Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us. Blink fitness attempts to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our policies and especially our cancellation policy. We post the cancellation policy, along with the language describing the annual maintenance fee. in the terms and conditions section on... the kiosk and website. All members must agree to these terms prior to joining blink. These term sections are listed as follows: Terms and conditions, EFT authorization, and Cancellation policy. We also list this information on the website in the FAQ section as well. The annual maintenance fee is reinvested in the club to keep it fresh and state of the art. The language regarding the annual fee is in the electronic funds transfer section on the first page of your agreement, which is the section that explains how fees are collected. All members are required to pay this fee yearly plus any applicable tax. Each member is sent a copy of their digitally signed agreement upon joining for their reference. With regards to cancellation, I looked into the member's account and see no request for cancellation. There is a note in the account from the front desk staff on 716 stating the following: "Member came to cancel membership but didnt have her card with her at the moment to pay for pro-rate." This means the member did not complete her cancellation since she was unable to pay for the final 45 days notice. Also, we have no record of a certified letter. If the member provides us a copy of the certified letter receipt, we would be more than happy to adjust her account accordingly. Kindly,Blink Fitness

Hello, Thank you for your inquiryWe looked into this matter and see that this member stated they relocatedThey have a Grey membership which has no obligationWhen relocating miles or more away from a Blink, proof would simply waive the buy out fee associated with Green and Blue
membership which have a one year obligation periodThe day notice would still apply to the green and blue account as well. Since this member has a grey membership class, relocation proof does not have any affect or waive any feesThey would need to submit a cancellation request according to the standard policy, via certified mail or in personWith that said, We have decided to cancel the account effective 5/*/as a customer service gesture. If the member is able to provide us with medical proof stating she is unable to work out for a period of months or more, we can cancel the account effective immediately and refund April's dues. Hello, We have done our due diligence to investigate the matter and have concluded that a different, paying member's barcode was linked to this member's active accountAgain, the names are extremely similar and this could have been a simple error by a junior front desk staff memberWe sincerely apologize for this and now realize the complaining member did not access the facility during this timeThis member is asking for proof that the other member is active and payingUnfortunately, we can not release another member's records with out their consent.With that said, we still do not have a cancellation request on file and no proof from the member that one was submitted previouslyHowever we have cancelled the account effective 4/*/as a customer service gesture.
