Enviro-Tech was contracted by [redacted] for a quarterly program for the months of February, May, August and November services. Enviro-Tech has completed services in 2016 for the following dates: 02/02/2016 02/24/2016 03/08/2016 05/16/2016 08/29/2016 At no time has Enviro-Tech stated we cannot...

complete a service as we have completed two free services, as the contract states for the property. As of September 21st 2016 at 2:06PM as recorded, [redacted] called to cancel service. The account is now closed, and no other appointments will generate. Enviro-Tech will not refund the customer due to providing service when it was needed, and the customer wanting to close her account.

A complete refund or provide services will be a acceptable resolve.

Hello,      Our billing department has reviewed the account for [redacted] and has since removed the charge of $92.44. We have also received the mailing of cancellation and have cancelled the account as well. As of December 5th 2016, the account of [redacted] has a...

current balance of $0.00 and has been cancelled of any future services.

We found a note on account that Mr requested to cancel in August- we have credited his account for the full invoice, cancelled his account and he no longer has a balance.

This complaint has been handled in house and I have included the correspondence with the customer - the parties agreed to take payment for one invoice and waive the other. Good Morning [redacted]                I apologize...

that I had missed your email. With the payment of the July invoice for $147.31 we can close the account for you without a problem. Please let us know if you need anything.

Regards,

I have attached the orignal documents from the financial institution that holds my account for a second time : the first being an email correspondence with Tonya. You can clearly see you were paid twice. I should not have to wait for my refund because your accounts payable department has to locate the records when I have provided you with sufficient and legal documentation.

Enviro-Tech has since resolved this Revdex.com complaint with the customer. Enviro-Tech will be refunding the customer $700.00 for the dumpster. The refund will take place on Thursday August 20th on the same card the customer used to pay for the mold remediation. Mr. [redacted] has agreed to this via email.

On April 21, 2015 an agreement was signed to take four services for Carpenter Ants and General pest.  The next service was due in July and an Appointment card was sent to the customer letting him know we were coming July 14th@10-11AM.  We also did a call ahead the day before to remind the...

