I have been training with the same trainer for nealrly a year and you suddenly without letting me know fired himI have no use for the sessions and no I don't want "to try" another trainerhad you told me that my trainer would be leaving blink I would not have purchased theses sessionsSo either bring back Brandon Clay so I can finish my sessions with him or give me a refund

Blink's cancellation policy is 45-days noticeAs per the member's signed membership agreement on 8/**/2014, the member agrees to terminate the Agreement by providing days and prorate fee by either visiting the club and signing a cancellation form at the front desk or by certified mail sent to:

I was not made aware of a mandatory prorated amount that would have to be paid upon cancellation, and feel its extortion to have to pay the 9.44, but since this is the best & only resolution to terminate this contract, I'll take itThank you so much for your assistance and feel I would not have gotten this far without your serviceThanks again

is implied that the days notice would be paid for as members are able to utilize the facility during their final days of membershipThere is typically a prorated fee for the final days of usage, rather than paying for an entire additional monthThis is standard for most fitness companies such as Crunch, Planet Fitness, Equinox, and Retro fitnessThey all potentially have a prorated fee that must be paid for a member's final days. For example, if a member decides to submit their notice of cancellation today 9/*/their cancellation effective date would be **/**/This means the member would need to pay a final prorated fee for the remaining days in OctoberThey have already paid for days in September on 9/*/16, Blink's billing date. listed Manhattan clubs for a set period of time as a courtesy but that has since endedAs external costs such as those to lease and operate the locations continues to rise along with an increased volume of members using the popular facilities, access levels were adjusted accordingly. The $Green membership at Grand Central you referenced is available for Pre-sale members onlyThese members are not billed monthly and are not able to use any location until the Grand Central location officially opensThe $rate is retained by the member for year only, when they are subject to an increase to the standard $rate. We are happy to upgrade you to the Green access level if you so choose, allowing you access to all Blink facilities including *** ***, or downgrade you to Gray, allowing you access to one location onlyThe cost of a Green membership is $25/month and Gray at the *** *** location would be $25/month as well.Please inform the front desk of any facility if you would like to make a change to your membership class. Hello,The cancellation terms and conditions that were stated in the previous Revdex.com response apply to all Blink membersPer the Blink membership contract, cancellations are processed by filling out a form at the location or by certified mail sent to Blink Member ServicesA prorate is collected at the front desk when the member cancels in person or is collected by the member services team when the certified letter is receivedNo prorate was collected and no record of cancellation is on file. Multiple billing calls and emails were sent informing this member of their balance with no resolution. The balance must be cleared to close the account with Blink.
