month/appointment. No request to cancel was received, phone pre-notifications were sent prior to the appointment. Since the customer did not understand the cancellation terms fully, I can offer a $25 statement credit toward this last service which was performed under their agreement. If this is satisfactory to the client I can issue it upon acceptance of these terms. I would also like confirmation that they wish to cancel future services.

The consumer called Revdex.com:  The complaint was never resolved.  I have never received my refund check.  The business has continued to call on a monthly business and leave messages to schedule service.  I have called them back repeatedly, every month to tell them, I do not want their service and I have left notes on the door.   Today I received a phone call telling me my account was past due.  For what???  This account needs to be closed, The balance need to be removed, my refund, for charging my bank account twice, needs to be sent as was promised by the business when this complaint was originally closed in May.

As of today, the date of cancellation request, your account has been closed out and no services will be scheduled/performed. All services performed before the contract terms of "Cancellation in writing at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled visit" are considered complete and billable in full.You are on a re-occuring service for treatment every 3 months and warranty year round. We have no record of any request to alter or cancel this agreement until now. All of our programs are the same and are ongoing unless you cancel. We have terminated your program at this time. Thank you for your business and we hope to be able to service your needs at a later date.

We began service with [redacted] on August 9, 2014. I attached her Service Agreement. It is for our Seasonal Exterior only program and she was set up for three services June, August and October for Bees Wasps Yellow Jackets and spiders. This exterior program also helps control up to 20...

other general pests. But it would not cover Carpenter Bees or Ants. All services in between when the customer calls are called retreats and those services are free of charge. Enviro-Tech performed all three services, including a retreat on 8/21. This is an auto-renewing agreement for service so unless the customer calls or writes to us to cancel service we will continue this maintenance program for them of which we did for this customer on 10/6/2015. There is still a balance due for this service. I have attached all service tickets except for 10/30/14 of which I am including the time of service off the technicians route sheet for that day. He was there at 4:22PM for service. Enviro-Tech has met their obligation for service to this customer per the agreement. As far as the bees in the attic, the customer would need to call us for a retreat if they are still having activity, since that is not something we would know about. We have only had one call from them for a retreat. We can cancel all future services for this customer. But the balance due currently is owed for service and we feel no refund is necessary. We are not refunding her money.  We treated beginning 10/23/15 and followed up with another treatment 11/4/15.  She called a few days later stating she still had fleas and that she wanted her money back.  That she couldn’t keep her mother with her and needed to move her back in but...

couldn’t because of the fleas.  I stated the key to speeding the process up is to vacuum 3-4 times a day.  She said she was unable to do that.  I explained the process can take some time, since we aren’t sure of the level of infestation (eggs that have been laid), she didn’t like that and wanted them gone after one treatment.  This is not something that is guaranteed, we offered a 6 month warranty for a reason.   I offered to make an appointment two weeks from the 11/4/15 appointment, since by law we cannot treat before that.  She went and hired another company to treat, double dosing the area with chemical which is against regulations and therefor making our warranty we offered void.

Customer has been on an every 3 month billing & service program for 5+ years- in January the tech came to do a service and was only able to gain access to the exterior for full inspection at the time. No follow up was requested as allowed by the service program,.The bill due on the account is...

THIS WAS NOT PROPOSED TO ME IN ANYWAY. AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY DID NOT COME TREAT THE HOME AND I MOST CERTAINLY NEVER EVER SIGNED, AGREED TO, OR APPROVED ANY SUCH CHARGES OR BILL. (I always my bills upfront at time of service in full, this makes no sense, and is COMPLETELY WRONG!)
