EOS Fitness has been taking money out of my account for a year without authorizationMy boyfriend ( [redacted] ) was told that they needed a credit/debit card on file to deactivate the account on 3/16/This is when instead of using this as a one time fee for cancelling the account, they put my card on file and have been taking money out of my account for a year ($precisely) I called them with no success in resolving this issueI have went in and talked to the General Manager James on 2/29/who promised to call me the following day and never didThey are avoiding all my calls and will not work this out with me to get my money backMy name is not on the membership nor the contractI have never been a member to one of these places

I've once again tried to cancel my membership and Melissa from your "billing company" had no knowledge of this fee waiver She even stated that she called to verify thisThis needs to get taken care of

I filed a cancellation form with this EOS Gym In late FebruaryThey continued to take dues out after the days which I gave them a enough time before the year ended with my day notice which somehow never was filedManagement did nothing with my cancellation and kept taking money out of my account and the new billing dept ABC is terrible they charged me an additional plus dollars in AprilI am a minor and they keep harassing me via telephone saying I owe moneyA total nightmare gym and ABC billing deptare crooks and so is the GymDo not trust themStay away do not join EOS Gym

I went into my local EOS fitness before I moved out of state (where they do not have EOS) in June. I signed a form to cancel and thought that was all I needed to do. A few months later I lost my credit card and had to replace it. I hadn't noticed that EOS was still charging me monthly fees AND they had charged me the annual member fee, until their collections agency started calling me multiple times a day. I started my conversation with them in august and at that point, at the VERY LEAST, they should have cancelled my account because I wasn't using it at all and told them I had moved. They did not. They said they would research the original cancellation and get back to me. The collection calls did not stop and I never got a call back as promised. I spoke to them again in October, same exact thing as September. But I was told it was at least cancelled. Then I got a call letting me know I still owe $69 and that my membership would cancel 11/21/19.

It seems to me there is no accountability for the people who work at EOS to cancel memberships when a member goes in to do so. Whats even worse is they can tell that I haven't been into the gym since may and at the very least they should have cleared out my balance. Even though, technically, they owe me the annual membership fee back. But I am being backed into a corner because they are threatening to report to my credit if I don't pay them ASAP. Im absolutely disgusted with this business!
