorate for the days in November on 11/*/($10.50)Kindly,Blink Fitness