customer of this service call.  The technician went out to the appointment and performed an exterior service per our agreement and left a door hanger so the customer would know we were there.  In the agreement it states that the customer should contact us for interior service and we would be happy to make a follow-up appointment to complete that for the customer.  We have no record of him calling for that appointment.  The next appointment was made for October which the customer called and cancelled stating we didn't complete his last service.  Again we never heard from the customer to schedule the interior.  We offered at that time to do the October service for half off because of the July appointment even though we are not contracted to do so.  He declined service. To resolve this issue for the customer, the account has been cancelled, even though he is still under agreement for two more services.  We will cut the July service in half for him and remove all late fees.  The total he would owe is for the exterior service we performed on July 14, 2015.  This was the amount offered to him for the October appointment he refused to take.  Our way of  trying to resolve this for him at that time.  Total due would be $67.50.  That is half the service call of $125 plus tax.  I attached the service ticket from July showing the door hanger left and the agreement he signed.   Thank you! Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have attached Enviro-Tech's response to this email.I don't see the response from Enviro-tech as an offer - it strikes me more as a collection of illogical accusations. The entire message to me is not at all coherent so I will address each statement:
"According to the technician, he never saw birdmite activity, even though she claimed she was being bit." This strikes me as odd - if you never saw any birdmite activity, why then would you come and treat my home three times with poison. And why would you offer a guarantee of elimination of an insect you never saw any evidence of?"Her mother, [redacted] who he also serviced at her home is the one who has called and talked to Enviro-tech and the technician regarding her daughter [redacted]." I don't understand what this statement means. The same technician treated both my mother and my own home. There were many calls made to Enviro-tech over the months we had services from them. Particularly because their practices around scheduling were very erratic. Myself, [redacted] Buckley, reached out to them before my mother did for the treatments originally. I don't know of an occasion when my mother called Enviro-tech on my behalf, but it's possible. How it's relevant, I have no idea."[redacted] has severe psoriasis on her hands, neck and arms." There is a certain amount of trust one puts in someone who is entering their home. I trusted Brian in this way and he seemed kind. I wonder what kind of person he wants be when he unnecessarily brings up someone's disfiguring medical condition. I spoke candidly with Brian about my psoriasis, and how it made me a bad judge of birdmite-related symptoms because it made me itchy. He also knew - as I told him on several occasions - that my husband in fact experienced more birdmite-related symptoms. I thought this was because I was used to feeling itchy. This statement seems just plain mean."The technician cleared the home of birdmites; even after treatments, no signs of dead ones." After the last treatment I am not sure how the tech looked for the birdmites. There were never any gluetraps set out for a few days or anything like that. I can only imagine he must have just looked around for the barely visible mites in broad daylight, which is not birdmites favorite time to jaunt around on open surfaces, and then declared us birdmite free. This statement is also interesting because earlier in the message it says he never saw any birdmites- so it's odd to mention that there still weren't any birdmites - as if after the treatments the tech would suddenly noticed them. It continues to baffle me that they agreed to treat my house and guarantee getting rid of a bug they didn't ever see. Then there is the quote from my mother where she says she could feel and not see the birdmites. One can only assume this is meant to de-legitimize us as a family unit. Which again begs the question, why did you treat the homes of people who you were sure did not have a bug problem?"Both customers have had this problem for years." This is not odd. This is just a lie. On a very specific day this summer in late July this problem began for myself and my husband and my mother's problem began some weeks after. No member of my family had any reason to lie to anyone at Enviro-Tech and tell them we had this problem for years. It has felt like years - especially the months we have been dealing with Enviro-Tech."Both customers no longer have the birdmite issue but still have the mental effect of the birdmites." This is great. A company that cannot even be bothered to set out some glue traps to see if a bug is actually there before or after treatment is able to diagnose severe delusional psychological conditions of an entire extended family. We have since spoken with another pest control person who is not making outrageous promises of ridding us of a bug he's never seen. He has looked at our gluetraps and has seen mites but he is not sure what kind. This is a breath of fresh air. He is not sure he can get rid of them. He looked for them and found something but isn't taking action because he doesn't know what it is yet. This finding of mites also goes against what technician Brian had said that no insect will be able to survive in your poison-ridden house for months or possibly years. It's unsurprising because looking at the literature about birdmites which we have done recently, the common pest control products are not very effective. Brian shared with my mother on his last visit that he was early for that he took some time and googled birdmites in the few minutes he was waiting in his truck. Then we get to the offer - that they will again treat our home that they do not believe has birdmites if we first pay in full. We do not want more poison in our house that didn't work the first time by people that are claiming they never saw birdmites. This doesn't seem like it will work well. A guarantee to get rid of a bug is different than a warranty to pour a limitless amount of poison into someone's home that you have no interest in actually knowing whether or not they have bugs before or after treatment. Also, the lack of honesty makes us feel that our business with them is over.I don't actually care about the money. There should be accountability for this type of first irresponsibility in making guarantees, shoddy work and mean responses to Revdex.com complaints.

We have received the request for the refund from the missed calls to our billing department. As our agreement states "All refund requests must be mad ein writing and the response to the request for refunds will also be made in writing. All refunds should be mailed to Envirotech Corporate Billing, **...

[redacted] All refunds will be by check, within 10-15 business days after a written rquest from the customer has been made and approved by management".Enviro-Tech has been made aware as of 11/28/2016 a refund was requested. Please allow, as above, 10-15 business days for the charge of $2075.00 to be reversed.

I want billing charges eliminated as I did not request nor want their services. If possible a letter stating all charges are dropped and I owe nothing to this company. I do not want any more of their service technicians to come onto my property. I do not want their services in the future.

