Jerika from Enviro Tech has indicated on January 9th 2017, January 30th 2017, and February 10th 2017, that my account was closed and final amount due would be sent via mailI have not received a final amount due to this date (3/8/17) and the account has not been closedYesterday evening, EnviroTech called with an automated message stating that representatives were coming to my property today (3/8/17), despite having sent several emails to Jerika indicating that I do not want EnviroTech servicesAttempts to reach out to the tech that is scheduled to come to my property were unsuccessfulAdditionally, I continually get renewal notices and renewal contracts via email and mailAgain, Jerika stated that my account would be closed permanently I am requesting that Enviro Tech close my account PERMANENTLY and mail a final invoice clearly indicating that this is the final amount dueI will pay final amount due, and expect that Jerika and Enviro Tech honor the closing of my account.Thank you for your assistance [redacted]

During this last season several of our older trucks went down, and we opted to rent trucks to complete the work load needed rather then delay or not show up at allI apologize if this was of dissatisfaction to someOur exterior services are scheduled in the months recommended and include a hour call aheadUnless we receive a request to move out a service, the service is performed as scheduledAll seasonal agreements are re-occurring year to year unless cancelled in writingWe have no request on file to cancel this customers account prior to the service being provided Your first set of services you opted to pay in advance to receive a 10% discount, which is offered anytime you pay for multiple appointments, however that does not constitute an end to agreementAll of our customers are on a re-occurring year to year program and pay as described in the contract terms and conditions

The consumer called Revdex.com: The complaint was never resolved I have never received my refund check The business has continued to call on a monthly business and leave messages to schedule service I have called them back repeatedly, every month to tell them, I do not want their service and I have left notes on the door Today I received a phone call telling me my account was past due For what??? This account needs to be closed, The balance need to be removed, my refund, for charging my bank account twice, needs to be sent as was promised by the business when this complaint was originally closed in May

Our agreement is for appointments per season on an exterior only basisThis exterior only program which generates services in accordance with the scheduling of her programThey are not confirmed time appointments as they are the exterior onlyIf a customer wished to have us back out anytime during the contract, we come out again at no additional chargeThese visits were not requestedOur confirmed appointment times are for interior services billed at a higher rateIf the customer would like confirmed times, I can upgrade her account to an interior annual program for $more a year and this will include months, not I would be willing to offer the customer a $discount off the first year in order to help rectify the situation the customer is not happy withIn accordance with the seasonal program, we give a call ahead to the number on file hours in advanceI apologize for the customer not seeming to have gotten the calls and I am happy to update whichever phone number the customer would like on fileAs of now the customer has cancelled services moving ahead, but the previous services were done under the original seasonal exterior agreement, terms and conditions

Clause on front page of the agreement customer signed: "this Agreement can be cancelled anytime by either party by giving 30 days written notice."AgreementTerm – This is a one yearAgreementbetween the parties that is automatically renewed on a service to service basis. The Services Package as selectedby the customer determines the actual number of services required to be performed on the property within a one (1) year period. At the expiration of 1 year, the customer will be billed at the same rate for the automated financed agreed amount specific, unless a new Agreement is entered into by the parties. After the initial 1 year period, this Agreement can be cancelled anytime by either party by giving 30 days written notice. This account has been cancelled moving forward per customer request.

I signed an agreement on 9-8-16 and service was performed at my house on 9-9-16 so i'm not sure why the company is stating that I wasn't home. I have been a customer of envirotech for over 3 years and service has been provided even if I wasn't home so i'm not sure what their point is. The contract stated a price but not how many applications. In the past I have paid per application for 3 applications over the summer. On 10-12-16 I emailed Wes and asked him to call me. He called me and stated I was scheduled for a service call in October and I told him nobody called me or showed up for service. He then said a service technician would call me which didn't happen. At that point is when I emailed Wes ans cancelled my contract due to the technician not showing up for the service call on two different occasions. For envirotech to say they couldn't get a hold of me is a lie...Like I said earlier I have been a customer for over 3 years and they have my email, cell phone and home phone numbers. Matter of fact after I put this complaint in Jerika emailed me and said they received the compliant. I have made $215.67 for one treatment. I would request a refund and to cancel my contract. I'm not the only one with this issue since the BBB shows over 80 complaints against envirotech with 22 complaints no answered. Regards, [redacted]

