I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOTThat is information no one tired to ever contact me via email or phoneI recovery via email regarding new promotion but never with a balance due or in the mailI was going back to renew my membership and got hot with a bill I didn't know off paid it off and just went as a guest I did go to the prior to that to cancel my membershipI was never told I had to pay anything after my year was upI was with them for more than a year-and-a-half and I feel it's not fair as a loyal customer that I should be paying that amount and would love a refund or credit.

Hello,We’re sorry to hear that you feel Blink has been misleading with regards to the annual maintenance fee.The annual maintenance fee is reinvested in the club to keep it fresh and state of the artThe language regarding the annual fee is in the electronic funds transfer section on the first page

Hello,All members who join Blink fitness do so via a kiosk or online via the Blink web siteThey are required to sign a contract digitally which lists all terms and conditionsThe cancellation policy is listed on page 3; specifically items & Cancellations are processed by either
visiting the club, and filling out a cancellation form at the front desk, or by submitting a certified letter to Blink Member Services at our corporate office. We practice this methodology as it provides a receipt of cancellation for the member in the event something isn't processed properlyWe do require a day notice, with a pro-rate to be collected from the day the cancellation form is signed or the day the mail is postmarked. We do not process cancellations over the phone. The membership in question does have a balance of $and has been cancelled due to final notice collectionsThe account was cancelled on 11/**/despite multiple attempts to contact the member via email and by phoneWe use the contact information on file given by the member when attempting to resolve the balance. if I did continue to use your facility and something happened to me as a result of my impending illness would you be held responsiblei cannot possibly have days notice of a sudden illness I paid for an early withdrawalit may not seem like a lot but on a fixed income and a barage of impending medical bills it is a lot I cant beleive you cannot make an exception for medical reasonsit is a shock to be diagnosed and then to have something like this hanging over my head is overwhelmingat this point I would never recommend your uncaring company at all

After I saw that website took my informations from what was saved on my computer I went to the facility, state them that was not my intention to be their member and there was a fraud asked for helped; they said their manager was not there they cannot help me solve the problemI did not used their services with my photo id or anything and if they think I used their facilities with my photo id on September and October I will kindly ask for a proof with their so called safety cameras please because I am tired of explainning myself I have never used their services and I should not be harassed for an on going fraud causing by their lack of security on my behalfI am happily using planet fitness fitness facilities without any problems or lack of customer service and again I have never used blink fitness services or asked for their membership they should stop harassing me