I have submitted payment with strong objection. Doesn't the Revdex.com think it would be appropriate for a service provider to respond to venal, written and email requests that questioned the legitimacy of the bill. This is a company that abuses their customers and makes no effort to reasonably resolve a conflict. I would rate them an F in costumer service.

I have paid the business for the 2016 services, but not for the 2017 services which should have been cancelled.  I have attempted to contact them and advise them of this payment and left message.  I have not heard from the business.

close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Attached is the Original contract for the bee removal.  It was paid in full and consisted of 3 visits.  The initial visit was performed and the 1st follow up visit - this totaling 2 visits.  During the month of the 3rd visit - an unmarked truck and person with no marked clothing pulled into our driveway and got of the truck.  Upon approaching and asking who he was, he informed us he was with EnviroTech and was here to do the 3rd and final visit.  We informed him that we had not scheduled the visit and was not contacted to have the final visit done .  He asked if we still were having any problems and if not we could just schedule the 3rd visit some other time.  We said that was fine and no service was provided.  I proceeded to call the manager of the local EnviroTech business and discussed this with him and the concern that an unmarked vechical and person would just come on to my property without any notice or scheduled appt./followup and try to perform a service at/on my property.  He said that they would call next time and schedule or I could schedule the final visit when it was convenient for me.  Then in Sept.  - I received a phone call from my very scared daughter who was home alone and a saw a man on our back deck looking into our sliding glass doors and windows.  She locked herself in her room and I asked her to see if there was any markings on the truck in the driveway - there was not.  I called my father who is local to come over to the house and check on her as I kept her on the phone and while I was also driving back to my house as fast as possible.  My daughter then informed me that the person had left.  Upon my father getting to the house we found it had been EnviroTech person and they left a card at the door.  Again - this was not scheduled by me or anyone let me know they were coming.  There was no markings on the vehicle or person and they were on my property and looking into my house, causing a very panic and tense situation.  Not to mention a very scared girl.  I immediately call the enviroTech number and left a message about this and have done so numerous times before receiving the bill and after receiving the bill.  I have yet to get one phone call in return.  I have sent numerous emails as well and the only return email I received was that we owed the money for the service.  Again - the services were paid in full up front.  I only received 2 scheduled services from that contract , one visit in the driveway in which no service was performed and what I perceive is a final service of the 3 in which again a person came unscheduled, unmarked and violated the privacy of my home and my daughter .I continue to dispute this extra bill of $107.49  that is claimed due for services rendered.[redacted]

[First of all, it is a lie that Enviro-Tech “has treated the property three different times this year”.  They came out total two times, one in April, one in August, to complete one full service. Second, I have never sign the contract agreement at the beginning of the year because of their poor service. Speaking of contract, it is stated that Enviro-Tech will provide quarterly service, but never get it done as it should be.  I have already summit a payment of $135 for a full service. I can pay another $135 for the August visit, if Enviro-Tech agree to remove the interest charge and the charge for the October service which never happened]

The above message might have been crossed in between the mailing of the invoices and statements. As of November 3rd 2016, [redacted] does not owe on the account at [redacted] and no other services have been generated. As of October 14th 2016, the account has been cancelled.

Cancellation was not received for the re-occurring service agreement prior to the scheduled visit. I have explained this to the customer and they were disastistfed with the answer, it was then sent to collections at 90 days past due. This bill is due in full as agreed upon in the terms and...

conditions of the agreement signed between the parties.Sat 12/17/2016 11:25 PM[redacted],      The bill due is from September, not from recently. I am unable to waive this as the account cancellation had not been requested at that time. I have searched for any record of a request prior to the September appointment and none can be found. It looks like your July invoice was waived due to customer not being satistfied (possibly mischeduled as you mentioned?) so you have one extra service left on your account to use.     If you would be interested I can extend the contract period at no additional charge for an extra 3 months which would would cover your March service as well.     Again I apologize for your frustration, we are making some changes to try to help the customers and technicians be able to schedule between eachother better and have designated one specific technician to each account/geographical location.
