This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Many people have the same issues as me which makes me wonder how they are still in business. Soon they will be gone and a better company with great customer service will take over. Anyway, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had this membership for a couple days over there 5 day period to receive a full refund for my membership. They refused to work with me and did not care an ounce about my concerns. If the facility was actually good quality I would have stayed. I have been at 24 hour fitness for years, and go to the gym 5 days a week. I moved out of state and the closest one to my new home was 25 min away, so I cancelled and tried out EOS. I went 3 times in total. One time at 9pm in hopes it would be slower. I dreaded going. This gym was always jam-packed with people. They allow way too many people at once that you are waiting 20+ minutes to use the equipment. This is extremely inconvenient for everyone! I could not bare another moment, so I attempted to cancel through email which I did not get a response and still have not. I then called their customer service number. They said I needed to pay their $50 annual fee to cancel on top of a monthly payment. Why am I paying an annual fee when I have only been a member for a week? It is just money hungry and wrong. They also make it hard for you to cancel. You have to call their customer service number or send a written letter by mail. Their customer service line takes extremely long to reach an operator and at first has a robot that doesn’t have an option to get you to cancellation. I would have been okay if they only refunded me half the amount. It’s not even necessarily about the money. It’s the fact that a company is so cheap and greedy that they can’t help a concerned customer in any way. It’s companies like this that do not go far. I will make sure to share my horrible experience everywhere!

had received a call from EOS trying to fix things they told me this same thing but they refused to at first later changing the membership level with out notifying meWith some time of arguing to say just because you change something with out notifying the client doesn't mean the company handled the complaintIf they would have notified me I would have still been a clientNot wanting to deal with this anymore we asked what they wanted from me to fix thisI then said they obviously don't like to have good reputationBecause they care less about their customersThen the person I talked with said they would handle everything

Buyer beware! I moved over from Planet Fitness due to Eos being closer. What a MISTAKE! I checked in to work out and discovered a fraudulent charge for some energy drink. When I inquired to get it taken off, the Manager was too busy to help and the front desk person was useless. How can something be charged to me when I didn't receive or sign for it? The run around was really unacceptable and please stay away. They are terrible and only care about your monthly membership fee. I'm going back to Planet and the pleasant people there!

When I cancelled my membership the manager got totally pissed when I bought a pre paid card and put 2 dollars more on it than their last 30days notice amount. They practically demanded my Visa card and I told him to go to hell. They will get pissed but let them that way they can not charge you anything more.

Only because stars is not an option I nave not set foot in this gym since it was bought from [redacted] *** Because I had a lost debit cart it became apparent that I still had a monthly billing so they have made at least $on a monthly billing on me because of my inattention to my account, bad on me I have been trying to get this canceled since about October I went in to the gym to pay and was assured that by using my card, they would only charge the months and nothing further I tried to get through to the number they gave me, too long of a wait , after that I got a call from I believe Eric at the local gym, he assured me he would get it cleared up Now I get a call for Dec and Jan payments showing past due DONT EVER SIGN UP HERE unless you want to be a LIFETIME Member They make it almost impossible to cancel I finally got through to the [redacted] number and they still wanted additional past due balance because I had no proof that I told them in Nov to cancel UnbelievableSpend your money with someone who cares about their customers

Hello,This is what the account notes show - He called to cancel on 10/12/16, he had one final payment on 10/15/of $plus a $cancel fee That didn't clear so it added a $late fee Total of $64.95.When that doesn't clear it leaves the membership open and doesn't cancel the account hence on the 2/22/we collected $164.75.It also looks like he used the gym in Dec So we will refund him $(via check) for the charges in Jan and Feb, and the $late feePlease note that the check can take up to days to be issuedSincerely,EOS Fitness

In December I signed up with EOS Fitness over the phone with Erica At that time I was told a contract & key fob would be left at the front desk for me to pick up I went to the location the next day and there was no contract or key fob, so the attendant on duty made me a key fob and told me she would request a copy of my contract for me A few days later, after there was still no contract for me, I called to ask about it and also to ask when my first regular payment would be due as - - again - - I had none of that information I again spoke with Erica who informed me that not only would I pay my first dues on the 1st, I would also be charged a $30+ fee for a "price guarantee" fee I told Erica she had never told me this and she said if I didn't pay it I would get NSF fees because it was too late to cancel my contract The next day I called and spoke with the manager Wes because I also had to change my payment information (the night before Erica told me it was "to
