I called and canceled my account over the days they said I need to but they are still trying to charge me for canceling monthsI've read reviews saying that they do this I didn't think it was trueBut it looks like they still are doing this I agree that I owe them $but they are trying to charge me for months I did not use

I joined eos to help lose baby weight, after a short time my back and neck became so bad that the pain was radiating to my hand and it was really starting to affect my ability to workI've been going to the dr and trying various treatments and nothing is helpingI contacted eos with a drs note and she state I need a different note stating a disabilityI went back to the Dr and got another note stating that my back condition is permanent and that I cannot exerciseEos is still claiming that the drs note is not sufficient It is really unfair and not ethicalI cannot use this membership because I clearly have medical issue that doesn't allow me to exercise

The Staff at Eos Fitness never clean or wipe down the Equipment , when we asked why they never clean their answer is that they are short staffedMe and of my gym friends got very sick just recently and still recoveringAll the Gym equipment they have are broken and they don't replace them on timeThese were not the issues when the gym was owned by *** gym last year

On 1/3/I spoke to Amare A by phone to sign up for the EOS special of $and $a month fee for myself and my cousin These were suppose to be separate accounts as I told him and he said ok However, when they charged my checking account they billed me for both, plus a annual fee $twice The annual fee was never explained to me and I was unaware of it until I saw it on my checking account When I called on 1/16/and spoke to someone on the phone they were not helpful and stated there was nothing they could do about the annual fee, they just keep saying they were sorry that the original people did not explain this at the time I signed up Called about the next day which is today and request to speak to manager and they wouldn't let meThey keep giving me the run around I cancelled my membership but it will not be cancelled until February, still they will not refund the $back to my checking accountI feel they fraud me advertising it was only $to start

I have made several attempts to cancel my gym membership with EOS Fitness Going back to December The cancellation process is needlessly complicated I'm sure it's designed that way intentionally to keep people from canceling I sent an email to their corporate office which was ignored They continued to charge my bank I finally made contact with a representative over the phone today who said they could cancel my membership without the day grace period if I forwarded my original email I did forward the email They responded by charging my bank another monthly fee (?) of and, an additional No idea what that one is for

In December I signed up with EOS Fitness over the phone with Erica At that time I was told a contract & key fob would be left at the front desk for me to pick up I went to the location the next day and there was no contract or key fob, so the attendant on duty made me a key fob and told me she would request a copy of my contract for me
A few days later, after there was still no contract for me, I called to ask about it and also to ask when my first regular payment would be due as - - again - - I had none of that information I again spoke with Erica who informed me that not only would I pay my first dues on the 1st, I would also be charged a $30+ fee for a "price guarantee" fee I told Erica she had never told me this and she said if I didn't pay it I would get NSF fees because it was too late to cancel my contract

The billing practices have been confusing, as there were many more charges than expected, and a credit card dispute along the wayPlease verify how much is being reversedMrsB*** respectfully requests that all charges that were not already reversed by the credit card company be refunded. My problem is that I signed up for personal training but was not well enough informed that I would be paying for months bi weekly of dollarsI would have never signed up if I was properly shown what my contract looked likeI actually didn't even know I was signing a "contract"I thought I could cancel anytime due to how the person signing me up was talking to meI was scammedAfter I signed up and went for a few weeks, I became very illI was sick for months and went to the hospital for days and was still sick another monthI do not feel like I could go back and workout anyway