We were using an answering service but we were not receiving all of the messages or else we would have called Theresa backWe apologize for not returning her callsThe only person who would have guaranteed a refund over the phone would have been a managerA receptionist from the answering service would not have given information regarding a refund because they did not have access to our databaseBecause we charged her check and her e-check, the extra $is applied as a credit for her next serviceIf Theresa wishes to cancel services, we can issue a refund in the form of a check sent through USPSWe cannot reverse it right into her bank account like we could if it were a credit card.If she wishes to receive a refund, we can have it approved and processed within 10-business days

Documentation shows the flow of communication in which the completion of interior work for September was requested and still has not been completedThe company fraudulently billed me for multiple services (October and November) that were never performedThey did remove the October service as indicated on their emailIn addition, they claim work was completed in August and SeptemberNo on was present to verify this work was completed and according to the invoices they provided, my signature was forgedI did pay them for the August servicesHowever, I do not feel I should have to pay for Septembers service until the work is completed as requested (interior service)Also, I feel that it was inappropriate to submit me to a collection agency when I was actively questioning the activity on my account and still providing them with paymentsLastly, the information they provided to the collection agency is incorrectThe documentation they provided me, as you can see, states that they only invoices that I owe for (after they removed their fraudulent billing) is for August and September (which is incomplete)That total is $I paid $of that on 12/The only monies owed is $for the invoice for SeptemberThey submitted at total of over $to the collection agencyI currently "owe' on one invoice- September, however as I have said the interior work STILL has not been completed as I requested for Septembers servicePlease address this.Thank you

Per the agreement terms, this is a bill for the service month of octoberThe customer can call to schedule services at aby time during that month, and as many follow up services as needed with no extra chargesThis statement was sent several times since 10/5, and payment has yet to be rendered
which is why there are finance chargesWe are happy to set up a service to complete disappointment at the customers request

According to the Envirotechs response, they said they have "visited" my residence four times since my initial consult If hanging a notice on my door constitutes as a service call, shame on them.And that being said, I have had only two notices found on door, not four The fact that they then said they were pending ANOTHER SCHEDULED visit with me is a blatant lieThat would involve communication, which stems to be the whole problem in this situation I have made over thirty phone calls to them in the last several months, always leaving a message, with no responseI have made a written note of service cancellation when I sent a returned bill to the Victor, NY address late summer Since the initial consult, Envirotech has only scheduled and came to my house for an interior inspection onceAnd furthermore, according to a letter I received from Envirotech Billing DeptI should have received a phone call reminding me of an exterior service the day before I again, never had any noticeI firmly believe that Envirotech ignored my calls and has practiced indecent customer serviceLastlyI am still do not understand why an address was listed on Envirotechs website if it was a :place of storage"This was misleading and dishonest

I am not on a long term contract with Enviro
Tech, and therefore, only pay for service that I have requested and mutually agreed to. Your response indicates that you try to work with customers in scheduling service visits. This is not the case at all. The company places automated calls to my cell phone with a date and time that works for the company. When I have left messages declining the service (as is the case with the visit in question) and asking to set up a mutually agreeable time, those calls go ignored and disregarded. It is my prerogative to require that the homeowner be present for service at a mutually agreeable time. I have made that request multiple times, verbally and in writing. Those criteria have also gone ignored and disregarded. In addition, I have stated, verbally and in writing, that I want my account to be cancelled. As recently as last week (1/12/17) I found an Enviro Tech pamphlet hanging on my door that said "your service today is complete". Again, service was done without my consent, without a mutually agreeable appointment, and without the home owner present. Again, Enviro Tech has disregarded my request and ignored my requirements. This is yet another illustration of Enviro Tech's blatant disregard for customer service. I wrote yet another letter to the company regarding the unacceptable service call on 1/12/17. There are to be no more service calls to my home at all. My account is to be cancelled. I am not to be billed for the unwanted service. I will consider any employee on my property as trespassing.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I called on 11/29/because I received a bill for August service and for 11/1/ The tech did not finish the August service by doing the interior A tech never came to my house on 11/1/ A tech never came to my house after August at all Envirotech customer service on the phone even stated to me that my service was frozen because I had not paid for August They said there was no way the tech would come to my house because he would not be able to see an order for me.In discussing my issues with Envirotech with my neighbor, *** ***, she said she called Envirotech on 11/29/because she had a mouse in the house A tech from Envirotech went to her house on 11/30/and sealed under the sink for possible entryway of the mouse This is exactly what my service history says!!!!!!We believe the tech made a mistake in billing me for her service I live at *** ** *** *** and *** *** lives at *** ** *** ** I did not have a mouse in my house She did!!!
